Don Lemon sends legal letter to Megyn Kelly

The letter accused Kelly of allowing listeners to be fed a “lopsided and inaccurate” story about what occurred between Hice and Lemon. [snip] In the letter, the attorney asked Kelly to correct her “reckless” reporting and public statements. “I hope you will correct your reckless reporting today, and the prior public statements you have made about this case — statements that demonstrated a reckless disregard for the truth and absolutely no effort on your part to try to ascertain the facts.”

Comments:

Gee, I guess Don Lemon and his buddies at CNN would never do what they are accusing Megyn Kelly of doing.

I listened to her interview of the accuser. She said nothing about Lemon's guilt or innocence. She just let the guy tell his story. Lemon is a bully and deserves to be taken down over this. (and he is disgustingly obnoxious and repulsive.

Don, Don, Don.... Megan was letting her guest explain his side of the story. She was letting him give his version of the story. She was not guiding him to give the version of the story that she wanted (the guest was doing that for her unprompted). Don has given his well crafted, PR firm created, lawyer approved version of events. Now it was Hice's turn to give his unedited version. Guess Don Lemmon is not used to an interviewer letting the guest do the talking uninterrupted or twisted by the hosts interjections or guidance.

Oh poor little Donnie. He is getting a dose of his own medicine. He has no legal recourse. Pure bully tactics. He is a public person so gonna be hard to prove anything. And if he brings anything legal up, he opens himself up to discovery and I bet that would be eye opening. Little Donnie should just get use to it. Might be a new tactic for conservatives to attack the media attack dogs with their own methods.

California is set to adopt new math teaching principles that are based in critical race theory. These changes, which include deemphasizing calculus and pulling programs for academically gifted students, will "apply social justice principles to math lessons." These guidelines do not instruct educators to teach critical race theory, but rather use critical race theory as a guide for the formation of teaching principles. Critical race theory is not being taught to students, but taught to teachers, who are then meant to use it to formulate their own practices.

And no wonder, given that it's so darn woke that parts of it are in a language most Americans don't speak, but Spielberg refused to include subtitles. Let me quickly get through my biases. I hate Steven Spielberg movies because I find them overblown, predictable, and incredibly boring. I also dislike the way he presents children.
