Communist China Seizes Control
of Britain’s Largest Microchip Factory

A state-backed Communist Chinese firm has conducted a hostile takeover of the UK’s largest microchip factory, raising concerns about Beijing’s growing control of the market during a global chip shortage. On Monday, Dutch semiconductor manufacturer Nexperia, which is controlled by the China-owned electronics firm Wingtech, took 100 per cent control of the Newport Wafer Fab’s factory in South Wales after using a contractural clause to seize the company.

Comments:

China had been pulling this in 3rd world countries and no one complained that much. Watch as it starts happening more in the West. Default on a Chinese loan and risk China taking your favorite subsidiaries. Or, if its a gov't that borrowed, China might start taking farmland, grazing land, federal land the gov't had always allowed Americans to lease and use. Additionally, China is moving to corner markets on vital goods just before trying to take over more in the South China Sea, including Taiwan.

It's bewildering how niave and ignorant Congress and many of our Presidents have been by believing that China's Communist government is a friend of the United States. These DC politicians have made us far too dependent on China regarding many necessary products such as drugs and electronics. It's depressing to imagine the harm China's government can inflict upon us. Joe Biden is a security threat to the U.S. because China's government knows all about Joe's and Hunter's corruption. As I remember the information required in my application for my top secret clearance, including the background check, I have no doubt that Joe Biden could not qualify.

Nice move. China can start saying goodbye to foreign investment in their country, and those U.S. companies better start making plans of moving out as well. Otherwise, all that cheap labor won't make up for all that money they invested.

This is how you boil a frog. One company at a time. When they take back Thailand and control TSCM they will corner the market on advanced microchips and the world will have to dance to their tune. The British government has been seduced by CCP money and will do nothing.

It is just beginning. We owe trillions of dollars to the Chinese and they are about to collect. As the article says, our public lands are up for grabs and out terrible so called leaders have done this with their reckless spending on fruitless projects. We have allowed our manufacturing to go off-shore, mining and other so called anti-green activates which has made us sitting ducks. The liberals are either in bed with this or just plain stupid and need to be quarantined permanently. God help out youth because the democrats and some dumb Republicans have let this happen. It is time for us to put people in office who love our country.

RE: the suggestion by several posters (including myself) on nationalizing ChiCom factories in the West. Upon reflection, The Globalists will never let this happen because they have HUGE factories in China which would be seized in a NY minute. IMO, that would be very cool, and well deserved. But they have their hooks into TONS of politicians, so not going to happen.

A majority of marriages in Britain’s Pakistani community being between first cousins is wreaking a terrible toll on public health, with stillbirths, birth defects, and disabilities far higher than they would otherwise be. In an article published by the Daily Mail, journalist Sue Reid described how an estimated 55 per cent of Pakistani-heritage couples are first cousins in so-called consanguineous marriages. A 58-year-old patient came to see me one Monday morning not long ago. He was like so many in his age group — he had spent the weekend getting in a week's worth of exercise. His left knee was sore, and he wanted an MRI. He was not a professional athlete with a huge stake in his physical well-being, and he had not fallen on it or twisted it; it was simply sore from his three-mile jog on Sunday morning. "It's covered by insurance," he told me. Never mind that there was no medical indication to qualify this particular hurt for an MRI.
