Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont, the lawmaker tapped to preside over President Trump's impeachment trial, has been hospitalized, his spokesman said. Trump Curse. It’s not superstitious.....it’s real! Wait til you see his ultimate revenge. Mark my words! Trumps legacy as the founding Father of the Patriot Party, a viable and successful political party based on Tea Party and MAGA principles, will far outweigh anything he has or would have accomplished as President.

About half the Senate is age 70 or more. While many people stay healthy well into their 80s, the odds are that some of them will not.

This is the end of the GOPe... It is the end for these five who voted upholding this Unconstitutional trial: Sens. Mitt Romney of Utah, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, who is serving his last term. No surprises, were there. It is time to destroy the GOP...whether through "civil war" to reform, or "walk away" should a legitimate new party emerge. Who with the necessary political gravitas will step forward to lead the new party...and it won't be PDT.

Is a rebellion against President Trump brewing in federal courts in the District of Columbia? We ask because of the latest development in the case of General Michael Flynn. A judge has questioned whether Mr. Trump's pardon of the general might be "too broad." The judge who made that comment isn't handling the Flynn case. His comment is shocking, though, while the judge who is sitting on General Flynn's case has yet to respond to the government's motion that the case be dismissed as pardoned. It was back in July that these columns first warned that Judge Emmet Sullivan, who

Of all that has been disclosed so far in John Bolton’s campaign to get his book published, the most significant--at least to us--is the classified information non-disclosure agreement that binds Mr. Bolton to keep our national secrets. It starts with the words “intending to be bound.” It describes his obligations in detail. It places the burdens on Mr. Bolton. It ends with his signature. So whatever else is bound up in this dispute, one of the issues will be the value of Mr. Bolton’s word. We understand one question in the lawsuit the government just filed will be

As we reported two days ago, Joe Biden completely made no sense when he was trying to explain the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill. It was really bad and it explains why they’re afraid to have him deliver an address to Congress or do any kind of a real solo press conference, because at this point they have to be afraid this is all going to fall apart if he does anything live and this all becomes too obvious to the American people. But there’s only so long that they can hold this off. And it’s getting worse, as video today revealed. Biden was holding an event to announce the nomination

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
