As it is with “medical expert” commentary, the state of legal analysis in the media is absolutely dire, as we’ve noted here previously. One big reason why is thanks to the strong political biases of legal analysts like CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin. While it’s not necessarily a bad thing to be a politically opinionated legal analyst, what is wrong is allowing your biases to cloud your judgment as to the specific facts of the cases/trials on which you’re being asked to provide comment and analysis. In Toobin’s case, his analyses about the Kyle Rittenhouse case have been so bad that even the trial’s judge – Bruce Schroeder, an evil man according to leftists

Toobin is the white liberal Malcolm X spoke of. He personally risks nothing nor offers anything but platitudes. He profits from the trials and tribulations of others, inventing many, and does nothing which actually helps those he professes to defend. He would never sacrifice his own well being for those he claims are oppressed. Hey, Zoom Toobe go play with yourself -oops done that.

"If Kyle Rittenhouse were Black"... His stated reasons for being there the same, ALL aspects the same? Him being chased through the streets by crazed white criminals, at least one of whom had used the N-Word and threatened his very LIFE several times, that kept attacking him, even as he multiple times tried to run away...and fearing for his life he defended himself, harming NO ONE that was not actually attacking him? ALL of the people currently supporting Kyle would STILL be supporting..the ONLY differences would be the numbers of people calling for his Head.THAT number would drop away to nearly zero.

If the shooter was Black and it was the exact same situation I think both the Left and the Right would be saying he should not be charged, but for two different reasons. The Right would be saying the same thing they said for Rittenhouse, that he should not be charged because it was self defense and and the Left would saying he should not be charged because it would be racist. In a nutshell you would have the difference in the mindset of the Right and the Left in the US.

More than a dozen NYPD cops have ditched the Big Apple to join the force in a small Florida city — part of a nationwide trend of disgruntled officers finding greener pastures in pro-police communities. Lakeland — a community of 108,000 people 35 miles east of Tampa — mounted a social media campaign targeting NYC cops earlier this year, and in April dispatched a delegation to recruit in Times Square. Fourteen former Finest moved to Lakeland in the past year — 12 of them wooed over the past two months thanks to the recruiting trip. The respect accorded cops in Florida “was an eye opener,”

This week, the Kyle Rittenhouse trial heated up as more and more details came out about exactly what happened that night. In true Tucker Carlson fashion, he had a hilarious and sarcastic take on the trial, especially when it comes to Joseph Rosenbaum, a chid rapist who attacked Rittenhouse that night last summer. “The trial confirmed exactly what happened, and here are the facts about it. A convicted child rapist called Joseph Rosenbaum was released from a mental hospital and then went directly to join the mob that was burning downtown Kenosha. Once he got to the riot, Rosenbaum saw Kyle Rittenhouse and immediately threatened to kill him,” Tucker explained.

The CDC estimates that 124 million of the 146.6 million infections resulted in “symptomatic illnesses,” although it is unclear why only one in four infections sought out medical treatment. The CDC further estimated that there were 7.5 million hospitalizations,

But Assistant Prosecutor Thomas Binger – who has led the prosecution’s murder case against Kyle Rittenhouse – has made the trial look more like an episode from the 1980s sitcom “Night Court” than a high-profile trial receiving national attention. And speaking of TV lawyers, do you suppose Binger graduated from The University of America Samoa Law School like Jimmy McGill from “Better Call Saul?”
