Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, signed an executive directive on Wednesday ordering state employees to undergo “implicit bias training.” Executive directives allow the Michigan governor to establish procedures or basic policy for employees of the state’s executive branch. According to the directive, current state employees will be required to undergo “implicit bias training” by the end of this year, while new employees must complete the training as part of the hiring process. While various bias training initiatives have been implemented by government offices in recent months, some research shows that the impact of these initiatives is negligible. Whitmer’s directive

She needs implicit bias training for being Conservativephobic and suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrom.

I hear about implicit bias, ad nauseum. It is never suggested that employees sit through costly, wasteful training to get over their black rage and need to tear up cities when they don't "feel" like they've been respected. Next, we will hear that the 14th Amendment's guarantee of equal protection under the law was not meant to cover white people and Asians.

So a virus infects black people more because they are genetically more prone to the underlying conditions that make them more likely to get it, so I am racially biased? That seems to be what Gov. Whitmer is saying. Glad to know she is "following the science " as she so often claims. Instead of fixing bias with this "training", she will be instilling it in the unwilling participants.

Whitmer visited Biden last Sunday, according to two high-ranking Michigan Democrats who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly. The first-term governor of the battleground state has long been on his short list of possible running mates. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, reviewed the 1.3 million mail-in ballots Nevada's Clark County sent during the June primary. It found that more than 223,000 of the ballots were sent to outdated addresses, leading the postal service to designate them as "undeliverable." The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Nearly 75 percent of Nevada's total population resides in the county, which includes Las Vegas.
