The U.S. Supreme Court has issued a ruling in Texas’ lawsuit challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The lawsuit divided the nation, with roughly half the states supporting and opposing the lawsuit, respectively. The Court just denied Texas’ request to file a Bill of Complaint. Justices Alito and Thomas would have granted it, but denied any additional relief.(Snip)“Standing” is required to sue because the federal courts can only hear actual cases and controversies, not hypothetical cases.

Biden's first order of business will be to pardon everyone including his son and all those people caught in the web of this illegal election. Welcome to Venezuela North.

I very much fear the future of our country, and hope I’m wrong in thinking this is the beginning of the end of our beloved republic as she slides into Venezuelan territory.
No one in a million years is going to convince me that upwards of 90 million Americans voted for this feeble fraud and the (unmentionable)...no one.

My take: what alot of good these Federalist Society judges on the SCOTUS have done us? Do they not read the news? Do they not see the inflection point?

I think I recall reading a few days ago that Trump had "joined" the Texas lawsuit. He has plenty of standing.

It's obvious now the the Supreme Court was in on the coup. There is no way in the world that Dementia Joe got 80 million votes. The machines were rigged, the Democrats cheated with no regard to the rule of law, and the FBI, DOJ, and now the Supreme Court looked the other way. Same thing as the Hunter Biden scandal, which the press denied and ignored until the scam election was over. Once they get Kammmm-ala into the oval office, they will say "yes, we knew, but there was nothing we could do..." Shame on the Deep State for doing this.

What do we do now? I listed these ideas on another thread, but, here they are again for everyone's convenience -
1. We sadly accept the SCOTUS decision. Sadly accept that judicial at all levels has sold its soul.
2. Accept election fraud and that all future elections will be fraudulent.
3. Fight like hell to make sure that Perdue and Loeffler win the Georgia Senate runoff elections in January
and hope these are somewhat fraud-free.
4. Prepare to take control of the House in 2022 and hope that election fraud can be contained well enough.
5. Prepare for Biden the cheater to be shown the door 25th Amendment style and accept that heels up
will replace him.
6. Rollout the welcome mat for Klaus Schwab, Soros, our uniparty, and msm to proceed with the Great
Reset.
7. Hope like hell that Trump runs again in 2024 at age 78, despite his enemies expected attempts to
destroy him.
8. Consider forming a new political party with Trump at the helm to oppose the new uniparty.
9. As last resort, consider secession from the union. In my case, push for western Colorado to split from
the State of Colorado and be annexed by Utah prior to secession.

Sorry, I'm checking out. F the Federalist Society and their judicial recommendations...how did that pan out? Trump 3 appointees basically stabbed him in the back - they could at LEAST hear the damn case...and then DECIDE. Completel disaster all the way around. Traitors!

I'm done. Come Monday I pull my voter id and de-register. I don't even give a shot if they don't do it right and use my name to steal a future vote. I've cut out Fox, dropped newspaper deliveries ( 4 years ago) and I've got a gig that pays cash (and still my tax-deducting legit part-time gig but I'll shed that too.) I have other means, and will use them going forward. I like that laws can be selective now and I shall plan for my future using the new rules. I'm done playing by sucker rules. And Republicans,,, biggest suckers EVER!! And that was me. No more. Thank you DJT - you gave it a good go. You lost - we lost. I wish Trump well, but I no longer care. If my neighbor needs help - call 911. This anemone has pulled in for self-preservation.

Amen, poster #1! Amen!
I've had a chance to vent in a previous post or two, because I was upset about the decision of the SCOTUS, but patriots don't quit; I can't slink away when there's still room to fight. We have some awesome people in this fight--President Trump, VP Pence, Rudy, Sidney, General FLYNN, Lin Wood, Ted Cruz, Jenna, and countless other great and bad-behind patriots and people of prayer that number in the millions. We are on the side of what's right, and I can't shake that we are fighting a bunch of losers who are crooked to the core and full of hate. Biden did not win 80 million votes; when the truth is revealed, he will be shown to have won less than 50 million votes and President Trump will be shown to have won north of 80 million--I'll never stop repeating that. If we give up now, what will we tell our children and grandchildren? We lost our country to the likes of sellouts biden, clinton, and obama? Miss me the rest of this year with that one. The best of America surrendered to the worst of America? May it never be.
If you've been a scoffer since the beginning, we don't need anymore of your scoffing; it almost worked for some of us. If you're discouraged, go back and read your earlier posts and get crunked! Stay in the game. If they were winning, they wouldn't work so hard to suppress the fight against the theft. Think about that. Watch those patriots at the DC rally tomorrow. This is our time; God has given US this time. Let's do this!

The Case was Rejected for a Procedural reason ;
Lack of Standing - Not on The Merits of The Case
I think that it Should have been taken but this is
By No Means a Fatal Blow
The Court has Indirectly Suggested that if a Suit is brought before it by An Entity or Entities that Do have Standing such as Citizens or Officials of any or all of the Swing States in question, SCOTUS will hear The Case
Be Patient
Keep The Faith
Don’t Go Wobbly
JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL

The Supreme Court has just confirmed that they are completely useless. They invalidated themselves this time, and I believe Sidney Powell has it right when she stated weeks ago that, should SCJ Roberts refuse to hear the election challenge, he should be Impeached. Why do we need a U.S. Supreme Court?
The useless SC has put the onus back on these Soros corrupted States to resolve it themselves (ha!). This is setting up another secession and possible war between the States. But this time, it's about Globalism vs. Populism. "We the People" have the numbers and energy, and Globalists have money and thugs.
The Red Wave needs to rise and water the Tree of Liberty!

i, HOPEFULLY, go along with #14..
this motion by Texas was too much of a
Deus ex Machina or Silver Bullet..
it would have been nice.. and easy..
but i think we have a longer way to go, unfortunately..

Sounds like the Supreme Court took a very cowardly way out by claiming that about 20 States do not have “standing” to contest what appears to be a presidential election fraud.

#9- Regarding Idea #8: On his December 10, 2020 radio program a caller annoyed with RINOs suggested it is time to form a new party and Rush’s response was, as usual, brilliant. Rush is quite right in recognizing that President Trump already has the support of 70 million people in the Republican Party, so why should it be abandoned and start fresh—the solution is to get rid of the RINOs, tell them to form their own party somewhere because there are only about 25 of them.

#14, 'standing' (basically, does the complaining party have a 'dog in the hunt') is one of those matters that the courts can use to get out of cases they don't want to risk hearing, or hear cases that logically should not have had 'standing' . The spotted owls had standing - actually, the court never addressed whether or not a bird can have standing, they ignored the point to get to where they wanted to go (the EPA is GOD). In the Texas case, the justices looked at what they could lose vs. the upside - and went with the upside. So much for '. . . our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor . . .' Cowards all. They know that "standing" is fluid standard used mostly by judges who DON'T want to have to decide hard issues.

BS. I was scolded on this site for calling the justices gutless wonders. This was an open and shut case concerning fraud in an election, and these clowns ran away with their tails between their legs. If a court with at least five so called conservatives couldn't uphold an obvious case of fraud in a Presidential election, then they are as much a part of the swamp as every demoslut. In the years to come, we can thank the so called conservative Supreme Court for handing the country over to the socialists because they were too weak willed to rule on the obvious. Their next feat of judicial wonder is to overturn the 2nd amendment.

What an upside down world we live in!! We are told the Texas lawsuit was without standing. Yet it took practically nothing in 1973 for the SCOTUS to say that human lives in the womb weren't persons and therefore not worthy of protection. I don't recognize this country. And I don't recognize the authority of the SCOTUS.

The swamp is being exposed, at the highest levels of our government. Even to the Supreme Court and John Roberts.
