Andy Slavitt was Joe Biden’s senior adviser to the COVID response team. He just stepped down from the position last week and now has a new book he’s hawking on all the networks, “Preventable: The Inside Story of How Leadership Failures, Politics, and Selfishness Doomed the U.S. Coronavirus Response.”
What a coincidence, I’m sure that his leaving isn’t at all timed to coincide with the book coming out. Did it factor into his joining the administration? This is just wrong to try to profit off the pandemic with a book. Yes, he’s no longer with the Biden team but that doesn’t make it any less scummy.

American media is so infected with leftism that it’s ideologically slanted to the point of tipping over and it’s highly possible that the media doesn’t even know it. It doesn’t have the ability to look at itself critically, and we get very real moments where the media asks Democrats what it can do to better help them along while on air.
The media in other countries can see it, though, and Australia’s, in particular, can’t help but dedicate a segment to it.
On a segment during Sky News’s Kenny on Media, Australian anchors and commentators took aim at the American media

Watch these three, short videos. No words are necessary.
First, The Hologram “in action”: [Video]
Second, as if the first wasn’t enough, here’s another short clip of the Hologram: [Video]
Third, the vigorous President Trump: [Video]
Well, on second thought, a few words ARE necessary! Here are a few points that come immediately to mind:
1. One of these two is a complete embarrassment.
2. One of these two is operating in a diminished capacity, both physically and mentally.
3. One of these two is a de facto Hologram and incapable of independent thought.

The State of Arizona’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich has issued a blistering response to Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding not-so-subtloe threats the Department of Justice has made over the state’s election audit of Maricopa County.
On Monday, Arizona’s AG issued the following response to Garland over its threats: [Tweet]
Late last week, you made troubling comments about the ongoing efforts in states to ensure election integrity,” the letter read. “Your statements displayed an alarming disdain for state sovereignty as defined under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution and the election provisions in Articles I and II.”

COVID shutdowns championed by U.S. governors and D.C. bureaucrats are responsible for destroying nearly 40% of small businesses since the virus was unleashed on the world—and we know now that it was for little to no damned good reason. A study by the Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences revealed recently that shutdown orders made little to no difference in COVID’s impact. From the abstract of the study:
“Previous studies have claimed that shelter-in-place orders saved thousands of lives, but we reassess these analyses and show that they are not reliable. We find that shelter-in-place orders had no detectable health benefits, only modest effects on behavior,

I've known for well over a year now that we had an effective treatment for COVID-19. Hundreds of thousands of Americans could have been saved.
I knew about this simple, safe, inexpensive treatment with remarkable results because I've had a dozen brilliant doctors as guests on my nationally syndicated radio show, "Wayne Allyn Root: Raw and Unfiltered" on USA Radio Network, to talk about their success using Hydroxychloroquine on patients sick with COVID-19.
But one stood out over all others. His name is Dr. Vladimir Zelenko. Here is an excerpt from a column I wrote last summer on the alleged efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine.

Former ESPN commenter and ex-MSNBC host Keith Olbermann was demonstratively triggered by revelations made in Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow’s bestselling book Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption — particularly the exposé’s central revelations revealing the anti-American nature of the corporate press and their affection for the Chinese Communist Party — attacking the late Andrew Breitbart.
“Corporate media isn’t just anti-conservative, they’re anti-American. They enjoy America’s freedom of press while kowtowing to China’s CCP politics. My book “Breaking the News” reveals this Commie Cash grab,” Marlow wrote on social media on Thursday, thanking radio host Glenn Beck for having him on his program this week.

I’ve never been a Bill Maher fan because his politics and mine diverge so completely. However, I’ve always given Maher credit for having the courage to speak out against the mindless leftists who – let’s be honest – make up his fan base. He was back Friday night with a monologue telling his fellow progressives to get over their “progressophobia.” That term, from the Harvard psychologist Steven Pinker, refers to progressives who, when they see actual progress, refuse to acknowledge it.
In his almost nine-minute-long monologue, Maher points out that America has embraced most progressive causes,

In his motion for a new trial, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, through his attorney Eric Nelson, made an obvious point. Quoting case law, Nelson reminded the court of “the prosecutor’s inherently unique role in the criminal justice system, which mandates that the prosecutor not act as a zealous advocate for criminal punishment, but as the representative of the people in an effort to seek justice.”
Had the State prosecutors set out to honor this mandate and seek justice, they would not have presented the medical evidence they did. In fact, they would not have charged Derek Chauvin with second-degree murder or charged his colleagues as accomplices.

US President Joe Biden appeared to breach royal protocol during his first meeting with the Queen.
Royal protocol usually dictates members of the Royal Family should be the last to arrive at an event and the first to leave. However, Mr Biden and the US First Lady Dr Jill Biden arrived at yesterday's reception a few minutes after the Queen.
An expert warned "everyone" should arrive before the royals at ceremonial events - and nobody should leave before them at the end.
It marks a blooper for the gaffe-prone president during his first royal meeting since entering the White House.

Many of us older than half a century no longer recognize the country we grew up in. We have a hard time reconciling that past America with what we see happening today. America, to our view, was predominantly a place of light, freedom, and joy. Now, as we witness a massing storm of iniquity, we either don’t understand what we’re seeing or we choke back the language to describe it because the words all sound too harsh or politically incorrect. We look for other demons to blame such as Socialism, and Marxism, and while they are definitely part of the problem,

It is election season in King County and several seats on the King County Council are up for grabs. This year, riding on the energy that was felt during last year’s election cycle, Black women continue to be at the forefront of politics across the nation and in the State of Washington.
Saudia J. Abdullah, Lydia Assefa-Dawson, Shukri Olow and Ubax Gardheere are four Black women looking to bring new and empowering energy to politics in the Pacific Northwest, as all four a vying for seats on the King County Council.
Now let’s talk about Ubax Gardheere!
This is what we know from the mainstream media.
