“Islamophobia” is reaching epidemic proportions in Old Joe Biden’s America: the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Independence, Mo. law firm of Baldwin & Vernon filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday, claiming that Frontier Justice, a gun store and firing range in the Kansas City suburb of Lee’s Summit, discriminated against a Muslim woman, Rania Barakat, when it wouldn’t allow her to use the range while she was wearing her hijab.
If you believe the likes of CAIR, this is nothing out of the ordinary. You have already accepted the contention that America is a racist, redneck pesthole where roaming Trump supporters
This isn't Goatistan, and we don't have Sharia here. You must follow ALL rules of the range as posted, or you will be asked to leave. The range master cannot observe, for example, if you are wearing required ear and eye protection from behind while overseeing the range, which is a violation of range safety rules.
Range safety is the overarching consideration nearly universally. Refuse to follow the rules, you are out. I would not allow any obstructive head coverings on any range or shoot I was overseeing. Period.

Further proof that they don't assimilate, they infiltrate. Keep giving in and they'll breed you into submission while you're trying to figure out how to have your ONE child AND your career.

Didn't understand the argument that the reason the Muzzie couldn't wear her towel is because shrapnel might cause it to catch fire or burn her skin. Shrapnel is not a problem at any gun range I've ever been to. But rules is rules. If you are required to appear in a top hat and tails so be it. I wouldn't go to a mosque wearing bernuda shorts and flip flops.

CAIR staged this stunt for political gain. The range should offer to let the hijab wearers shot after signing a waiver of all liability.

There's another word that needs to be retired: islamophobia. I recommend" Islamorevulsion or Islamabhorence. There's no murderphobia, rapeophobia, or burned-alive-phobia, is there? It's wise to fear what wants you dead or mutilated.

Oh that the Florida flight school teaching takeoffs but not landings had reached that same conclusion in 2001.

I have the sneaking suspicion that the owners of this gun range remember the muslims who took flying lessons in Florida pre 9/11 as part of their plot. If she is in violation of the safety rules somehow, she is as fault, not the gun range. We who respect our weapons also respect the rules and safety requirements at places like these gun ranges. Now if she had pulled back her headgear and showed she had ear plugs in, that is another story. But I doubt she would have complied with that as well.
#9, IIRC, the school tried to report something to the local FBI office, but the FBI ignored any reports of odd behavior by those terrorists. IIRC as well, the DC offices also ignored all reports from field offices regarding odd behavior of these guys too. But then the agency was under the control of Bubba Clinton, who created the infamous ''wall'' between the FBI and the CIA so they could not communicate any warnings. Jamie Gorelick was the DOJ lawyer who created that wall for Bubba.

I'm familiar with gun range protocol and one of the biggest rules is don't pi$$ off a bunch of marksmen who can hit little black circles on targets at several hundred yards. Americans visiting muslim countries follow the basic rules of their society to be polite. Perhaps the woman can volunteer to BE a target and help them out? FCAIR

#10: The FBI has been infiltrated by Muslim lovers. They no longer consider them terrorists, the real terrorists in their eyes are every day American patriots. Also, the US government under Obama created and financed a couple of muslim terrorist groups.

"Religious freedom"...it's okay to claim religious freedom to avoid being vaxxed, but not to wear a hijab (not to be confused with a burka) while at a shooting range...out of fear that "shrapnel" could ignite the head covering and burn its wearer. I'm sure it's a real danger, although I can't say I've ever witnessed any such event, or seen any reported. People get hit by meteorites, too. Seems this is a range safety rule, not a legal requirement. I'm sure the range can point to a number of hijab-wearing shooters who suffered this fate, thus requiring the rule.
I'd be interested to know how many hijab-wearing Muslims have been turned away by the range in the past. Any Sikhs refused service for their headgear?
The author seems to know where this is headed, already blaming "a judge who is receptive to the fictional claims that America is a nightmare of discrimination and harassment for Muslims."

Frontier Justice is a really nice range, exceptionally family friendly, and just nice. These slimeballs need to get tossed out of court.
Follow the range rules or leave.
