GOP’s Fortenberry Targeted In Yet Another
Questionable And Politicized Case From
Troubled Department Of Justice

Jeff Fortenberry is not the person you’d expect to be charged with any crime, much less the crime of lying to the FBI. Painfully earnest, the Nebraska Republican congressman is a devout Roman Catholic who has a perfect pro-life voting record. He served on the powerful House Appropriations Committee, and has developed a reputation for activism on behalf of persecuted religious minorities in Iraq. It was that last focus that ended up getting him in the crosshairs of the Department of Justice.

Comments:

Very scary. This is beyond politicized, this is tyrannical.

What separates the United States from previous and current police states? Nothing! The facade has been ripped away to reveal the ugly truth as to what this country has become.

This sort of behavior sends a clear message: NEVER speak to the FBI without an attorney present. No matter how benign the situation may seem, NEVER speak to the FBI without legal representation. Do NOT try to be helpful. Keep your mouth shut.

“ In 2018, the FBI ordered an informant to briefly call Fortenberry to tell him the contributions were probably illegal. A year later, two men claiming to be FBI agents knocked on his door in Nebraska and asked to speak to him….” What’s frightening is that this apparent setup of the Congressman was begun during the Trump Administration, with a Trump appointed FBI Director. That the Biden regime is pursuing criminal charges against Fortenberry simply confirms the obvious, that the DoJ and FBI, if not all federal departments, work on behalf of the Democrat Party and not for the country and its citizens. We are in deep trouble, and the results of elections in 2022 and 2024, even if honest, will make little to difference.

“Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.” - Lavrentiy Beria, head of Stalin's secret police This Congressman, and especially crack former prosecutor Trey Gowdy, are plainly stupid talking to the FBI or US Attorney about anything, including the weather. Honesty is rarely the best policy in legal matters. Oh, no, YOU'RE not in trouble... "Lie" to the FBI...once there was an "exculpatory lie" that was anticipated and acceptable. Now any misstatement is criminal.

Lesson learned ... The only thing you need to say to an FBI agent without a lawyer present is "Good Bye." In fact, if my next door neighbor was an FBI agent, I might add Good Morning to that list. But that's all. Sorry, the 99% of "good agents" seem to be doing the bidding for the 1% of political operatives. Or the pensions are that good.

FTA: The FBI and DOJ were found to have lied to the secret spy court in order to gain warrants to spy on American citizens. Numerous FBI and DOJ officials leaked information to the media, lied about leaking to the media, and otherwise engaged in scandalous behavior as part of their effort to fight the Trump campaign and presidency. There is no doubt that the fbi & doj are corrupt and the armed wing of the globalists - be afraid, be very afraid.

In the upside-down morality of the left, it is perfectly acceptable for criminal gangs to target high-end stores free of consequences. At once ascribing poverty, immoral historical legacies, and contemporary systemic racism, we are supposed to believe that what is happening is actually a form of justice. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is no moral or humanitarian justification for the now-daily shoplifting and burglary sprees witnessed time and again in various California cities and across the country. A fourth-generation dairy farmer warned that climate change-related regulations and a slew of economic woes could signal the end for her family's way of life after nearly a century. "We've been attacked in the dairy industry for a while now," Stephanie Nash told Fox News. "Instead of educating people through the farmer, we're educating them through people that have never farmed and we're killing off our family farmers." Rising costs, labor and supply shortages and little support – in addition to climate change and conservation regulations – are all major obstacles threatening the Nash family, which has been in the dairy farming business for 92 years.

Guitar For Life Cafe was one of the only unlocked doors on West Main St. in downtown Waukesha on Monday morning, so I stepped inside to buy a cup of coffee. Hillary Clinton lost, and now she needs to move on from the 2016 election. I’m not trying to be cruel or twist the knife. I mean this with all sincerity. She just needs to move on for her own good. The constant reliving of her failed campaign against former President Donald Trump is unhealthy. She’s clearly still upset about it. She’s clearly still angry. But she’ll never recover from her defeat so long as she continues to wallow in it, relentlessly poring over every excruciating detail. She’ll certainly never recover if she continues in both word and deed to define herself by her failed campaign.
