Muslim inmate challenges strip-search

A Muslim inmate who was strip-searched by a transgender guard at a Wisconsin men’s prison has filed a federal lawsuit saying the search violated his faith and freedom of religion.(Snip)Several experts on prisoners’ rights and LGBTQ rights told The Washington Times the case could be influential in constitutional and prison law. In the lawsuit, Rufus West, 50, an inmate at the Green Bay Correctional Institution, says guard Isaac Buhle violated state regulations and Sharia law in 2016 by strip-searching him. When West complained to officials, they told him to get used to it, the lawsuit claims. By assigning a guard “whose biological sex is observably female”

A prisoner objects to being strip-searched by a mentally ill woman dressed as a man, and they tell him to "get used to it." Behold, USA 2021, fundamentally transformed into something unrecognizable.

Muslim criminals are still people. No one should be forced to undergo dealing with some mentally ill person as a prison guard. For me, it falls in the same bucket as prison rapes and all the other crimes against prisoners going on in our prisons. Crime should be pu I shed by the law as determined by a judge and jury, not other criminals or the Wokey Woke prison system nutters. We either have rules and laws and follow them or we don't. In this case we don't.

Come on, people. Muslims come with a special set of rules that have been handed down for 14 centuries. Women are dogs unless handled by infidel men. Children are sex objects. To lie is to further the agenda of allah. To kill is to further the advance of Islam. There is a reason that they were all isolated in the Middle East until the world decided that it needed their oil. Our mistake.

Anyway, maybe the tranny strip search was preparing him for what was to come during his stay in prison. He put himself into this situation. Live with the consequences.

Roughly 2,000 United employees sought exemptions from the mandate, which the airline announced this summer, for religious or medical reasons.
