Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) on Friday said she would not order a recount her state’s election results as the Trump campaign attempts legal challenges in key battleground states. (snip) Earlier Friday, attorneys for the Trump campaign withdrew from representing him in challenges to election results in Pennsylvania.  Correction***

Comments:

Pennsylvania was perhaps the most egregious of the Statewide Voting Fraud in this election. MY vote has been voided by their actions. Does anyone have any ideas short of War, that can give me and my fellow Americans justice?

Nope. No vote for you. Only votes for Biden count. It is a done deal. It does not matter what actual Citizens voted for. Biden has been chosen, and Biden they shall have.

They don’t need a recount. With her actions she has voided thousands of votes. She has violated her own election law quite a few times. That includes wolf and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania too. This is florida all over again,

Now she's following the law. It's up to the Supremes now. You never know what they will decide, if they take up the case at all. The higher court will not take up a case if there is no opposition from the lower court, e.g. 3-0. If 2-1, the case will be heard.

The General Assembly & the State Senate are a GOP majority! All they have to do is not certify the election since the Secretary of the Commonwealth won't do a recount. It is their hands - they are the check & balance against this kind of fraud.

If she was confident of the process, that things were done properly, you'd want to have the recount to show people. What this whole election has proven is there needs to be a tracking number on each ballot that's assigned to each registered voter. They print X number o ballots, and they are tracked as to whether you have Y number returned. Each precinct would have the specific number of ballots known, so it would be easy to track them for the respective precinct. I would prefer finger prints, since most everyone has some sort of ID that has required a finger print, including the Real ID. Ballot harvesters would also be required to stipulate with their finger print on each ballot they collected along with the finger print of the registered voter.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Tosses Challenge

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order Saturday vacating a lower court’s decision to suspend the certification of the state’s vote in the presidential election, holding that a challenge to the state’s vote-by-mail laws had come too late. On Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Judge McCullough’s order under the doctrine of “laches,” ruling that Rep. Kelly and others should have brought the constitutional challenge before the primary and general elections in 2020 — not after millions of voters in Pennsylvania had already cast their ballots:

Lockdowns won’t end until anticipated vaccines “come to our aid” in the future and the country can expect a “hard winter”, the Prime Minister has said, as the government’s science advisor warned it is quite possible the coronavirus will simply mutate to outperform vaccinations. Yet subsequent comments by the science experts flanking the Prime Minister at Thursday’s conference made clear that the arrival of a vaccine would not necessarily herald the end of Covid-19 as repeat vaccinations may, in the eyes of the government, be required in return for allowing society to re-establish itself.

As we reported two days ago, Joe Biden completely made no sense when he was trying to explain the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill. It was really bad and it explains why they’re afraid to have him deliver an address to Congress or do any kind of a real solo press conference, because at this point they have to be afraid this is all going to fall apart if he does anything live and this all becomes too obvious to the American people. But there’s only so long that they can hold this off. And it’s getting worse, as video today revealed. Biden was holding an event to announce the nomination

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
