Sue them. You cannot be compelled to take an experimental vaccine, despite the conflicting nonsense that CDC, OSHA and others are trying to push. If you are terminated, you now have standing to sue because you have been negatively affected through no fault of your own. It's going to take someone to bring this to a head and get this crap stopped. Until that happens, these entities will continue to abuse the laws because no one holds them to them.

You can refuse based on religious grounds. Also on medical grounds that you are allergic to death.

#2 - I don't think SCOTUS has ruled on this yet. The only court that has ruled is some robed punk from a lower court. We must push the envelope, or we will all be force fed the death jab. I am pretty sure there is already law in place that says the exact opposite, by the way. Just because some worm in a black bathrobe says something is true doesn't make it so.

#4 - You are correct. But until SCOTUS weighs in, people can be fired, legally. And they are. A Houston hospital just lost 150 people.

WELLINGTON — The Ohio Republican Party estimates 20,000 to 25,000 people attended the “Save America” rally Saturday. Lorain County Republican Party Chairman David Arredondo said he'd personally estimated about 20,000 people were in attendance at former President Donald Trump’s first rally since leaving office. Arredondo said state Party Chair Bob Paduchik confirmed 20,000 to 25,000 attended the event held near the Lorain County Fairgrounds. He said it was a significant number of people, given the nine day notice attendees had for the event. What other personality--former president, rock star or actor--could pull this kind of crowd together on a short notice?” Arredondo said.

With the creation of June 19th ("Juneteenth") as a federal holiday, Democrats have one more claim to be the party of civil rights and equal opportunity for African Americans, though most Republicans also voted for the holiday. That claim has been promoted for decades by a compliant media, academia and high-profile politicians, but the facts say otherwise. From Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 to the mid-20th century, members of the Democratic Party, dominant in the South due to its opposition to civil and political rights for African Americans, were on the wrong side of civil rights.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - No employer, either public or private, could require employees to receive vaccinations under GOP legislation pending in the Ohio House. "I believe in vaccines and scientific research. I also recognize that vaccination is a personal choice and that, for a variety of reasons, not all Ohioans can or want to receive vaccines," said Rep. Those of Joe Biden’s public behaviors that align with classic dementia symptoms are escalating. In the past few days, he strongly exhibited two symptoms: A type of belligerence that’s a cover-up for confusion and memory loss and a paranoid fear of those in charge of him. I used to spend a lot of time in the company of doctors. What always fascinated me were the tales they told of dealing with patients with early-stage dementia. The most interesting point they made was that elderly people, so as not to lose face or admit their own fears, are superb at deflecting the questions aimed at assessing their cognitive skills and memory.
