For the first time in my life, I have a strong feeling that the infanticidal regime established by Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton and reinforced by a bevy of stupid and strictly results-oriented decisions might be on the verge of repudiation by a clear majority of the Supreme Court.
There are two major abortion cases before the Supreme Court. One case, arising from Mississippi and called Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, bans abortion after the 15th week for all intents and purposes. The law has been in litigation since enacted, but six justices seemed

Demonrats are all baby killers. They won't kill off any criminal but have no problem killing babies. Somethings wrong with their brains.

#5, Something is wrong alright, but it is not with their brains. It’s a soul thing. They want to usurp the authority of the God they deny to rule over and control the rest of us. Until we understand their core motivation, we cannot deal with them efficiently. This is much more than a political battle although it is being fought on that level. This is a battle of good versus evil that transcends politics. It goes to the very core of who we are as people. The delineation could not be clearer. We have believers versus non-believers and they have two very different outlooks on life. Throughout history the battle has been waging but every now and then it flares up and we have a real concerted effort by the Godless to crush believers in God and today the Judeo-Christian ethos upon which this country was founded. This time around, they are well prepared and determined to win. They use their brains but what motivates them is the pure evil that controls their souls.

I believe the justices disclosed scant information during the Dobbs v. Jackson oral arguments, including suggestion that repeal of Roe v. Wade was in contemplation. It's probable that the Court's majority opinion will be primarily focused on whether Mississippi's prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional. The standards in Roe in combination with Casey v. Planned Parenthood Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, will be refined into a new standard. It's probable that the Court's majority opinion will not repeal Roe v, Wade, but the Cour's reasoning in the majority opinion, when applied to Texas, will in effect result that Texas' fetal heartbeat statute is unconstitutional.

Even if SCOTUS upholds both the Texas and Mississippi laws, abortion up to the time of birth will still be available in various liberal states. I remember in the days before Roe v. Wade, there was a regular caravan from my state to a neighboring state with liberal abortion laws. There were an infinite number of activists who were willing to drive women there and back. I doubt overturning (or trimming back) Roe v. Wade will have any impact on the number of abortions performed in this country. The truth is that most of the country has accepted abortion in some form with limits like only during the first trimester and making abortion clinics meet day-surgery clinic standards with the doctors having admitting priviledges at local hospitals.

Not 100% confident that our side has this in the bag. But let's hope we can hold on to 5! Like the Dred Scott case it's time for "Roe" to be overruled.
That being said, it will only mean that abortion is no longer a Federal constitutional right. However, abortion will remain in effect in about 23 states.
We're already a divided country so let it rip!

WE can never count on justice Roberts...he's the one that said the obama/care was a tax...so he could push it through...and sotomayer ...pardon the spelling...showed her true colors with her rants....she is a political hack placed on the court by obama to pitch the socialist's line....and while I'm at it...she wasn't paying attention in law school...if that's her true feelings....

No way the racist, sexist Latinex know a thing about the Roe decision. First, Chief Just-Us Roberts would never strike down an unconstitutional Supreme Joke decision. There is one thing Roberts loathes more than Trump and that is the Constitution. So the decision isn't gonna harm Roe. This is the first public signs of early onset of dementia. She is losing her social filters which is the first to go. And given her history of diabetes she is probably suffering from mini infarcts to her peas sized brain.
