The United States will restrict travel for non-U.S. citizens from South Africa and seven other countries starting on Monday, part of a global effort to stem the spread of the heavily mutated omicron variant of Covid-19, according to senior Biden administration officials. In addition to South Africa, the affected countries are Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi. The White House is pushing back against the Court of Appeals decision over the weekend to freeze Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate for private business. Officials have gone as far as to say businesses should ignore the recent court ruling. According to CNBC, during Monday’s White House briefing Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters that: "People should not wait. They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated."
The Biden administration in just the past year alone stockpiled the records of more than 54 million U.S. gun owners and is poised to drastically alter gun regulations to ensure that information on Americans who own firearms ultimately ends up in the federal government's hands, according to internal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. Joe Biden’s U.S. Agency for International Development launched a new $125 million dollar project with Washington State University and foreign collaborators to discover over 10,000 novel viruses in nature. A British lawmaker from Prime Minister Boris Johnson's Conservative Party was stabbed to death on Friday in a church by a man who attacked him at a meeting with voters from his electoral district. David Amess, 69, the member of parliamentfor Southend West in Essex, eastern England, was targeted at around midday at a meeting at the Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea. Democrats have long wanted the government to parent or co-parent your children, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that President Joe Biden said the quiet part out loud Monday night. Is the administration upset that you might be spending too much time with your family?
The statement is also rather vague.
The “nearly 2 million” number, I assume, represents the 1.8 million-woman reduction in our labor force during the COVID-19 pandemic.
But it’s untrue to claim this loss is only due to women leaving work to care for a family member. There are myriad reasons why the pandemic and government-induced shutdowns could have diminished the female workforce.
I reported earlier today on the announcement about the new COVID variant out of South Africa that immediately had some freaking out because it was supposedly “heavily mutated” and that the spike protein was “dramatically different.” That raised questions about whether immunity and the vaccines would be protective against it. There were also suggestions that it was “highly contagious among young people.” So, it seemed obvious they were gearing up to go crazy over this again.
Then we reported on Dr. Anthony Fauci claiming they needed more time and information to decide on whether they needed to be talking about travel bans, that they wouldn’t be implementing a travel ban yet.

“There's Nothing More Frightening in America Today than an Angry White Man,” a CNN op-ed headline blared after the Rittenhouse verdict. And then Darrell Brooks, a black racist, career criminal, and convicted sex offender with two open felony cases, intentionally drove into the Waukesha Christmas Parade, leaving bloody children strewn like crumpled flowers.
Baby strollers and battered wheelchairs lay on the street in the aftermath of this racist rampage, while the media tries to cover up his black racist agendas. If a white racist had slammed his car into a black parade, there would be little doubt and less question about his motives.
