10 Antifa members charged for alleged
attacks on California pro-Trump protesters:

Prosecutors in San Diego filed charges against at least 10 anti-fascist protesters who allegedly tried to disrupt a pro-Trump rally earlier this year with "violent criminal acts." "Video evidence analysis shows that overwhelmingly the violence in this incident was perpetrated by the Antifa affiliates and was not a mutual fray with both sides crossing out of lawful First Amendment expression into riot and violence," District Attorney Summer Stephan’s office said in a news release, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. The defendants "are self-identified to be affiliated with Anti-fascists or Antifa" and gathered on Jan. 9 in San Diego to take "direct action" against a pro-Trump "Patriot March,"

Good news. Looks like San Diego still has a DA which enforces the law as written. Wow! In California. Very good news.

Nice, finally, in one place for a small group of trash. But what I want to know is why the reporter repeatedly calls them anti-fascists? Because they call themselves that? That's no different than saying North Korea is a democratic republic just because they call themselves that, too. Antifa are textbook brown shirt fascists.

Referring to Antifa as "anti-fascist" is more propaganda than identification detail. Four-plus years of action has made it evident that the group pursues a Leftist agenda with violence against anybody who dares to proclaim anything they oppose. It's past time to stop granting the group the kind of legitimacy implied by treating "Antifa" as if it is shorthand for "Anti-fascist". Unless we allow that anybody against their political positions qualifies as "fascist". It seems more consistent with demonstrated behavior that the "fa" in "antifa" stands for "first amendment" than "fascist", as they have brutally beaten back people who exercise their right to free speech.

Maybe they can take a look at the protesters from the San Jose Trump rally from way back in 2016. You know? The one where the po po held the doors shut of a building while a Trump supporting woman was egged as she tried to get away.

Number 4, that was my first thoughts too. After all, Antifa is their people. The DOJ will do something I’m betting. Number 6, no investigation will occur for the San Jose Trump rally. I was there and Antifa was not a presence at all. It was La Raza that was doing all of the harassing, allowed if not facilitated by the police. Son-in-law is an LEO in Cali and he said the word in the law enforcement community at the time was that the police at the rally had specific “stand down” orders. In fact, the police moved the protestors to the main street (San Carlos) and then funneled the rally attendees directly into the protestors. The group I was with escaped harm by disobeying 3 direct orders by the police to walk down San Carlos. We went to our car another way, a much longer way, but safer. That rally was the beginning of harassment of Trump supporters. Little known factoid about that rally. Trump had a fundraiser in the Bay Area cancelled at the last minute so he suggested they do a rally in San Jose instead. Two days notice, no advertising or publicity whatsoever. The venue, a tent, was half full with 5000 people. I firmly believe that if they had waited one more day the tent would have been filled to its 10,000 person capacity, all on word of mouth. But if they had waited the opposition would have been even worse.

A big part of the "Great Reset" is its orchestrated campaign to condition people into believing they have no natural rights separate from and paramount to the mandates of government. Most neoliberal nations no longer talk about the global ideological struggle once pitting "free" and "controlled" states against each other. Why? Because that distinction makes little sense when Australia is hunting down citizens for fleeing its quarantine concentration camps and Finland is putting Christianity on trial. I'm trying to remember...who won the Cold War again? Instead of admitting that they are waging war against free speech, Western governments claim that they are protecting their people

Juhana Pohjola wouldn’t be cast to play his own part if Hollywood made a movie about a bishop put on trial for his faith. The Finnish pastor has inherited a place in the church of Martin Luther, but it appears none of Luther’s pugnacity or vitriol. In person, Pohjola, 49, is forthright but unassuming, and gentle. Stereotypically, the Finn is thin and tall. He often pauses while speaking to carefully consider his next words. He listens attentively to others with far less impressive resumes. In more than two decades as a pastor, Pohjola has ministered to congregations as small as 30. He has spent his life building a network of faithful churches

In covering the motions hearing last week in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, I noted a surprising comment from Judge Bruce Schroeder that he had "spent hours" with the Wisconsin gun law and could not state with certainty what it means in this case. The statement could effectively knock out the misdemeanor gun possession count – the one count that could still be in play for the jury after the prosecution's case on the more serious offense appeared to collapse in court. A close examination of that provision reveals ample reason to question not just its meaning but its application to this case.

Hillary Clinton lost, and now she needs to move on from the 2016 election. I’m not trying to be cruel or twist the knife. I mean this with all sincerity. She just needs to move on for her own good. The constant reliving of her failed campaign against former President Donald Trump is unhealthy. She’s clearly still upset about it. She’s clearly still angry. But she’ll never recover from her defeat so long as she continues to wallow in it, relentlessly poring over every excruciating detail. She’ll certainly never recover if she continues in both word and deed to define herself by her failed campaign.
