How Many Americans Have ‘Natural Immunity’
– The Number is Truly Staggering

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has quietly acknowledged that far more people have natural immunity than was earlier reported. The CDC quietly acknowledged that a staggering 146.6 million people have been infected by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and have survived it. The CDC updated its May figures in October after declining to update the numbers for five months. The CDC estimates that 124 million of the 146.6 million infections resulted in “symptomatic illnesses,” although it is unclear why only one in four infections sought out medical treatment. The CDC further estimated that there were 7.5 million hospitalizations,

I had it in May. I survived just fine. I have not had the clot shot and will not do so.

Both my husband and I have been around several people who’ve had COVID (all survived including a 78 year old man and a 66 year old woman with asthma) but have never gotten sick with the virus. I’ve always said we ha s natural immunity. Am I wrong? I’m dang near a recluse working from our home but my husband is an OTR driver and is in contact with the public every day.

My wife and I had it a the beginning of 2020. I had a antibody test early last month. Chock full of them. I never intended to get that murderous shot, but nice to know the God provided protection system works.

That is basically half the nation. They DO NOT need the shot under any circumstance unless it is their choice. Get off it biden. Leave us the eff alone. The shot is available, we all know that. But stop telling us it will prevent covid, it does not, stop telling us it will prevent us from spreading covid, it will not. It may, however, lessen any symptoms you have if you do catch covid. It may keep you out of the hospital and it may prevent death. But MOST people recover with few problems. Feel free to wear a hazmat outfit to Kroger if that makes you feel better. You do you. But leave us alone.

As far as I can tell, my wife and I had Covid late November 2019, before we knew it existed. We recovered and didn't realize we'd had it in taking after we'd recovered. No reason to see the doctor then.

I assume what I had in Jan '20 was it - sick enough that had covid been a 'thing' at that point I might have gone to hospital instead of toughing it out at home.

The CDC squandered last year whatever trust they had built up since their inception. I don't buy any of their statistics, estimates, or guidelines any more.

More than a dozen NYPD cops have ditched the Big Apple to join the force in a small Florida city — part of a nationwide trend of disgruntled officers finding greener pastures in pro-police communities. Lakeland — a community of 108,000 people 35 miles east of Tampa — mounted a social media campaign targeting NYC cops earlier this year, and in April dispatched a delegation to recruit in Times Square. Fourteen former Finest moved to Lakeland in the past year — 12 of them wooed over the past two months thanks to the recruiting trip. The respect accorded cops in Florida “was an eye opener,”

Former President Donald Trump got a reprieve from the city’s efforts to evict his company from the Ferry Point golf course. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Debra James granted the Trump Organization a temporary stay from Mayor de Blasio’s effort to break the company’s contract to run the Bronx course by Nov. 14 – a move that could cost the city over $30 million. After the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, de Blasio ended contracts for Trump’s company to operate the Central Park Carousel, the Wollman and Lasker ice rinks in the park, and the Bronx golf course. The city’s Parks Department quickly picked new operators

This week, the Kyle Rittenhouse trial heated up as more and more details came out about exactly what happened that night. In true Tucker Carlson fashion, he had a hilarious and sarcastic take on the trial, especially when it comes to Joseph Rosenbaum, a chid rapist who attacked Rittenhouse that night last summer. “The trial confirmed exactly what happened, and here are the facts about it. A convicted child rapist called Joseph Rosenbaum was released from a mental hospital and then went directly to join the mob that was burning downtown Kenosha. Once he got to the riot, Rosenbaum saw Kyle Rittenhouse and immediately threatened to kill him,” Tucker explained.

The footage is part of the 14,000 hours of documented surveillance video that the FBI and Capitol Police have refused to release to the public. The footage is striking in that it shows Capitol Police officers gathered behind the protesters while they suspiciously orchestrate a break-in of a corridor to the Senate chambers. This week’s decision on who to select as our top knucklehead was not an easy one, as Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) provided stiff competition (pun intended, and more to follow) for this week’s honoree. But Assistant Prosecutor Thomas Binger – who has led the prosecution’s murder case against Kyle Rittenhouse – has made the trial look more like an episode from the 1980s sitcom “Night Court” than a high-profile trial receiving national attention. And speaking of TV lawyers, do you suppose Binger graduated from The University of America Samoa Law School like Jimmy McGill from “Better Call Saul?”

On Wednesday, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) who two months ago survived his recall election, extended the COVID state of emergency yet again. It will now extend until March 31, 2022, which is a full four and a half months from now, and a little over two years since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. As Tom Tapp reported for Deadline, this is the third time that Newsom has issued such an extension. He also wrote: Newsom first declared the state of emergency on March 2, 2020, just hours after the Golden State saw its first death from what was then referred to as the coronavirus.

As it is with “medical expert” commentary, the state of legal analysis in the media is absolutely dire, as we’ve noted here previously. One big reason why is thanks to the strong political biases of legal analysts like CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin. While it’s not necessarily a bad thing to be a politically opinionated legal analyst, what is wrong is allowing your biases to cloud your judgment as to the specific facts of the cases/trials on which you’re being asked to provide comment and analysis. In Toobin’s case, his analyses about the Kyle Rittenhouse case have been so bad that even the trial’s judge – Bruce Schroeder, an evil man according to leftists

After having their entire case obliterated by video evidence and bombshell witness testimony all week – with some of the worst blows coming from their own ‘star’ witnesses – prosecutors for the state’s case against Kyle Rittenhouse finally came to the realization that their arguments had gotten them nowhere. In a shocking admission on Friday, the prosecution said that because of the evidence presented in the case “a reasonable jury or juror” could acquit Rittenhouse on the most serious charges that he faces. Even the least serious of the charges that Rittenhouse faces – illegal possession of a firearm – may be dismissed by the judge in the case.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has called state legislators to come together next week for a special session to consider several proposals that push back against Biden’s authoritarian COVID-19 vaccine mandates for workers and employers. The main piece of legislation being weighed is a proposal to decide whether the state should withdraw itself from the partisan oversight of Biden’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The measure was introduced earlier this month and sponsored by Republicans Sen. Travis Hutson and Rep. Ardian Zika after OSHA had finally issued its Emergency Temporary Standard relating to Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 employees or more.
