With all of the Russia and Ukraine stories in the news cycle, it’s almost easy to forget that thousands of truckers in the United States are making their way to the Beltway to protest Biden’s vaccine mandates. Several videos that have gone viral on Twitter show thousands of truckers stopped in Hagerstown Maryland waiting to depart to the DC Beltway.Drone footage of the convoy shows that there are just about 60 miles worth of trucks making their way to the Beltway. I'm not seeing a lot about this on the regular channels like Newsmax and America's Voice, but there is some in the underground media. One thing I am noticing is that for every truck there, three or four people driving Hondas and Kias are trying to get into the act and screwing it up.

Peoples convoy protesting covid. Almost passe'. Let's see a convoy that will protest Russia/oil. By now we know that FJB is holding OUR country as hostage. Get oil and gas going stooge. Thank you truckers for your patriotism. I hope you get much support from Americans. What's going on in Canada? Have not "heard" a word on that for some time. Pray for our country and the Urkrainians. This world is getting scary/bad.

Poland announced on Tuesday it was ready to hand all its MiG-29 fighter jets to the US, apparently as part of an arrangement to deliver the warplanes to Ukraine's armed forces where they are desperately needed to fight off invading Russian forces. The idea has been floating around for more than a week after Ukraine pleaded for more aircraft but the plan has been dogged by questions about how to deliver the planes to Ukrainian territory without dragging NATO into the conflict. Tuesday's announcement will be seen as a Polish effort to force the US and NATO to go further in backing the Ukrainian fight, but there are still mounting concerns

The People's Convoy is now larger than ever after three separate freedom convoy caravans came together to make a unified lap around the DC Beltway Tuesday while protest organizers meet with legislators on Capitol Hill.Around 2,500-3,000 trucks have now joined forces for a circuit of the section of Interstate 495 which encircles the US capital. The protest swelled as its leaders outlined an expanded list of demands, and received recognition from one of America's best-known conservative lawmakers. President Joe Biden will announce a ban on Russian energy on Tuesday following relentless pressure from Republican and Democratic lawmakers in a move that could send gas prices even higher. Calls to act have mounted since late last month when Russia's authoritarian leader Vladimir Putin ordered an unprovoked and bloody invasion of Ukraine.European allies, who rely far more on the Kremlin's energy exports, are reportedly not joining the ban but were consulted by US officials, Bloomberg first reported. The president is expected to address the nation on measures 'to continue to hold Russia accountable' at 10:45 a.m. Eastern Time at the White House.

Domestic news coverage has been light. There’s been some reporting on blue states and cities ending ludicrous mask mandates, except for kids five and younger in New York City. Those poor kids will still have to wear unsanitary obedience rags at school. When will we ever learn not to fret over what’s going on in the world? Our Democrat party overlords know what’s best for us, and all we have to do is simply follow their suggestions. After all, their solutions are so simple. Take high gas prices for example. So many of us peons worry about the skyrocketing price of gas at the pump, but America’s brilliant Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg has a fix for gas prices that’s so easy it’s almost ridiculous. Why, you just need to buy an electric vehicle, you silly goose. “Clean transportation can bring significant cost savings for the American people as well,” Buttigieg said

As gas costs soar and more workers are returning to the office as covid numbers fall, President Joe Biden's administration announced a $3.7 billion boost for public transportation, including an investment in new fleets of electric buses. The White House on Sunday rejected the argument that increasing domestic oil production would help lower gas prices, as the cost of oil moves toward record highs. Crude oil prices rose as high as $130.50 a barrel on Sunday evening. White House press secretary Jen Psaki released a set of talking points on social media, arguing against a focus on boosting oil production in the United States. “It’s a reminder that real energy security comes from reducing our dependence on fossil fuels,” Psaki wrote, noting that Russia’s continued invasion of Ukraine was causing a spike in oil prices. Psaki pushed back against Republicans calling for more domestic oil production.

Within MAGA circles, talk is turning increasingly to impeaching Joe Biden after the midterm elections—assuming, of course, the Republicans retake the House of Representatives (which appears likely). Unfortunately, actual removal would require 60 votes in the Senate. Even under the most favorable scenario, it’s unlikely the GOP will pick up more than four Senate seats.  Nonetheless, with the strong likelihood the Republicans will take control of the House, impeaching Biden looks viable. Why? Well, for the same reason a Democrat-controlled House impeached Donald Trump—twice.  The Democrats used the impeachment process to persuade millions of middle-of-the-road and independent voters that Trump had done something terribly wrong. Of course, the Democrats’ two impeachment efforts were frivolous

As gas prices surged to the most expensive ever recorded on Monday, the revelations about Cortez Masto could severely jeopardize her 2022 reelection campaign. Gas prices on Monday soared in Nevada to at least $4.590 per gallon — the second-highest in the nation behind Hawaii — and even as this happened, the Democrat senator has regularly opposed initiatives that would reduce gas prices and increase American energy independence.
