Houston, Texas — Election officials in Texas’ largest county failed to count approximately 10,000 ballots by election day. The Democrat-appointed election administrator for Harris County reported 6,000 of the ballots were cast in the Democratic Party primary and 4,000 in the Republican Party Primary. “As we continue to run through the numerous checks and balances of the tallying process, we identified approximately 10,000 mail-in ballots (6,000 Democratic and 4,000 Republican) that were not added into the original Election Night count,” Harris County Election Administrator Isabel Longoria said in a written statement obtained by Breitbart Texas. “The oversight occurred between the hours of 1 and 4 a.m.

No "found" votes should be counted or added until they are compared to names of registered voters, the votes they already cast and audited to ensure they are from registered voters, legitimate county residents and legitimate citizens placed in a timely manner as prescribed by TX law.

#6, there isn't a heck of a lot the governor can do. According to a state criminal appeals court, the Attorney General isn't even allowed t investigate this without the local DA's request. You really need to study Texas civics. That is not a smart alec remark. We have a weak governor constitution in this state to keep from have a dictator governor like NY.

mail-in ballots should be the exception not the "norm", voting should only be done in person during the time the polling places are open - no Exceptions(period) - but we all know the demcommies are adept at altering any rule to make it fit their dialogue and necessity, this is not "representation" as we used to know it and funny how the catalyst was our duly elected President, Donald J. Trump who is the earth-shaker extraordinaire and just the mention of his name sends all of the demcommies into a complete Quaker Shake(nice to see, really)

Since this recent Texas election was a primary and not a decision about who to send to WDC, the impact of these 'oversights' is minimal. However we should not overlook the very probable likelihood that this was a dry run to test the soundness of the auditing rules currently in place. Since the audits found a large error so quickly, the left will now begin to try to pass laws or procedural changes that will allow intentional fraud to be not detected.

As Bonchie wrote in his piece at the time, the likelihood

Within MAGA circles, talk is turning increasingly to impeaching Joe Biden after the midterm elections—assuming, of course, the Republicans retake the House of Representatives (which appears likely). Unfortunately, actual removal would require 60 votes in the Senate. Even under the most favorable scenario, it’s unlikely the GOP will pick up more than four Senate seats.  Nonetheless, with the strong likelihood the Republicans will take control of the House, impeaching Biden looks viable. Why? Well, for the same reason a Democrat-controlled House impeached Donald Trump—twice.  The Democrats used the impeachment process to persuade millions of middle-of-the-road and independent voters that Trump had done something terribly wrong. Of course, the Democrats’ two impeachment efforts were frivolous
