Omicron Variant – Scourge or Savior?

Original Article

A few weeks ago, we celebrated Thanksgiving, with gratitude for our many blessings, although these are becoming scarcer over the past two years. At the same time, we received news of a new COVID variant. It seems the world is on some type of Chinese gift registry where we receive quarterly presents, starting with the original Chinese coronavirus, followed every few months by a new variant and subsequent lockdowns, restrictions, and mandates. This coronavirus is acting more like a herpes virus, the one that gives us cold sores that seem to come and go on their own cycle. But these COVID variants are far more bothersome than a lip blister

Dr Joondeph reads the tea leaves the same way I do, and several other posters have.
New information that there are 30 mutations on the spike protein, which is one of more toxic parts of this nasty mess of a ChiCom bioweapon. That should reduce lethality, as history tells us that mutations do for disease vectors.

I got great news tonight. The brave, strong hearted Christian doctor who got me and several friends prescriptions for the drugs needed to properly do the MATH+ protocol for Wuhan flu if we get it, is leaving the practice that threatened to fire her for prescribing ivermectin. She will be opening a new practice and I know at least six or seven patients that she can count on right away. Still sorting out complex ideas like cash only, or does she take insurance. Hire billing people or use a service....which takes 50% billings as it's fee for doing the paperwork (YIKES!). That would require her to see twice as many patients to break even, and that doesn't please her, as she wants to spend the necessary time with each patient. Regardless....barring some huge business problem, I'm dumping my old doc and getting a new and, IMO, far smarter doc. My bet is that this is going to be happening across the country as good docs just get totally fed up with their chains in the evil group practices where many suddenly found that they could not practice medicine, but were slaves to their corporate, CDC controlled bosses. I think that an upheaval in medicine is brewing. And if I have to pay 100% of all my medical bills my self in cash, I am fortunately in a position that this will be something that my wife and I can afford to do. I know that is a minority of Americans, but we should be headed in that direction, away from the hell of ultra expensive insurance that offers "death panels" when you need real care.

I really enjoy Dr. Joondeph's articles but instead of focusing on the variants of the strains, I wool-gathered back to college days when during pledge week, all I did was memorize the Greek alphabet. You could be dropped from the pledge list for getting the wrong answer to any of the 24 letters. I recalled also there is no letter or sound for the F in the English alphabet. We saved that letter for only Fauci. Any way you take it.

Oh the WH and St. Fauci as well as the drive-by propaganda media will declare Omicron as Scourge. We can count on it.

I think I saw a post a couple days ago which reported Boris Johnson had stated that in the UK there had been a death attributed to the Omicron variant. Since I have not seen the MSM boasting of this death, I am suspicious that this was a false report. However I believe that if that report is true it is more an indication of the relative effectiveness of NIH nationalized health service in the UK rather than a marker of the relative threat of that virus strain. I am much more of the opinion that the Omicron virus is more likely to end the pandemic panic and deprive the left of this argument for maintaining their reign of tyranny.

The emergence of the Omicron Variant offered an "out", and it appears there may be some takers once the hysteria dies. Riots in places like Vienna, Brussels and Rotterdam are clear proof that enough is quickly becoming too much. Had they not cranked up the hysteria machines, governments could have begun a slow retreat to "normalcy." Nope, they failed to grasp how "science" could have finally triumphed. Claimed VICTORY! They doubled down on mandates, bans, etc. This will not end quietly...and it will end.

This Christmas marks 75 years since Oscar-winning director Frank Capra released arguably the greatest movie ever made. Finding life lessons in It’s a Wonderful Life is like finding sand at the beach. Every time you go to it, you find more and more. This year is no exception. It’s a Wonderful Life is Not a Hallmark Christmas Movie You know I love me those Hallmark Christmas movies. But watching It’s a Wonderful Life this year, a thought struck me. It’s a Wonderful Life is no Hallmark Christmas movie. No matter how many Hallmark Christmas movies try to mimic It’s a Wonderful Life.

A big part of the "Great Reset" is its orchestrated campaign to condition people into believing they have no natural rights separate from and paramount to the mandates of government. Most neoliberal nations no longer talk about the global ideological struggle once pitting "free" and "controlled" states against each other. Why? Because that distinction makes little sense when Australia is hunting down citizens for fleeing its quarantine concentration camps and Finland is putting Christianity on trial. I'm trying to remember...who won the Cold War again? Instead of admitting that they are waging war against free speech, Western governments claim that they are protecting their people

Juhana Pohjola wouldn’t be cast to play his own part if Hollywood made a movie about a bishop put on trial for his faith. The Finnish pastor has inherited a place in the church of Martin Luther, but it appears none of Luther’s pugnacity or vitriol. In person, Pohjola, 49, is forthright but unassuming, and gentle. Stereotypically, the Finn is thin and tall. He often pauses while speaking to carefully consider his next words. He listens attentively to others with far less impressive resumes. In more than two decades as a pastor, Pohjola has ministered to congregations as small as 30. He has spent his life building a network of faithful churches

Saule Omarova, President Biden’s nominee to oversee large national banks, withdrew from consideration on Tuesday, amid opposition from Republicans and moderate Democrats who had sought to block her nomination, the White House said. “I have accepted Saule Omarova’s request to withdraw her name from nomination,” President Biden said Tuesday, saying he would look for a new nominee. Mr. Biden last month nominated Ms. Omarova, a Cornell University law professor, to be Comptroller of the Currency, which supervises many of the biggest U.S. lenders including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co. "Video evidence analysis shows that overwhelmingly the violence in this incident was perpetrated by the Antifa affiliates and was not a mutual fray with both sides crossing out of lawful First Amendment expression into riot and violence," District Attorney Summer Stephan’s office said in a news release, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. The defendants "are self-identified to be affiliated with Anti-fascists or Antifa" and gathered on Jan. 9 in San Diego to take "direct action" against a pro-Trump "Patriot March,"

Everyone’s understandably focused today on how Cheney embarrassed Trump Jr and the Fox News gang by reading their texts to Trump on January 6. Ed has a nice write-up about it here. But don’t miss the forest for the trees. The point Cheney was making isn’t that Fox News hosts are hypocrites, although they are. The point is that the president’s own family and allies were pleading with him while the riot was unfolding to do something, yet he did nothing — for hours. Everyone around him treated it like an emergency. Not him. Was that a crime? Watch the end of this clip, starting at around 3:00.

Covid infections normally only involve one mutant strain, but in extremely rare cases two can strike at the same time.
