NFL Star JJ Watt to Pay for Funerals of
Waukesha Parade Victims

Original Article

NFL star JJ Watt, a Wisconsin native, says he’ll pick up the costs of funerals for the six victims of Sunday’s tragic Christmas parade attack. The Arizona Cardinals defensive end, a Waukesha native who graduated from (Pewaukee) High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, made the announcement through local media this week, Fox News said. “JJ Watt is covering the funeral costs for everyone that lost their life in the Waukesha Christmas Parade,” journalist and author Cory Jennerjohn wrote on Twitter.

Comments:

The Watt family is very much community minded. JJ is to be commended for his support of home folks severely attacked by evil. For those NFL boycotters, there are a few, like JJ and his brothers, who are the good citizens we hope we are.

Yes, many in the NFL are not woke and the last 2 weeks have been all military all the time, With the NFL salute to service. It's a shame the commish is such a woke putz, I'll just bet there are many owners that would love to see him gone. Hopefully, Gruden will sue him and the league for the 'targeting' of his emails to get him fired.

JJ Watt is a class act, in a league full of racist BLM hustlers and other bad guys!!! My only regret is that the Texans never traded him to a team where he could have actually played in a Super Bowl. He deserved that!!!

I watched part of an interview with Watt just 3 days ago. He talked about signing a 100 million dollar contract, sat down with his best friend to figure out how to spend part of it - it seemed, he said, to be a necessity to spend part of such a large amount of money. So they reviewed commercials, ads, magazines, literature, and he then decided he didn't need any of that stuff.

MDConservative, huge thanks for posting this. JJ, you are a great American. Just as you were when your foundation recently raised over $41 million to help the Hurricane Harvey victims. From one native-born mid-westerner to another, I thank you for helping the families of Waukesha who experienced this awful week of violence.

Good for him...another kid raised in the midwest that appreciates where he was born and his fellow citizens...rather striking that Kyle Rittenhouse and he were born and raised in the heartland...where WE appreciate family and our beloved country...

Allow me to add this: There are a number of GoFundMe funds that are vetted, mainly for directly assisting families that were victimized by this evil act. I have ties to Waukesha, and have become acquainted with a few of these families, mainly through my grandchildren and their activities and school. At the risk of violating the standard of conduct in this salon, I would urge all to help out however you will. Thanksgiving is a fine day to do so. Thank you.

Former President Donald Trump on Monday lashed out at George W. Bush for his 9/11 20th anniversary speech in which he appeared to compare the Jan. 6 rioters to foreign terrorists, saying the 43rd president, who was in office when the 9/11 attacks happened, “shouldn’t be lecturing anybody!” “So interesting to watch former President Bush, who is responsible for getting us into the quicksand of the Middle East (and then not winning!), as he lectures us that terrorists on the ’right’ are a bigger problem than those from foreign countries that hate America, and that are pouring into our Country right now,” Trump said in an emailed statement.

He'll tell you all about the mechanics he uses on the mound, skills that have enabled him to keep pitching after all these years. To reiterate: "Lefty Joe" pitches for his baseball team. More and more informed observers are asking why, after 13+ years of the Federal Reserve’s increasingly aggressive monetary interventions, the benefits remain so skewed toward Wall Street over Main Street. The answer is simple: follow the money. Using its traditional tools, the Fed pumps money into the financial system, hoping it will make its way into the broader economy. But the Fed can’t control where the money goes or who financial institutions decide to lend to, and clearly, the primary beneficiaries have been investors and the ultra-rich.
