Former White House national security official Kash Patel said Thursday that the only tactic the defense had left in the Michael Sussmann trial was “jury nullification,” in which they would urge the jury to look past the evidence presented.Patel spoke to Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM Patriot 125, one day after the prosecution rested its case. The final piece of evidence was the interview that Patel himself had conducted with Sussmann four years ago, when he was helping then-Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) run an investigation into “Russia collusion” on the House Intelligence Committee.

Given that the jury has three Clinton donors on it, I doubt if justice has any place in this courtroom at all.

Maybe jury nullification, but most likely a hung jury with the Clinton donors already promised to be rewarded.

It takes 12 jury votes to convict or 12 votes to acquit. Otherwise, it's a hung jury. A conviction seems almost impossible in DC. Maybe at least one juror will vote to convict? If it's a hung jury the case will probably not be retried. Politically charged cases like this should not be tried DC. The system is rigged to protect scum like Bill and Hillary Clinton and their ilk, and they know it. Hillary Clinton has been a conniving, totally unethical politician continuously since she was kicked off the Democrat get Nixon impeachment committee for her unethical conduct, but no details have been disclosed to the public. One wonders how things might have changed if the truth had been disclosed so that the public could have been informed just how evil and dishonest was this shrew, freshly out of Yale Law School.

Is he serious? Really? Yes he did it but he was acting in the public interest. How was the public expense of MANY millions of dollars and years of turmoil in OUR interest? Anything but a guilty verdict will be a sham.

Absolutely, politically charged criminal trials that are initiated through DC politics should never be tried in the DC federal district courts, where when juries are selected are sure to consist of a nine to one panel consisting of partisan Democrats, who you have to figure voted for Democrat candidates including Hillary Clinton, who no doubt was the principle perpetrator of what actually amounts to a very big and important RICO criminal conspiracy that impinged upon Trump’s ability to carry out his presidency, defamed other innocent Americans, and that cost the US Government massive time chasing ghosts that never existed, along with probably a hundred million dollars. When such politically charged cases arise they should be immediately be farmed out to federal district courts around the country that are bound to select politically balanced juries.

Attention US Shoppers! We live in a banana republic so justice will never be served above the serf level. Just like Hollywood where DUIs that involved manslaughter are wiped from their records within a year after being found not guilty.

Jury nullification is to be expected in that court. Or the judge may throw out the case. The only possible gain here is that the testimony may be useful in political campaigns. The lamestream media will keep their silence so the low information voters won't have a clue.

I anticipate it. Chances r thier is at least 1 leftist on the jury. A leftist has no concept of fairness or equal justice for all. In there mind anything including assassination of trump is a good thing. By any means necessary. I know grew up with one.

It's Dee Cee.
The Fix is In.
Three Clinton campaign donors on the jury, another juror has a kid on an athletic team with Sussman's kid,
.....and the Judge and Sussman used to work together!
"Nothing to see here, folks. Move along."
