Joe Biden And Offensive Moments In Self-Regard

Joe Biden capped off another rotten week of his sinking presidency saying he hopes his legacy “is that I restored the soul of this country.” His dementia might be relatively new, but he’s been a raging narcissist throughout his public life. Who does he think he is, Barack Obama? Or maybe even the Almighty? In an interview Saturday, Biden also said that he wanted to be remembered for returning “some decency and honor to the office” and bringing “the middle class back to a place where they had real opportunity.” We might take on those delusions another time, but for

I'd like to see any Patriots remaining in the Republican party stand and turn their backs on Obiden during his State of the Union address. 'Cause thanks to him, it ain't good.

I understand Biden’s approval numbers are now down to 37%. I think that’s inflated but then again what in the Biden regime isn’t?

Well this middle class woman isn't feeling any respect from the swamp. My measly 1.5% raise was swallowed up by raging inflation. That, coupled with the covid theater is making my life quite miserable right now and it never had to be that way.

Biden is just a few years older than I am I've watched his every move since the day he arrived on the national political scene. Joe Biden is everything the article reported and then some. The fraud is a low IQ, lying, cheating, mean vindictive man without any accomplishments in his entire career. Joe Biden is not the person I would look to healing or returning us to anything. The fraud is not the president and is not my president he cheated his way along with his party to stand in front of us making a statement like that. FJB MAGA

America Moving From A Permission Society
To A Repressive Regime

A few years ago, a book titled “The Permission Society” explained how the country’s ruling class had turned our God-given liberties into privileges granted by government. Is it possible that the U.S. has gone even beyond and become a nation of the ruled? There’s more evidence to support that proposition than there is to refute it. We’re reminded of this by a set of new rules to live by proposed by the Biden White House. Last month, the Energy Department announced it was taking public comments on efficiency standards for residential air conditioners and pool heaters

The Disney corporate dynasty has been a bedrock part of Americana since the 1930s, a family-friendly icon without peer. But its recent stance on parents’ rights to decide what their kids should be taught in school about sexuality endangers that, a new I&I/TIPP Poll shows. As part of our April I&I/TIPP poll, we asked 1,305 adults across America the following question: “How closely are you following the recent story about the opposition of some Disney employees to the new Florida law forbidding classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity from kindergarten through third grade?” A larger share of Americans

Federal election records show newly anointed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has given money to just two politicians, both Democrats: Barack Obama and Dave Aronberg. Obama was an obvious recipient of her largesse. She worked on his 2008 presidential campaign, and he repaid the favor by appointing her to the U.S. Sentencing Commission followed by the D.C. District Court, while also commuting the three-strikes prison sentence of her cocaine-trafficking uncle. But who is Aronberg? He is a high school friend of Jackson from Florida, who, like her, has been accused of being soft on child sex offenders.

So far, the lurid news reports of global influence peddling, sex and drugs emanating from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop and its thousands upon thousands of damning emails have been treated solely as the risqué escapades of President Joe Biden’s ne’er-do-well son. However sad this episode might be, we’ve been told it has nothing to do with the president himself. Oh, really? In fact, based on what we know so far, President Biden could be in a world of legal trouble. Ordinarily, influence peddling involves a middleman with access to someone powerful. The middleman uses his access to a powerful politician

We’ve heard so many declarations that our “last chance” to avoid global warming has arrived that we’ve lost count of the number of times the world has ended. But the sirens continue to wail, the latest from a United Nations grandee who says humanity has to act “now or never” to avoid overheating its host planet. Pardon us while we yawn. According to Jim Skea, a European academic who co-chairs the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Working Group III, “it’s now or never, if we want to limit global warming” to 1.5 degrees Celsius. Keeping Earth’s temperatures in check “will be impossible,”

As Vladimir Putin floats terrifying hints of Russia’s willingness to use nuclear weapons against countries that assist in Ukraine’s defense against Moscow’s brutal invasion, the United States is saddled with a president teetering on the brink of senility, and a woman one heartbeat away from the presidency who is as dependably incompetent as she is undependable in prepping herself on national and international issues. Recently, while reading a new biography about the life and contributions to conservatism of my dear friend, Stan Evans, by Steven Hayward, I was enlightened as to the extent of the leg work that both he and William Rusher did to explore the possibility of running a new third-party team of Ronald Reagan and George Wallace in the 1976 presidential election. Hayward’s well-researched and perfectly toned book, “M. Stanton Evans: Conservative Wit and Apostle of Freedom,” discussed a March 1975 meeting in Alabama at which Evans and Rusher conducted “sort of an interview” with Gov. Wallace as due diligence toward this improbable ticket.

The first line in President Joe Biden’s budget statement, released Monday, is “Budgets are statements of values, and the budget I am releasing today sends a clear message.” Biden’s right that his $5.8 trillion budget sends a clear message. The message is that he will say and do anything, no matter how disconnected from reality it is. The rest of his statement is itself full of lies and half-truths. For example, Biden brags that he’s cut the deficit in half in his first year, making it “the largest one-year reduction in the deficit in U.S. history.” That’s technically true but

SEATTLE – Seattle’s Link Light Rail is a freeloader’s paradise. There are no turnstiles, so passengers are supposed to either buy a ticket or tap their pre-paid card. But so few riders are paying, fares are currently covering just 5% of the system’s operating costs, a fraction of the 40% mark Sound Transit set as a requirement. At a recent Sound Transit Board meeting, the outgoing CEO summed up the situation. "Our fare collection system relies overwhelmingly on an honor system," Peter Rogoff said, "and our increasingly acute problem is that our riders aren’t honoring the system." By one measurement
