The Number of Small Businesses Destroyed by
COVID Lockdowns Will ASTOUND You

COVID shutdowns championed by U.S. governors and D.C. bureaucrats are responsible for destroying nearly 40% of small businesses since the virus was unleashed on the world—and we know now that it was for little to no damned good reason. A study by the Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences revealed recently that shutdown orders made little to no difference in COVID’s impact. From the abstract of the study: “Previous studies have claimed that shelter-in-place orders saved thousands of lives, but we reassess these analyses and show that they are not reliable. We find that shelter-in-place orders had no detectable health benefits, only modest effects on behavior,

The numbers are being hidden here in Illinois. Our governor says 20% of restaurants - I suspect based upon limited observation that those numbers alone are much higher, and that is just one sector. #1 - The communists HAVE destroyed the middle class. This has been under way since at least the 70s, was put on hiatus under Reagan, and then restarted as soon as Daddy Bouche took over. Once Black Jeebus took over, the efforts went back into overdrive. Trump put the brakes on for one term, and now Xiden is going to finish what Bathhouse Barry couldn't. You cannot obtain the New World Order with a vibrant US middle class. It therefore must be destroyed completely. Property ownership will not be allowed. All good comrades must share a small portion of the resources while the elite get most of them.

The massive governmental over-reaction to Covid 19 cost so many businesses, and so many jobs, to be lost. So now watch as Demon-Rats try to pile on the misery by raising the minimum wage. With so many restaurants and other tight-margin types of businesses barely holding on, that should be the death knoll for so many more of them!!!!!

They never let a crisis go to waste. Of course, it doesn't matter that they create every crisis. In this case, the politicians got power, the drug companies got a massive infusion of our money, and the giant corporations managed to put all their small competition out of business. Every time there is a crisis the cure is always much worse than the disease. Leftists, big government, and giant corporations are the disease.

If you don’t understand that this government is our enemy you are not paying attention. We are so far away from what the Founders envisioned that if they were suddenly popped down inside this country and there was no indication of where they were, they would never guess it was their beloved United States of America. They would be impressed with the advancement of technology, but they would be appalled by government overreach. We won’t even go into the culture shock they would receive, but their hearts would be broken to see their great American experiment destroyed by a rancid and corrupt political class aided and abetted by their allies in business, academia, entertainment and of course, the media. I believe what would disturb them most would be the American people’s complacency. They would loathe that we did not keep the government in check and insist upon accountability for the massive behemoth that now strangles the very life out of freedom. Looking at us through their eyes, we would be considered to be lazy and foolish. Clearly, Mr. Franklin was right. They have given us a Republic, if we can keep it and right now due to complacency and the absolute corruption of moral values in this country, we are just about to lose it. John Adams hit the nail on the head as far as what it would take to ensure its survival. “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” This is why destroying small businesses and our entrepreneurial spirit is such a target for the left. It breaks down independence and everything the Founders held dear.

Actions taken to deal with Kung Flu happened at a time when people expanded their use of the internet for on line purchases. It was, in a sense, a perfect storm of sorts. Now, as Dementia Jo's handlers drive up the cost of gasoline, even more people will avoid in person shopping. And as tax revenues from gasoline fall, and States consider mileage tax to replace gas tax revenue, even more people will stay home.

I wish we could have some old-fashioned Billy Graham revivals going on throughout our country for the next few years, and, in fact, have revivals in all our faiths. We need to become more aware of God's power so we don't feel so defeated. Of course, now you'd have to have a lot of security so no BLM or Antifa groups could make trouble. I attended a Billy Graham revival in the 80's in Connecticut, and it never occurred to us that troublemakers would be present. Too many new givens - like the loss of all these small businesses which helped so many families thrive and contributed so much to our economy. The techno-gods and the masters of the universe want us to feel defeated so we can be defeated.

Businesses destroyed and lives destroyed. The financial toll on the business owners is also catastrophic. They not only their businesses, which they must still pay off their debt. But the loss of their business also meant great personal losses, financially and personally. Years of hard work destroyed for no reason. This doesn't include all of the now former employees effected and other businesses who lost part of their business customers due to the closures.

I recently saw an article listing restaurants that you and I are familiar with, and have been for years, that were just hanging on by a thread. Locally, our Burger King, which had been the only fast food open for eating inside, had to close to inside eating because they can't find employees. I always went to Hardees for breakfast when I had to go to the next little town. They are still drive thru, can't find people to hire to open the restaurant. Planned by the government. Pay people more to stay home than to go to work.

Here in Austin during the height of the pandemic, it was reported 1,500 small businesses had closed. No doubt the number was even greater. My favorite breakfast taco cafe where you used to stand in line and wait for a place to sit is gone! Sad because the data is coming out where those sheep that were masked and locked down didn’t affect the cases. Fauci, big Pharma and the corporate media is to blame. This is the result of government deciding who wins and who loses. Governors, especially Democrats, decided that big businesses, like Walmart, could remain open while smaller businesses had to close. I'm sure the amount of dollars contributed by big business was the determining factor who won and who lost

So, now, does government "owe" anything to those they ran out of business? Is there some reparations due? Or to landlords who could not bounce the deadbeats? Or, would that be socialism, too? Families have lost their "life's savings" invested in their business, not just the income it provided. Does government have any obligation, or is this an "act of God"?

Fauci has been responsible for providing bad information about Covid-19 that promoted the lockdowns and other Draconian measures. Evidence has recently come to light that Fauci was involved in the creation of the virus. I think we should start calling this virus "Fauci-19." When you consider that Fauci was providing taxpayer money to finance Gain of Function research even after such funding had been prohibited, he deserves full credit for the results. I suspect that funneling the money through Peter Daszak (via the "non-profit" EcoHealth Alliance, which he heads) was for the purpose of providing a degree of "deniability" if this ever came to light. The fact that the money was funneled to China to do the research shows a breathtaking level of criminal stupidity. It essentially gave the ChiComs a very deadly bio-weapon free of charge.

Saw many businesses fail without even looking hard so it had to be really bad. How many failing businesses applied for loans, never got them, and failed? We heard many stories of those loans going to people that had government contacts. We are governed by corrupt destroyers. They used a pandemic to destroy the economy to wreck people's lives. Why? Because they had to get rid of a pro-American President Trump. Our government is not looking out for us. Look what went on at the G7 conference, and you can see what our 'leaders' are about. One world government with the world population (that's allowed to live) reduced to serfdom. They live like royalty., and everyone else is a peasant. And they call this 'progress'. They will take our wealth. They will take our rights. They will take our lives.

My business is gone. Things sold off at a sacrifice. I'm hanging in there, but all the plans and sacrifices I made just went down the drain. If they wanted to make an entire group of people in the country extremely angry, they couldn't have done a better job. I always thought they were trying to get us to fire the first shot. The Capitol "insurrection" was planned to finish that off since we hadn't taken the bait during the "summer of love." Six Seattle police officers are being threatened with termination unless they turn over personal communications in the wake of their visits to Washington, D.C., to attend the Jan 6th Trump rally. The Office of Police Accountability (OPA) has asked for private communications even after the officers were cleared of any wrongdoing associated with the Capitol riot. The official cited the Department of Homeland Security’s “If you see something say something” campaign to help stop radical Islamic terror as a domestic possibility.

Is an unborn baby at 15 weeks a human being?”   CORRECTION*

There is something you need to know because it is of overwhelming importance to America’s survival as a constitutional democratic republic: The Biden administration is moving inexorably to making it a crime to oppose Biden and the Democrat party’s policies. Attorney General Merrick Garland is organizing a massive task force to hunt those illusory “White supremacists,” who just happen to be Trump supporters. Moreover, the federal charging documents against many of those being held for trespassing in Congress reveal that some of the people most active in planning January 6 and encouraging others to act were FBI agents or informants. In other words, it was a set-up.

It is now clear, after the appointment of new attorney general, Merrick Garland, that he must, not may, appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Hunter Biden in public corruption matters that may substantially involve his father. This is especially clear now that it is known, contrary to his fervent denials, that Joe Biden met with Hunter’s corrupt Ukrainian and Russian clients at least once at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. There are likely more meetings, but once is enough. He also met at length in the White House with Hunter’s partner, Devon Archer, as the two were pitching their services to the corrupt Burisma Holdings,

Vice President Kamala Harris is hosting a first-of-its-kind dinner at her Washington D.C. residence on Tuesday, one where all her female colleagues in the U.S. Senate have been invited. All 24 of the country's female senators were invited — 16 Democrats and eight Republicans. The bipartisan dinner will be hosted in the vice president's residence at the U.S. Naval Observatory, marking the first time Harris has hosted lawmakers since moving into her home in April. (Snip) It is unclear whether Harris will cook herself or have a chef prepare the meal, although Harris has stated she's an avid cook in the

The FBI has warned that more QAnon conspiracy theorists may be driven to violence and even feel obligated to attack Democrats they believe to be members of a purported cabal of satanic child traffickers. The predictions appear in an unclassified, two-page threat assessment on QAnon prepared by the FBI and U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis that became public Monday. The assessment, dated June 4, said the involvement of QAnon adherents in the storming of the U.S. Capitol “will continue to act as a catalyst for some to begin accepting the legitimacy of violent action.”(Snip) QAnon originated in late 2017 and

American media is so infected with leftism that it’s ideologically slanted to the point of tipping over and it’s highly possible that the media doesn’t even know it. It doesn’t have the ability to look at itself critically, and we get very real moments where the media asks Democrats what it can do to better help them along while on air. The media in other countries can see it, though, and Australia’s, in particular, can’t help but dedicate a segment to it. On a segment during Sky News’s Kenny on Media, Australian anchors and commentators took aim at the American media

I’ve stayed away from writing about the election audit in Arizona’s Maricopa County because I felt that, until the audit was completed, there wasn’t much point in trying to offering commentary about its progress. (snip) On Monday, though, a conservative reporter with a good reputation revealed some really stunning facts: Several hundred thousand ballots are missing and boxes that purported to hold ballots for counting contained only blanks. (snip) given that Trump won Arizona by only 10,457 votes, the fact that 5 to 10 percent of the votes are currently missing is staggering in its implications.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka on Wednesday is set to unveil a statue of George Floyd that officials say will be displayed outside City Hall for at least a year. “The artwork honors the life of George Floyd, an African-American man who was brutally murdered by a white Minneapolis police officer,” the mayor’s office said in a statement. “Mr. Floyd’s death elevated the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement which has resulted in an international response, including protests, police reform measures, and the removal of Confederate statues from public parks and racist names from organizations.”(Snip) The ceremony will also honor Juneteenth, which is Saturday and marks June 19,

Vladimir Putin sat down with NBC News for his first on-camera interview with a western news agency in more than three years.Putin avoided public commentary during much of the Trump Administration, but less than six months into the Biden Administration he came out swinging at Biden and the US on a host of issues. Putin spoke for nearly an hour and a half as Biden met with the leaders of the Group of Seven industrialized nations, from which Russia was suspended in 2014 after it annexed the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea. This interview was carefully orchestrated by Putin to follow along after Biden’s disastrous public appearances
