The Supreme Court takes up the issue of vaccine mandates on Friday, holding a special hearing that is nearly unprecedented in its rushed timing.
At issue are two of Biden’s mandates. One compels the vaccination or testing of everyone who works at a 100+ employee company; the other requires vaccination of every staffer at every hospital, nursing home, or health care facility that receives funding from Medicare or Medicaid.
Will we become a country of haves and have nots concerning the Covid vaccine, whereby those who sensibly decline the vaccine are segregated in cities, schools, hospitals, and concerts?

Hopefully, at least one judge will ask why no other vaccine in our history was mandated.

I would be excited about this if our supreme court was not a combination of communists and blackmailed conservatives.

If the SC goes wobbly on this, it may just be the “slap us awake” needed to move patriots off square one!

Just as soon as he finishes airbrushing the recently-revealed federal judiciary's massive ethical collapse, #4.

Chief Just-Us Roberts has never, ever turned back a case where he could limited goobernment peers. In fact, he invents 'law/rights' to expand goobernment powers. Anyone that has even a smidgen of faith in the Supreme Joke of the item States has been watch way too much Joy Reid.

Ah, the pictures the communist death democrats must have of Chief Sleaze Ball Roberts in compromising positions. Don't hold your breath if you are expecting the UnSupreme Court to rule in favor of our God Given liberties enshrined in the Constitution. They will rule in favor of forced vaccine mandates. Just another corrupted branch of the Totalitarian Federal Government.

If this exec order stands, we, the unvaccinated employees, need to bring forth a case that all employees in the workplace and all guests who enter the establishment must also provide a current negative test and wear a mask. You see, if I am unvaccinated and I have just proven that I am negative for Covid, I can’t be at risk that a vaccinated person, who can have Covid and transmit it, might infect me. Now, I realize I will be wearing a mask per the mandate, but as we have been told for over a year now, you wear the mask to protect others. So, tests and masks for everyone! Or, this mandate will be just posturing and worse, a foot in the door to Joe and his minions making medical decisions for you based on politics, not science.

Surely the court realizes that, if it gives the green light to these mandates, the dam will burst and authoritarian rule will devour us all. You will have to be jabbed with boosters at government-dictated intervals and soon have to present your 'papers' to do anything - not just social activities, but grocery shopping and eventually routine medical services.

I have a bad feeling about this one. The SC will end up 'tweaking' it into not so harsh a word as mandate, but it won't be good. MAGA

Does it really matter what the Supreme Court says. Biden doesn't pay any attention tot hem anyway. We already saw that with the stay in Mexico ruling.

It doesn't really matter which way SCOTUS rules on this one. The large corporations and medical facilities have already signed on to the mandates, and will not "Cease and Desist" unless forced to.

Not a vaccine - despite CDC changing the CDC definition - again.

There's also the federal contractor requirement which is not up to SCOTUS but will probably be decided in lower courts in accordance with whatever SCOTUS rules. I'm one of those people who will lose her job between that and the 100+ ruling, despite the fact I work as a contractor through another company for a federal contractor--100% remote. I do thank God that I'm one of those mature workers....

Bravo OP. We're in the 'control group'. What will happen to us when the experiment is over and we're still kickin'?

How will the court reconcile the mandate, if they let it stand, with the fact that it exempts so many of the chosen ones?

This may not be a fight the USSC wanted to be in, but it is a fight they must take up and settle once and for all. I will NOT comply!!
