The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Friday that fines for illegal immigrants who fail to leave the United States would cease, according to a DHS press release. At the direction of Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) rescinded two delegation orders relating to financial penalties. The fines, which were first put in place in 2018 by the Trump administration, collected “civil financial penalties for noncitizens who fail[ed] to depart the U.S,” according to the press release.

For once I agree with the Xi-den "administration." It's inhumane to punish criminals.

I knew the Biden presidency would be bad, but I never dreamed it would be so bad so fast. The illegals are pouring in with no penalty and no checking. And Kamala, who is "in charge" of the border crisis (can't call it a crisis) has done NOTHING after 30 days. I think she doesn't want to do hard things like this, and take any responsibility for what happens. I pray that Biden survives his term so we don't get her as president.

Making the borders entirely open, entirely free of any penalty whatsoever for "illegally" crossing. So, the Traitor Joe folks just cancel all our laws on this with the stroke of a pen. Dictatorship, in reality. Laws no longer mean anything. Murder a citizen in the Capitol for no reason.....no penalty, killer walks free, and the name is officially covered up. Millions cross into the country illegally, to get welfare and steal American jobs, and they are rewarded with free airplane rides to wherever they want to go and no penalties. The laws mean nothing any more.

Joe's genius handlers just found out that fines don't work on migrants who have no money. Suggested solution ... make Guatemala, Honduras, and what the hell even Costa Rica into new states. Can't cost much more than Joe's already spending and it will save some uneducated illiterates a long trip.

Since the clear objective of the Biden Administration is to flood the USA with as many illegal aliens as possible, legalize them through a series of rolling “path to citizenship” amnesties, and then to transform them into future leftist Democrat voters by the tens of millions, the last thing that Administration would want to do is fine or otherwise hold illegal aliens to any consequences for violating the immigration laws. In this case it does not amount to much, as for the most part illegal aliens do not have the financial resources to pay administrative fines, as if they did most of them would not for the most part have unlawfully entered the USA to get a job, earn money, and send a lot of their earnings back to their home countries. Besides Biden has already told the world, obviously to further his effort to encourage and invite more illegal aliens to unlawfully enter the USA, that once they make it into the USA that he will disregard the enforcement provisions of the immigration laws, and will not deport or remove them from the USA, unless they are convicted of a violent felony in the USA or are adjudged to be a national security risk. That Biden action alone is bound to allow and cause the illegal alien population in the USA to continue to grow exponentially and opens the borders to foreign criminals to stay in the USA. So how can Biden say to illegal aliens that they can stay, but the government will fine them if they don’t depart from the USA?

Biden's puppet masters pretend they don't entice illegal aliens to illegally enter the United States while they offer more and more free benefits by handing Biden Executive Orders to sign. They know he will sign anything they put on his desk. The federal courts' decisions are allowing the federal government to actively promote and assist illegal immigration. It's a national disgrace causing irreparable harm.

Since when have have democrats ever cared if there was evidence whether or not a policy actually worked? The only evidence they ever needed is if it increased their power and made people more dependent on government. The evidence will be an exacerbation of the current disaster at the border.

A journalist and CNN analyst on Friday advanced the controversial claim that an Ohio police officer responding to a knife-wielding teenager should have shot her "in the leg" and should have considered not even using his gun to address the situation. April Ryan, a reporter with theGrio, made the argument—a common one among police critics—on Friday’s edition of HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher. The show’s panel was discussing in part the recent police-involved shooting of 16-year-old Ohio resident Ma’Khia Bryant, who was attempting to stab several other teenagers with a large butcher knife when a responding officer shot and killed her.

It had all the makings of a once-in-a-generation scandal: allegations of political sabotage from a hostile foreign power, the willing cooperation of an upstart political candidate, a stolen election, a compromised U.S. national security system, and a genuine threat to the stability and integrity of the United States itself. Yet after several years of claims from politicians, activists and commentators that President Donald Trump and/or his campaign actively colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton, the scandal itself has essentially died

Senate Republicans will introduce legislation Thursday to create a new bipartisan national commission to reduce the deficit and balance the federal budget within 10 years. Republicans are concerned about runaway government spending and how it will be funded after Congress spent nearly $6 trillion in pandemic relief last year while the Biden administration is gearing up to spend trillions more. “We are on an unsustainable trajectory. We’ve become numb to the word ‘trillion,’” said Sen Cynthia Lummis, a Wyoming Republican and the lead sponsor of the Sustainable Budget Act.

Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. Nevertheless, liberals have concocted fantasies whereby all of our electricity, or perhaps our entire economy, will be powered by those fickle sources. There are a number of reasons why this will never happen, but a paper published last week by Center of the American Experiment argues that land use constraints are the most basic reason why wind and solar are inexorably destined to fail. In that regard, she’s just another leftist politician. What’s bizarre about Kamala is her inappropriate laughter about things that ought to inspire solemnity. What makes laughter inappropriate? It’s inappropriate when you’re speaking to a crowd and you’re the only one who laughs. Of course, that can also happen to a bad comedian, but there’s no indication in the clip below that Kamala was trying to tell a joke.
