Defense Department Pulls a Bait and Switch

On August 24, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin issued a memo to senior Pentagon leadership announcing that he was implementing a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all military service members. The day before, the FDA had issued full authorization to Pfizer for their Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine product(snip). At first glance it would seem that the mandatory vaccination policy, while scientifically unsound and strategically foolish, was at least a policy being implemented according to both the letter of the directive and in accordance with the law. But a further examination of the facts(snip)makes clear that the military’s implementation of this order is illegal and highly unethical.

Comments:

Our military deserve far better than Austin. He will never stand up for them, nor will Joebama, whom I will not call their CIC.

Wa state doh is doing the same. Their covid jab infomercial starts saying it is fully fda improved. It even implies that the moderna and j&j r too. And of course the jab is safe and effective. Fact Check: according to viral expert Dr McCullough the jab is ineffective and unsafe. And according to vaccine expert Dr. Malone and also as noted in this article, the approved vaccine has not been manufactured yet.

This is a known but unspoken and unwritten story. I saw an opinion posted about six weeks ago by a naval officer making this exact argument. No one in the United States of America can be compelled to take the Pfizer EUA mRNA therapy drug, period. I keep seeing all kinds of hand-wringing laments written by “conservatives” claiming everything but the very legal foundation for flat out refusing to take an experimental drug therapy. Of course Pfizer is happy since the EUA drug comes with ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONSEQUENCES. Zero, none, nada, zilch, zip. Every f’ning person involved in this unprecedented human biomedical drug therapy experiment has no liability criminal or civil EVER. When in the hell has anyone ever seen or heard of any such thing? In the end, the people associated with this will have accountability before God. They will have to justify the people they harmed, permanently injured, or outright killed with their Great Experiment that made them tens (hundreds?) of billions of dollars with absolutely no consequences.

These vaccines are not “approved” by the FDA. “Approved” is a very important legal distinction, and this is not a word that the FDA uses as synonymous with any other word (especially authorized). Approved means they have been determined safe after extensive clinical trials, which these shot have not! For proof, please listen to this 3 minute recorded conversation with Pfizer. The Pfizer vaccines are NOT FDA APPROVED in either the name Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 or Comirnaty. Please cut and paste this into your computer search line to hear these words from Pfizer for yourself: https://gab.com/a/posts/107075532123265514 “It has to be approved first.” “The Comirnaty has not been approved”. So what was approved? “Nothing”. “The emergency uses of the vaccine have not been approved or licensed by the FDA, but have been authorized by the FDA under emergency use authorization…” So was the old vaccine approved under the other name? “NO, nothing has been approved” So we have no FDA approved covid vaccine in the United States under any name? “Correct”.

The Democrats are hell-bent to destroy the most effective military force in the world, both by mandating illegal injections that many elite troops will not take, and by the "continuous vetting" process designed to identify and root out military members whose political views differ from the leadership's. It is a race between the expiration of Biden's term and near-total evisceration of our military capability.

The Pfizer/Bio-tech original vaccine was approved in August and once approved, it got the Brand name of Comirnaty because vaccines aren't named for pharmaceutical companies. They can't be by the rules of naming medications. There is no EAU for getting the first two vaccines, those ones are available and have full approval. The EAU is for newer developments like booster shots because those required a whole new study. So the military cannot force anyone to get Moderna or J and J since they have no full authority, They cannot force anyone to get a booster. But they can require military members to get Comirnaty, as the old Pfizer/Bio-tech shot was called. The children's shot also is an EAU, And just for information, the booster shot of Comirnaty that people get is the same as the ones that people who have never been vaccinated get.

#18 seems to be correct based on the FDA website on 8/23/21. "Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals." I don't understand why the comirnaty could be approved so quickly because "according to the formulation comparison sheet, the Comirnaty vaccine product has a very different formulation than the Pfizer BioNTech product—on a per 30 μg dose basis for instance, it contains 25 percent more SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein mRNA, 34 percent more polyethylene glycol, 1070 percent more potassium chloride, as well as an ingredient listed only as “Redacted Ingredient.” That last item is alarming. Informed consent is required by both federal and international law under the Nuremberg Code. It is impossible to give informed consent to receive a medical ingredient that is shrouded in secrecy behind a redacted label. "

Shakespeare and his king in the 'Scottish Play' knew: *Double double toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble. Round about the cauldron go. In the poison'd entrails throw.* As far as the 3 evil witches in MacBeth are concerned, eye of newt and toe of frog IS a biological preparation; regrettably, it is not for the purposes of immunity--only death. I In no way is it meant by the sinister threesome to be safe or therapeutic. True, it may be dressed up to mimic some highly-touted new-age super saviour. Impliedly however, it is assumed that the punters are too stupid and undeserving to receive it. Well. at least Shakespeare gives us the recipe for his pollyjuiceposhun. From what we've heard reported, neither the Bait nor the Switch comes with safety data pages and ingredient list for the consumer. Japan has filed FOIA requests and has blocked importation of these brews-- due to concerns of contamination. To that point, we think we saw saw bizarre pictures on twtr posted by a doctor [[?]] which were meant to show strange foreign objects seemingly floating in the solution. TBH, they looked more like microscopic 'portraits of the night sky, peppered with UFO's and spy satellites 2021' --by an unknown artist, not called Hunter. Nevertheless, this art work pushed off the board several generic remedies-long used, and highly trusted as reliable. These literary creations make it onto the board, albeit thinly-papered with a technocratic 'emergency' label. AFAIK, at no time have these oddly-titled formulae achieved the govt's required testing and approval. But as in Russian fairy stories, names change; though the 'quality' remains the same-- rather like the kgb/fsb. A new super hero is invented, named, and somehow pre-approved for production and approval-due years from now. There's a seat reserved at the banquet for that rescuer, complete with elegant place card....and a monstrous fake at table, guzzling the caviar.

To great public fanfare, Joe Biden has anointed Rachel Levine a “four-star admiral” in the Public Health Service (PHS). And to fight evil, to stop it, is the most important thing anyone can do.What justifies the use of “evil” as a descriptor? It’s a dangerous word to use, one that has been abused throughout history to demonize innocent people as well as condemn the guilty. But there is no other word for what these people are doing, both in tactic and objective.
