The judge presiding over the homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse confused observers after making a strange and off-color joke inside the courtroom on Thursday. "I hope the Asian food isn't coming.. isn't on one of those boats from Long Beach Harbor," said Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder as the court was preparing to take a lunch break. (Snip) "It harms our community and puts us in the crosshairs of micro aggressions as well as actual physical violence," said John Yang, president and executive director of Asian Americans Advancing Justice-AAJC. Comments:

How on earth is his comment offensive and violence-provoking? He's trying to offer an itty-bitty amount of levity over a late-arriving lunch.

Omg! Omg! Omg! I can feel my safe space closing in just reading the summary!!! Come see the violence inherent in the system!! Micro aggressions are everywhere! Since real racism is near zero and socially unacceptable, these clowns now have to either fake it by doing it themselves with fake death threats and graffiti or accuse everyone of silly nonsense like "micro aggressions". Meaning, the aggressions were so small we needed a microscope to find them. Sheesh.

CNN is preparing the battle space to go after the judge when Rittenhouse is found not guilty. They know the trial is going very badly for the prosecution and the likelyhood of Rittenhouse being found innocent grows stronger every day. Wisconsin Judge Bruce Schroeder took some criticism Thursday after requesting during the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial in Kenosha that attendees applaud for the nation’s service members on Veterans Day. During a moment in the day’s proceedings, Schroeder asked if any veterans were present in the courtroom. As Vermont reports higher than ever COVID-19 case rates, state health officials have been trying to understand why. How can a state that did so well during the first part of the pandemic — even garnering national recognition — be doing so much worse now? "There is not one simple answer," said Vermont Health Commissioner Dr. Mark Levine during a news conference Tuesday. "But, there are clearly factors that have come together to create the situation that we're in now." Slowing the spread is critical right now to prevent Vermont's hospitals from being overwhelmed with people sick with the virus, Levine said.
