Raphael Warnock on Wednesday morning was projected to have defeated Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) in their Senate runoff in Georgia, bringing the Democrats within reach of the majority in the upper chamber. NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN called the race for Warnock shortly before 2 a.m. EST on Wednesday. The Associated Press called it at 2 a.m. EST. Fox News followed suit shortly before 2:30 a.m. Warnock, who is the pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, will be the first African American to represent Georgia in the Senate. The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man.
Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.

Sorry to post this. If this vote count is even honest, Loeffler blew it when she appeared to have indulged in stock trades based on breaking information to which she was privy based on her position. Bad optics, IMHO.
