White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki attempted to walk back a statement by presidential climate envoy John Kerry which claimed President Joe Biden "had not been aware of what had transpired" following a submarine deal with Australia that upset the French. "Of course he was aware of the French being upset," Psaki said in response to a question on the matter from Fox News' Peter Doocy. "He of course was aware, the president, of the French being displeased about the deal with the Australians. John Kerry also speaks regularly to the French as part of his role as the climate envoy. He's someone who also served as Secretary of State."

But, of course, that's NOT what Kerry was talking about (that Biden wasn't aware of the French being upset). Sounds like Kerry let the cat out of the bag, and told everyone the truth, that Biden is not actually performing the duties of POTUS. He's just a figurehead, and the guy who needs to occasionally sign a document. Far too many people have had to have had interactions with Biden by now and they know the truth about his lack of involvement and likely his health situation.

John "Kook" Kerry threw himself under the bus in order to protect Joe "Dementia" Biden. The Kook is a far-left radical and will always be idolized by the swine in the White House. Travel the world, give speeches and go back to obscurity while feeding at the government trough.

Kerry is fighting to be relevant. This has been his lifelong mission. The French think he’s one of them which is partially true and explains why no one in the US can stand him. In the meantime it is a not surprising to anybody that Biden has no idea what is going on. That is obvious.

I think Kerry is the one who is lying. As someone above asked, what does a Climate zealot have to do with Australia and nuclear submarines? Nothing. He is speaking to the French press in the video and he just wants the French not to be mad at Biden; therefore, he made up a plausible lie that Biden was unaware. The lie is plausible because Biden is unaware of many things going on. For example, he was also unaware that administrative personnel suggested to him that he leave troops in Afghanistan to facilitate an orderly withdrawal.

No, Biden was not aware of the submarine deal. Congress should be asking who was at the meeting and who made the decision that offended the French. Biden is nothing more than a pathetic dementia ridden puppet who does what his "handlers" tell him to do. They prep him with medication then steer him in the right direction and glue notes to his hands to make sure he says the right things. Why do you think he is always late to his rare press conferences, he's being medicated. Why do you think he says he's NOT ALLOWED to take questions. His medication has its limits. And the communist press protects him...Got it..

In a rare instance in which House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was unable to do what she needed to do to win a vote, progressive House Democrats secured a major win last week by blocking the passage of the bipartisan infrastructure bill the speaker promised would make it through the chamber by Thursday. It was a stunning failure for the speaker who's been known for years for her iron grip on her caucus and her ability to win major votes by the slimmest of margins. It caused President Biden's two biggest agenda items to come to a screeching halt in Congress.

A new Treasury Department report tells us what we already know: Child care costs are unaffordable for many families. In response to this, lawmakers have included $250 billion in child care subsidies in the $3.5 trillion spending bill currently under consideration. While this effort might strike many Americans as a well-intended “hand up” to working parents, it comes with a significant downside, and not just the price tag to taxpayers. The most serious problem with government-funded child care is the downstream effect on the quality, variety, and independence of child care providers in today’s robust — although expensive — marketplace. In other areas, government funding has proved to function like a
