A celebrity chef who claimed to have invented the 'world's healthiest meal' has died of a heart attack, aged 43. Gurpareet Bains, whose fans included Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow, penned several superfood cookbooks. The co-founder of Vedge Snacks, who lived in Enfield, London, was hospitalised following a heart attack last Thursday, his management have confirmed. Males of Indian origin in their forties have a 46 times chance of dying of a heart attack than these White British counterparts. The heredity and a Western diet/lifestyle are deadly. Even though I am an immigrant (legal) from India, I sometimes think people are better off where they were born!

I'd like to know his status re: The Shot and boosters. Those shots greatly increase clotting, and clotting is what drives strokes and heart attacks.

Enquiring minds have to know what vaccine did he get and when? Just saying. We all know if you get the jab your risk of heart problems go up extremely high.

Julia Child lived into her 90s eating rich French foods practically every day. She once allegedly said if your doctor advised you to avoid butter, use heavy cream instead.

Many heart attacks can be prevented if one has their annual physical, 43 is way to young something was up and likely could have been prevented.
As for Julia Child, she was also known to enjoy a few adult drinks everyday.

He was very healthy when he died.
There's a lot to be said for that - - but right now I can't think of any of it.

“Vaccidental”. Great word, OP! This is the first I’ve seen it but it’s perfect. Thanks!

Presume an autopsy will be performed, but would certainly be interesting to know if he was vaccinated, and if he obtained the booster.
Gavin Newsom, who looks healthy, was out of public view for 2 weeks after getting his booster and flu shots at the same time.
As the governor of the largest state, we should be advised more information, and when did he pass along the duties of his office to the Lt. governor?

Anything with the word "celebrity" attached should be taken with a grain of salt.
I'm sorry, I couldn't resist.

#11, I like "vaccident" also. Saw that in a comment accompanying a Daily Mail article; sums it up nicely. Comments there are often the best part of an article.

Reminds me of the Atkins Diet guy. Dr. Atkins died of a heart attack as well, if I'm not mistaken. I'm thinking we should all just eat whatever the heck we want and see how the chips fall.

Sorry, blaming tis on vax is equivalent to blaming flu deaths on COVID. A good friend of mine who never smoked, was fit, who in my company never had more than 2 pints of beer died of a heart attack at 42. While in a sail boat race 16 miles off of California. This is just a tragic circumstance most likely.

#16, Dr. Atkins, departing his office in NYC, slipped on an icy sidewalk, hit his head, died of brain injuries.
He, like Dr. Salk, is one of my heroes. Salk should have received the Nobel Prize in Medicine, and so should have Atkins. Neither did.
And after decades of being demeaned and rejected by the 'medical community,', Dr. Salk's approach to dieting is now the gold standard.

How on ultra fit young man reacted to The Shot
Worth watching. The guy is a mountain biker, and the more you watch the more you can see he's pretty intelligent, and very, as he says, "in tune with my body".

Poof Prositive...eat what you want, enjoy all foods, lead an active, happy life. Don't over worry about such things.
You might get hit by a bus tomorrow. Or lightning...
heck, at that age even covid is 1/7 the risk of getting hit by lightning.

It can happen anytime. Knew a healthy 27 year old warrant officer who keeled over and died sitting in the locker room after PT. And this was 40 years prior to the jab.

A young chef who specializes in healthy meals dies of a heart attack at age 43. Seems there are a lot of unexpected vaccidental deaths in the news lately, mostly people with some degree of celebrity or we'd not hear of them otherwise.
