Russian President Vladimir Putin’s open threat to use nuclear weapons against NATO allies supporting Ukraine appears to European officials to be a watershed in high-stakes brinkmanship which could foreshadow a new level of carnage in Ukraine.
The threat is, first, sign of “desperation and frustration by Putin,” a European official whose country emerged from behind the Iron Curtain after the fall of the Soviet Union told the Washington Examiner. "And secondly, as psychological pressure to the West before his major escalation in Ukraine (most likely in the coming days).”

Ooo…NATO is getting mad. They might throw a diversity bomb at Russia. Or, maybe launch a multicultural, intersectional missile. That’ll teach ‘em.

Actually, #2, they are shipping anti-tank missiles and anti-aircraft missiles. I saw a Polish cargo charter airlines C-130 offloading some of them in a news photo today.

What is it that the German Von Moltke said about battle plans ending when coming into first contact with the enemy?
This threat has to be taken seriously why else make it.
But what is Putin and the Russians to gain from actually carrying it out?
Is he expecting all who support Ukraine to withdraw support forthwith and give in to any demands he may have?….this is what I’m tending to think.
We shall stay tuned to see how it unfolds.

"The European-made jets would be "flying in [Ukrainian] skies within the hour," I am amazed that the EU is stepping forward to do this.

#2, I get you. Europe has embraced everything progressive. However, now when faced with a real threat, they wake up enough to at least send Ukraine weapons because they know they cannot count on Joe Biden to step up and show any meaningful opposition. Biden sounds like your average bully on the school playground when he speaks about this invasion. They know he is incompetent and they will not look for leadership from him. While this may have awakened some of the European countries to the real threats that are out there, wokeness is still their first priority until their survival instincts kicks in during times of war. However, when the dust settles, they will return to their first love, the woke globalist agenda.

The Brits and French have nukes as do we. If he dares to use one of his, there will be 3 and possible China as well firing them back at him. Not very good odds, there Vlad.

Putin the Soviet version of Hitler while a fraud stands in front of us as the U.S. version of Neville Chamberlin holding a promissory message of 'no war'. The Ukraine nation has a leader who took up a rifle went into the streets to fight for his country. We have a senile old tool who hides in his basement eating ice cream dumb as rocks. MUGA

It appears to me that the Great Reset crowd has competition now. Putie has made it quite clear that he has had enough of the post-cold war world order. Thanks to Schwab, NATO has morphed into a GR platform. And thanks to the Great Election Fraud of 2020 and biden the cheater being installed, Putie is finally emboldened to start restoring the former Soviet Union - something he has warned the world about since 1989 after Reagan beat him. All this while the US continues to devour itself. Meanwhile, over in chicom land, Xi is licking his chops and taking notes on how the world deals with Putie and Ukraine and how Xi might execute his takeover of Taiwan and other Asian countries. The world is now paying the price for 33 years of complacency and kicking the foreign policy can down the road.
One of two outcomes for Ukraine is to be expected - Putie takes Ukraine after pulverizing the entire country while NATO remains intact or Europe blinks and disbands NATO and Putie puts down his guns. In this later scenario, Zelensky will remain alive and keep his job. Putie will be allowed to leave some troops in Ukraine and leave final takeover of the country for a rainy day while European wokeness becomes business as usual again and the climate change crowd goes back into high gear. Neither outcome will bring lasting peace. Both outcomes must assure Putie that he will not be somehow arrested and tried for war crimes.
Regardless, the worst in this war is yet to be seen. Putie's planned blitzkrieg is yet to come before any solution is agreed.

Good luck to all who try to sort out the true facts of this latest end-of-the-world scenario. We do not have a trustworthy media. Our news is based on "social media" that is filled with rumours, lies, hearsay and shocking photos. Pay attention to those who fall out-of-step with the coordinated messaging and are admonished for speaking out.

It's amazing how comfort and complacency brought about by American soldiers purchasing freedom with blood makes liberals ooze with new-world-order talk. That lasts only as long as the next worldly psychopath comes forward to challenge the globalist elites' plan to bring in the anti-Christ. Democrat politicians love to spread the Mutual Assured Destruction doctrine to the lowest common denominator on earth, e.g. Iran, Pakistan, which has brought us to the point where any tin pot dictator can threaten global catastrophe through the use of a nuclear weapon. Think about it, Putin is clearly unhinged. How do you stop an unhinged man who has spent decades surrounding himself with likeminded sycophants? In Putin's mind right now, Joke Bidet is too senile to do anything, and 'Woke' Miley and 'AA' Austin won't do anything either, so why not hold the NATO and the EU hostage? At the end of the day the Euro-weenies will rationalize it, so long as their flats are warm in winter and their BMWs have petrol for summer holiday.

While at this time it may be cold comfort, Russia’s invasion may have shocked Europe into finally taking responsibility for defending itself rather than relying on the United States. Long overdue. Trump took heat for demanding that Europe beef up militarily to NATO’s requirement. Recalcitrant Germany is finally doing so.
One problem with Europe stepping up is that American war hawks are squawking that it is our job to be the “leader of the free world.” If given the chance I think most Americans would vote to remove our country from that role.
While Biden’s response to this crisis has been disgraceful and embarrassing, his bumbling shows Europe that it doesn’t need our nation to solve all its problems. Two million invaders have trampled through our border to become wards of our bankrupt welfare state. That is our business.

I hope #7's scenario never happens. This would result in an unpredictable number of nuclear detonations, with catastrophic global consequences. It's not a localized result, not with the power of today's nukes.
That such ideas are even being discussed today is utterly appalling! Such brinksmanship is nearly without precedent.

George Soros and Hollywood stand firmly with Ukraine. Think about that, we're not getting the entire story. Reading numerous reports of bioweapons facilities--funded by the US--on Ukraine/Russian border that have been destroyed by Russia. Putin appears to be standing, mostly alone, against the NWO. I always thought he was a bad man, but I am learning things every day and being lied to every day. Might want to withhold judgment for a moment and do some research. Also recently learned that more Christian churches were built/established in Russia during Putin's leadership than at any other time in history. News to me, but--again--when was the last time the 'news" told us the truth? Another factoid: Neither Russia or China participated in the Covid injection insanity. Hmmm....

Remember,like US,Vlad can't just press a red button.
Russians generals are not crazy & thus don't want to die over Ukraine.
Vlad gives that order they won't obey & that will be the end of Vlad as they will then have to report to the World his "heart" attack.

Many (including me) have credited Putin as a brilliant strategist and Russian patriot, albeit brutal to the point of evil.
However, strategies are based on assumptions. The brave Ukrainians have not played along with Putin's assumptions. Putin has overplayed his hand.
As to the EuroScammers: their TRUE courage has yet to be demonstrated. Nord Stream 2 has not yet been blown up. Germany can still recant and turn on the spigot. All eyes are still on the US for cover. How many will stand firm if Feckless Joe (or his puppet master Barack) stay weak?
I continue to pray for a miracle. At the approach of Ash Wednesday and Lent, some serious fasting is also in order.

RE#4 In addition to battle plans never surviving first contact with the enemy. Regardless your plans, the enemy gets a say. And in this case, Russian plans did not anticipate a really hacked off civilian population.
