Ukrainian Member of Parliament Doesn't
Hold Back About Biden's SOTU Address

Original Article

Ukraine appears to be feeling some of that frustration that we have felt with Joe Biden with his general failure to be effective on virtually anything. Ukraine is under huge assault from Russia, with a convoy bearing down on the capital city of Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he hoped that Joe Biden could say something “useful.” But Ukrainian Member of Parliament Oleksandra Ustinova said this morning on NBC’s “Today” that Biden’s speech was “a total disappointment. Today, the whole world is watching Ukrainians being executed. I cannot name it the other way around.”

Comments:

The video is compelling. This earnest young mother and member of Ukrain's parliament pleads for the world to protect her country from Putin.

I see that line of men and supplies and weapons of war snaking across Ukraine and it takes my breath away. All I can think of is Gen. George Patton and know that he would not look the other way. I don't know what the answer is but knowing these Ukranians are sitting ducks and we are just watching telling Russia they are so bad (but at the same time buying their oil and not using our oil) makes me sick. That line needs to be bombed into the next century but we can't, we won't. Everyone is saying "so sorry, good luck" and looking the other way. Is there nothing that can be done other than lip service? It's just like letting all these shoplifters off the hook. You shouldn't do it, but we won't stop you, and we assume you will do it again because you have nothing to lose. Are the Baltic States next? What is the answer?

You won’t see this woman on Television again and the producer that put her on the Today Show may soon be looking for a job. It will be interesting to see how long this video is posted as it speaks the truth and outs Biden for the phony empty shell he is. You can’t sanction Russian banks and still send them money for Russian oil. You say you stand with us, but you are standing 6000 miles away. You stand and watch our children die. President Biden you say your heart is with us but your head is firmly up your ass.

Watching the progression of the Ukraine invasion is the worst of 2021 and 2022. The total and unbroken cowardice of the U.S., and Europe, is really hard to take. Biden's such a liar, and on Ukraine, now, he really shines. This is sewn up. No real help to Ukraine, and a hell of a lot to Russia. Personally, I have never seen worse.

President Zelensky was hoping Mr. Biden would say something "useful". He's not the only one - many in the US are waiting for the same thing. We've been waiting since January 2021 for Biden to say anything......anything at all on any topic, that is even somewhat useful. We are destined to be disappointed every time; our expectations are extremely, extremely low. The Ukrainian President is now a member of a huge club. That club comes with large dues but zero benefits. The Ukrainian people are in my prayers every morning. I remember what the LORD did for King Jehoshaphat (2 Chronicles 20) among others. He can certainly do the same for President Zelensky and his people. Nothing is impossible for Him and no one can thwart His plans. If it is in His will to give victory to the Ukrainians, it will happen.

There is possibly one encouraging observation from this war: the perceived competence of the Russian military appears to have been debunked. They don't seem to be able to establish air superiority (against a vastly inferior Ukrainian air defense system and air force), and what general would even think of arraying his forces in a 20-40 mile line on a single road? Anybody that's familiar with military history knows WWII's Operation Market Garden failed primarily because the attacking Allied armor column was relegated to a single road into the Netherlands and the Germans were very effective at stalling/halting that column - so much so that the operation had to be abandoned. This now infamous Russian armor column is supposedly stalled due to a lack of logistical support - another fundamental military art that must be mastered to sustain large scale ground offensives. Finally, there are indications that Russian troops lack enthusiasm for this operation as some of them seem to not understand why they are attacking Ukraine in the first place. Hopefully, this military ineptness will give pause to Putin should he be thinking about expanding this war into neighboring states - particularly those under NATO's umbrella. Unfortunately, this is of little to no comfort for the Ukrainians.

#9" The fog of war" "The first casualty if war is the truth" appeals to emotion - may not be true I will not defend mad man Putin but I recall thd old warning - " don't poke the bear!!" NATO has been doing it since the 90s and deserves some blame for this invasion.. One sentence could have avoided this - "Ukraine will not be allowed to join NATO"

Rep. Ustinova, we are all quite angry that Pence, Barr, CJ Roberts, and Turtle allowed the Great Election Fraud of 2020 to stand and are very ok with what now sits behind the Resolute Desk. How can they now watch with a straight face the carnage taking place in Ukraine. The answer is rather simple IMHO. Trump was an existential threat to them and they wanted him out. Launching a new world order was of highest importance to them, and to China and Russia. And massive corruption within the DC establishment had to be protected at all cost. America's race toward third-world status is coming along just fine.

Regarding what's happening, I don't think there's any real way to separate the truth from propaganda. We simply don't know if that 30+ mile armored convoy is stalled because the Russian soldiers are in chaos...OR because they were ordered to stop. We don't know what Putin has told Russians and Ukrainians because we have not heard ONE translated word of any of his statements. We should be wondering why, if Putin is a mad man, he apparently hasn't sent drones or used cyberattacks to cripple the Ukrainian communication centers. He must know where Zalensky and his inner circle are, so why hasn't he captured any of them? We have no way to know what's really going on, which puts us in the preposterous position of trusting that our MSM is telling us the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Good luck with that.

I’m sorry the Ukrainians had hopes for Biden’s SOTU speech. He barely spoke 3 sentences about Ukraine before launching into a babbling word salad that sounded like it was written by multiple people with a liberal axe to grind about subjects that no one cares about. There was zero about issues people do care about. In the meantime the idiotic liberals in the audience dutifully clapped like seals and they didn’t even know what he was talking about illustrated by Schumer standing up to clap when everyone else was booing. Another globally embarrassing display of what the government looks like with Democrats running it.

President Joe Biden's nominee for the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff told the Senate "gender advisers" for combat troops are critical to the United States' success, a position some veterans say is nothing more than a left-wing initiative that distracts from the military's core duties. "The role of a gender adviser is a way to attack a very significant issue, and if confirmed
