AG William Barr reportedly
hid two federal probes into
Hunter Biden for months

Attorney General William Barr knew about two contemporaneous federal investigations into Hunter Biden for months — and worked to keep them from the public ahead of the election, according to a new report. The nation’s top law enforcement official avoided providing information about the probes to Republicans in Congress without explanation, a person familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal.

The DOJ has been making decisions based on politics for too long now. Sessions should've cleaned that up. He failed miserably. Barr should be cleaning that up. He's apparently choosing to continue the practice. In doing so, he's cementing his legacy as one of the FAILED Attorneys General of the U.S. He had a opportunity to be a champion of the constitution and a national hero. Instead, he's a failure.

We are told it is true, we have proof it is true for years now and even before Trump. It really is time we understand that Sessions, Barr, etc. made their choices and it is to preserve their relationships with the evil Deep State. Barr has a liberal daughter employed at the State department. These officials all pave the way for kids, grandkids and their friend’s kids and grandkids to ALSO get employed and prosper in the Swamp. Barr bamboozled and lied to President Trump just as I am sure Sessions did. He led us all on.

I don't want to hear any more garbage about DOJ's policy not to release information during a political campaign season that could unfairly influence votes. Heck, tell that to the late Sen Ted Stevens. Tell it to the Dems and their Fake Dossier on Trump. What really gripes me is that when Trump and Giuliani started to poke around about the Biden corruption in Ukraine, the Dems used that is the pretext to initiate Impeachment efforts against Trump. And the DPJ, having opened and started an investigation about Biden corruption sat quietly while the Dems tried to impeach Trump and then hid the information from yje public ahead of the election.

The Deep State cat is out of the bag. The big meat head Barr was running interference until after the election for theft by the Big Guy Joe Biden of the 2020 election. Trump is operating as President without any help and support from the crooks in Washington. All President Trump has is his family and supporters who voted for him it ends there. Meaning after President Trump is inaugurated Jan 20, 2021, someone like Flynn and Grennell who know how the civil service and DS work, should be given the task of cleaning out the Augean stables of the FBI, CIA, DOJ and DHA within the following 12 months. Identify and reassign/boot out every leftard that is burrowed in. And don't leave out the SES scum. I really can't find any authorization in the constitution for those departments, anyway. The DOD has the DIA, it ought to be able to pick up those few necessary tasks the CIA did with some additional support.

The clickbait headline notwithstanding, I don’t see that Barr “hid” anything. FTA: Investigators worked to make sure news of the investigations didn’t become public before the presidential election, as per Justice Department guidelines that prohibit activity that could influence a political race. One probe had to do with tax fraud. Re the other, in the SDNY court, is described thusly in the article: Hunter Biden, however, was never a specific target for criminal prosecution, according to the Journal. So AG Barr should have telegraphed these two investigations?

Had any member of the Trump Family been under investigation for tax fraud, the news would have been plastered all over the news every 24/7 for months. But that's not how Democrats and their families get treated. Republicans do. Their families do. Mr. Trump does. His family does. Joe Biden -- were he physically capable -- could rob from, rape, and murder a dozen children in front of the White House and nary a word would be spoken against him by CNN. They would say he is supporting abortion rights.

Hold up, guys. Two things: some of the posts here are personally vicious and n/a for Lucianne. Also, "being under investigation" does not indicate or presume innocence or guilt. Barr may have been holding to a basic principle of jurisprudence. Everything, after all, doesn't need to be political.

At the risk of being shouted down by the LDotter community I am going to present a different perspective on this. Although we all know that the Bidens are guilty as sin they have not been indicted or found guilty of anything yet. Therefore, Hunter’s innocence has to be presumed until proven otherwise in a court of law. If the positions were reversed a Democrat AG would send his/her minions out to every talk show in America to tell us Trump’s son was under federal investigation and we would consider it partisan and highly unprofessional. Isn’t quietly how legitimate investigations are supposed to be conducted? The frequent leaks from insiders about Donald Trump and associates were designed to create the narrative that they were all guilty of something. He was never a Russian Spy, nor did he need to be. The leaks and false accusations led some folks to believe the nonsense our worthless media and corrupt politicians reported consisted of facts, when it was really propaganda Democrats paid for. Why would we want Barr participate in illegally leaking information? Seems to me he is not “hiding” anything. He is waiting to release it when it can be released legally. It’s not his job to frame Hunter Biden. It’s his job to seek justice by presenting facts exposing the hidden, illegal acts committed by the target. The fact that the Durham investigation continues seems inconsistent with the expectation everything just goes away in January. If anything, accusing Barr of hiding something seems more like a narrative designed to smear him. Dems would like nothing better than for Trump supporters to lose confidence and assume the fetal position before the fight is over.

We are not a social impact company,” Fried added, encouraging employees to focus on their jobs rather than politics while in the workplace.
