Sparks flew between former President Donald J. Trump and Kellyanne Conway who served as senior White House counsel during his historic tenure at the nation’s helm, vehemently disagreeing with a claim in her new book which was released this week. Conway, who was also Trump’s 2016 campaign manager has been hitting the media circuit to promote her tell-all account of her tumultuous time in the administration. She raised the ire of her ex-boss with her account that she told him that he had lost the 2020 election, a contest that Trump continues to contend wasn’t on the up-and-up.

I tend to skip pieces that begin "Trump lashes out...". Sheesh, Mr. President. Try cooling the ego for a while.

He never should have had her on his team. Especially married to that rabid anti-Trumper whale of a husband.

I will likely vote for Mr. Trump again, should he run, but I'd prefer more measured stern responses to criticism rather than reflexively bashing anyone perceived as offending him. It makes him look small, at times.

Anyone who argues it makes no difference if Ron DeSantis runs, because the press will trash him as they do any other Republican. should review how he handles the press on YouTube. He knows his facts and he's agile on his feet. Plus, he doesn't create his own rakes to step on.

I saw her on a show in the last 2 weeks and felt very negatively about her. Has she changed her spots?
About Trump - is this type of response a compulsive flaw or is it modern social media politics? We saw gentleman george bush not wanting “to besmirch the office” by responding to his critics- that was a disaster. Nobody is going to be universally approved.
The book’s thesis is kushner was a bs artist- is that true or is she making some easy money on the trump bashing circuit? If she has sold out then she deserves to be bashed.

Speaking to former Barack Obama staffers on Pod Save America, host Dan Pfeiffer asked Biden what his message was to people who have not yet voted.
https://youtu.be/C6u1uKznCYw
You need not watch the whole interview. His vote Fraud confession begin at 18:10 I believe
Joe Biden:
“Well, first of all, you know, uh, what really rankles, uh, my opponent is I say that, uh, the thing that bothers him most is he’s not a patch on Barack’s jeans.”
“Secondly, we’re in a situation where we have put together — and you’d [sic] guys, did it for our, the president Obama’s administration, before this — we have put together, I think, the most extensive and and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

I really have a hard time with posters here and elsewhere who all disclaim revulsion at Trump's ego, etc. As if Obama and Biden and Bill and Hillary Clinton, etc don't have egos and never lashed out? As far I can recall, Trump has never lashed out at the American people - just losers, political opponents, etc.

You have to figure that liberal Democrat dominated publishing houses are offering senior past Trump Administration figures big money, ghost writers to help them, and pay them off to write very juicy, tell all, and uncomplimentary books about their time in the White House. In order for those publishers to earn and to pay out the big money, the books must make Trump and other Administration figures look bad.

I really thought Kellyanne was the cat's meow. She said good things and ran a good campaign. Lost all respect for her like many others I thought highly of before they decided to jump on the bash Trump bandwagon. We didn't elect a pastor, we elected a disruptor.

Come on. There's been enough evidence discovered to indicate the 2020 election was rigged, and anyone at this stage that believes Biteme won the election fair and square with 81 million votes loses all credibility with me.

Dream on fake republicans ...remember how they Loved McCain until he ran for President..then pure hate from the media that adored him..the people who want DeSantis to run against Trump want him out of Florida! Florida needs DeSantis. Trump has the right to lash out, he went through torment for 4 years & it continues...

In response to "Try cooling the ego for a while," I know there are posters that weren't too fond of Donald Trump but I do have one question to ask. It is a question that Donald Trump asked himself - where do I go to get my reputation back? It is easy to hand out advice for someone to "cool it" when it is not one's own reputation. . .

The future is not about what happened in 2020! It will be about the current administration’s policies and what will the next President do! If Trump stays with the fraud theme I’m out! There is sooo much that must be fixed after 4 years of Brandon…and the next campaign must be about that!!!

We live in a time where all snakes reveal themselves, sooner or later…even posters. Sorry, Kellyanne, the election WAS stolen, and if you were too stupid to see what was right in front of your face, you deserve worse than a Trump lashing. Are there no honorable people left anywhere in Washington DC?
Question for the elites and operatives who post here: If my neighbor steals my car, denies that he stole it while driving it around and parking it in plain site in his driveway—and law enforcement and the courts refuse to look at the evidence that it was stolen—and I yell about it from the rooftops, and refuse to go along with the charade, is it my “ego” that won’t let it go? Or, is it justice and righteousness that keep me from “moving on?”
Just want to be clear on what the standards are.

Trump is a stable genius. NO MAN could stand against the corrupt forces he has had to with such restraint since the day he came down the escalator. Not only did he stand against them he focused on improving all americans life, and did while he had the power. He maintained power despite the unprecidented onslaught against him. He made mistakes, show me one that wouldnt have under those circumstances. In my mind his biggest mistake was that somehow he should have got all precincts in the swing states locked down for investigation of the obvious fraud. Somehow he should have been able to force transparency on what the world all saw. Counting was stopped in key states with trump having insurmountable leads and overnight those leads vaporized nefariously leaving acts that could generate thousands of sworn affidavits of voter fraud. Drip, drip, drip has proven since what we all knew the night our country was overthrown.

Poster 17 I'd love to shake your hand. You hit the nail on the head. I'm sick and damn tired of being called an Uncle Tom conspiracy nut all because I believe that in the wee hours of November 4, 2020 the Presidential Election was stolen from President Donald John Trump and given to a The Walking Dead stand-in. I used to like Kellyanne but like all of the rest of the ex-PDJT staffers who are hawking "tell all books" she can go pound sand as they've become tiresome. She can go deal with her crazy fat slob of a husband and her bratty American Idol reject daughter.

Was the election stolen? Very likely, but it would have taken forever to prove it in court as there were too many jurisdictions and too much procedural discovery involved. Compounding the political problem was the statement by AG Bill Barr that there was no evidence of massive fraud. John Eastman is a personal friend for whom I have great professional admiration, but his recommended remedy, had Pence agreed, would have ended in the courts for many months. Trump, like Nixon, should have licked his wounds and bided his time. His wounded feelings are legitimate but the country is awash in problems. The public has lost interest in yesterday. The next election has to be about tomorrow. Trump’s inability to let go will sink him. He cannot see it, and that is a big problem.

No, #24, your cowardly advice is “a big problem.” Justice will never be achieved anywhere on earth by those who take the low road because it’s easier.
