COVID positivity rates in parts of New York City are back over 20% as the 5th wave of the pandemic spreads throughout the state, driven by a highly contagious new subvariant. The rolling seven-day positivity rate in Long Island City now stands at 21.3%, according to the latest data posted by the city. Large swaths of Queens near or top 15% as well, along with Manhattan neighborhoods like the Financial District and Lincoln Square. Citywide, the transmission rate has risen to levels last seen in late January, up almost 20% in a week and almost 90% in a month.

The mRNA shots seem to increase your chances of infection, and increase severity of symptoms, based on three friends who recently had it. At minimum, these mRNA shots are worthless, and there are solid numbers now that they are more dangerous than not getting the shots, in the short term. In the long term - indications are that they may be heading people to many damaged health situations. But, we aren't "long term" yet. The facts will slowly surface. Pleased to have chosen to remain a part of the Control Group.

I think #2 has it. Neurotic people testing themselves over and over again to see if they “have it”. Factor in the fact that the tests themselves have the reliability of a Chinese nickel rocket and you get spikes like this. I recommend that the city locks them all inside their homes, nails the doors shut and feeds them through straws. It’s what they deserve for voting like witless cretins all these years.

In the era of Black Lives Matter, does the Biden administration really want to take on prominent activists like Al Sharpton and Ben Crump—and make lives potentially harder for Black men, all because the government says it’s in their best interest? There is a cost-benefit analysis to be had between good public health policy and the dynamics of criminal justice reform as Democrats weigh the FDA’s proposed ban on menthol cigarettes, which will disproportionately affect the Black community. Pennsylvania Republican insiders are making a last-ditch effort to rally behind a single candidate in the gubernatorial primary – and defeat the front-runner, Doug Mastriano. Republican leaders are trying to corral Mastriano’s four leading rivals to urge all but one of them to drop out — and endorse the one with the best poll numbers. One version of the proposal calls for rallying behind former U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, who was well-liked by former President Donald Trump and polling in second place in the latest public survey. It’s a long-shot ploy a week before the primary that many Republicans believe

"It's very unfortunate that people would desecrate the church like this, take their frustration out on the church," stated Father Peter Damian Harris, pastor at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houston. Following the incident, the church decided to change their hours of operation and open 30 minutes before confession and Mass. The church will close

Barrington, Rhode Island, public schools are among the best in the state. Many parents move to the district, and tolerate the higher taxes, because of the academic rigor that sets their children up for attending Ivy League schools or receiving academic merit scholarships. However, all of that academic appeal is being chipped away after the district brought in a so-called "equity and inclusion" agenda. De-leveling, or a system of universal learning, was first implemented in Barrington on the most vulnerable students—the students with learning disabilities and Individualized Education Programs (IEP). Let it be known that the politicians of the Democrat Party in Washington are either evil or cowardly with the exception of one. Reports say that Democrats had brought Roe v Wade to the floor in order to codify it into law. The goal was to legalize abortion nationwide up until birth with what would be no limits. As you can imagine, every single Republican voted against this and they were joined by none other than West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin who had indicated that he’d vote against it earlier in the day. This resulted in Democrats being 11 votes shy of what they needed to pass Roe into law.
