Police are investigating what caused the crash? How about driving fast and trying to dodge bullets at the same time. I'll bet neither one of these vehicles was traveling the speed limit or stopping for red lights and stop signs. Gee, Sherlock. What could possibly caused a car to jump a curb hitting someone on the side walk while bullets were flying?
