Every Nevada Democratic Party staff member quit after Democratic socialists won party leadership roles, according to a new report. Alana Mounce, the party’s executive director, reportedly notified the newly elected party chair, Judith Whitmer, that she and other staff members were resigning, according to The Intercept. The party’s operations director, research director, communications director and finance director all resigned after the left-wing candidates of the “NV Dems Progressive Slate,” which was run by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and the Left Caucus, beat out the Democratic Party’s “Progressive Unity Slate” on Saturday. All but one of the winning candidates

The Commies messed up. You're supposed to downplay the Hammer & Sickle affiliation until you are burrowed in. Nevada isn't quite Berkeley or Brooklyn.

Wow, so not even the democrat party can stand the socialist party folks, huh? What, they can't stand there and take the constant pressure to conform? This will make it easier to highlight the today's extreme democrat party. The messaging needs to focus on how today's democrats are nothing like democrats from even 10 years ago.

Who's going to get into the Democrat Socialists' face and shout, "How dare you!!!" at them? That Greta Thickhead has the most practice; but being one of them, she probably wouldn't do it...

How anti-democratic of them. There is nothing democratic about the Democrat Party, never has been, never will be. Names to the left are always the opposite to the meanings of the words.

After a full day questioning perspective jurors in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, only three people have been chosen to serve on the case. The first juror, a chemist in his 30s, lives in Minneapolis and is engaged to be married. The man, who is white, described himself as a "pretty logical person" and said he has generally favorable view of the Black Lives Matter movement as he believed all lives matter equally. He said he doesn't believe that the Blue Lives Matter counter viewpoint is necessary. The man also said he had never seen the

Congress is set to approve the largest injection of federal cash into a growing economy in U.S. history. The nearly $2 trillion stimulus package headed to President Joe Biden’s desk Wednesday comes after lawmakers approved nearly $4 trillion last year as the economy cratered under the coronavirus pandemic. And the White House still wants trillions more in stimulus spending this year through a sweeping infrastructure package. (Snip) It will be a moment of glory for Biden when he signs the new relief act in the coming days, the centerpiece of his early agenda. But a sunny ending is not fully

Student loan forgiveness may become

Here’s what that means for borrowers

A significant provision making any student loan forgiveness tax-free has been included in the $1.9 trillion federal coronavirus stimulus package that’s working its way through Congress and will likely soon be signed into law. Currently, any student loan debt canceled by the government can be considered taxable and levied at the borrower’s normal income tax rate. For example, if someone earns $50,000 a year, and was at a 22% tax rate, and received $30,000 in student loan forgiveness, they might be slapped with a $6,600 bill from the IRS. Soon, borrowers may be off the hook from these payments. What

Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill postponed the start of Derek Chauvin's trial in the killing of George Floyd on Monday, after an appeals court ordered him to reconsider his original decision to dismiss a third-degree murder charge against the former Minneapolis police officer. The decision came as a pool of potential jurors waited to start the selection process. The delay comes as Chauvin's defense attorney, Eric Nelson, said he is finalizing an appeal asking the Minnesota Supreme Court to review the question of whether Cahill should consider reinstating the murder charge. "We're prepared to try this case. It is not

MINNEAPOLIS — Late last year, a 14-page questionnaire began to arrive in mailboxes across Minneapolis and its suburbs. Investigative journalist Alex Berenson reported on Twitter that he received an “urgent warning” from an air traffic controller who works at a major Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The whistleblower told Berenson that the FAA issued a guidance about a month ago requiring controllers to “wear masks at all times” while at work and in position, and warned that the directive could have devastating consequences for airline passengers and pilots.
