Biden confuses job title of
South Korean president after
mixing up Netanyahu’s post

President Biden on Friday mistakenly called South Korean President Moon Jae-in a “prime minister”—one day after also botching the title of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Biden delivered the latest eyebrow-raising remark while presenting 94-year-old Korean War veteran Ralph Puckett with the Medal of Honor. “The people in the Republic of Korea haven’t forgotten, as evidenced by the fact that the prime minister of Korea is here for this ceremony,” Biden told Puckett. On Thursday night, Biden referred to Netanyahu as “President Netanyahu” while delivering a speech celebrating an Israel-Hamas cease-fire. The Friday awards ceremony featured Biden

Comments:

There's a beautiful symmetry here because most people call Joe Biden the "president" rather than a hijacker who in a functioning nation would be in federal prison right now

I am conflicted with wanting to be a fly on the wall in the not-my-president Pinocchio Joe meetings with foreign leaders. I am sure it would produce numerous laughs at his propensity to lie, bluster, flub and embarrass us, but at the same time I would cry in anguish at what this pretender is doing to my country. I am so ashamed to have our foreign friends see what we have become in just the few months since the Biden cartel illegally took control.

The man is a total train wreck. Getting worse by the day and the media still acts like he's a master orator. Going to be very interesting when this moron has to get his physical at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. We'll then see if the doctors cover for him.

I hate the cliche' "eyebrow raising." To journalists...DISCONTINUE IT'S USE. And if you can't help yourself, use it only when appropriate, i.e. when Biden acts in a normal, non-dementia way. Normal...Bidens gets the president of Korea's office wrong. He is not a 'prime minister. (no eyebrow raising) Recent Medal of Honor ceremony, no mistakes! (raise eyebrows)

The biggest issue here is South Korea's loss of face in having to pretend to take Joe Biden seriously.

United Airlines said Tuesday that 593 of its employees are facing termination for failing to comply with its Covid-19 vaccination policy, one of the strictest mandates for inoculation from a U.S. company. More than 96% of United’s 67,000-person U.S. workforce complied with the vaccine requirement. The deadline to upload proof of inoculation, or the first shot if receiving a two-dose vaccine, was late Monday. Roughly 2,000 United employees sought exemptions from the mandate, which the airline announced this summer, for religious or medical reasons. The Chicago-based airline had said staff to whom it grants such exemptions will be placed on temporary unpaid leave.

A senior U.S. Army flight surgeon with specialized training in infectious diseases has filed an affidavit against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for active-duty military personnel, warning that problematic heart side effects may cause pilots to die in mid-flight. Lt. Col. Theresa Long, the surgeon responsible for certifying the fitness of 4,000 flight-ready airmen at the 1st Aviation Brigade in Ft. Rucker, Alabama, said that she is concerned that the vaccines can cause inflamed heart muscles in young men in the age range of most flight-ready pilots, and that the Department of Defense has not followed its own protocols by requiring an MRI scan

In his first congressional testimony on the withdrawal, Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said his view had long been that leaving the country, without meeting specific conditions, would likely lead to the collapse of the Afghan armed forces and government. Milley was speaking alongside the secretary of defense and the top U.S. commander in the region at the start of two days of intense questioning about the tumultuous withdrawal.
