Fox News political analyst Juan Williams revealed during Wednesday’s episode of The Five that he will be leaving the show. Williams, who is one of the original co-hosts of The Five, said that he will be staying in Washington, D.C., permanently and will continue working for Fox. He will remain a senior political analyst for Fox News Media. “It’s time now for One More Thing and I have an announcement,” Williams said. “This is my last day hosting The Five. COVID taught me a lot of lessons. As the show goes back to the New York studio, I’ll be staying in D.C.”

Monroe, La. - A federal district court in Monroe on Tuesday said a federal agency had overstepped its authority and temporarily ended the requirement that millions of healthcare workers nationwide get vaccinated before Monday, Dec. 6.
“There is no question that mandating a vaccine to 10.3 million healthcare workers is something that should be done by Congress, not a government agency. It is not clear that even an Act of Congress mandating a vaccine would be constitutional,” wrote U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty sitting in Monroe for the Western District of Louisiana.
He expanded his order to include all states but those that have already enjoined the rule.
Details are thin, but Presidentish Joe Biden reportedly will suspend his vaccine mandate for federal workers.
According to a memo issued by the Biden administration, the “White House’s Office of Management and Budget is telling federal agencies they should hold off on suspending or firing federal workers for not complying with the vaccine mandate until after the holidays.”
This is a huge cave for an administration whose remaining anti-COVID effort is focused almost exclusively on the vaccine mandate.
Further lockdowns are out, according to one report. People have lost patience with social distancing and travel restrictions.

Betty Lynn, the film and television actress best known for playing Barney Fife’s sweetheart Thelma Lou on "The Andy Griffith Show," has died. She was 95.
The star died peacefully on Saturday after a brief illness, The Andy Griffith Museum in Mount Airy, North Carolina, announced in a statement.
Lynn appeared as Thelma Lou in the hit series from 1961 until 1966. She reprised her role in "Return to Mayberry," the made-for-TV movie where she and Fife (Don Knotts) got married.

The Salvation Army said Monday it has withdrawn a discussion guide on racism that was intended for its church members but that an advocacy group claimed was given to donors as a call to “repent” for being White. “If that document is getting in the way of the fulfillment of our mission, The Salvation Army is going to remove it,” Commissioner Kenneth Hodder, the group’s U.S. national commander, told The Washington Times. “Because nothing can be allowed to affect the fulfillment of that critical mission.”

A trio of teen girls on an anti-Semitic hate crime spree in Brooklyn smacked around two small boys and a teenager, police said Tuesday.
The hateful teens targeted strangers wearing traditional Orthodox clothing in Bedford-Stuyvesant, cops said. They first struck about 6 p.m. Friday when they confronted a 12-year-old boy walking his 3-year-old brother home on Skillman St. near DeKalb Ave. One of the teens slapped the younger brother in the face before the trio ran off.
