LANSING, Mich. — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed an executive order Friday requiring people to wear masks when they are in an indoor public space and in crowded outdoor spaces.
The order requires any business that is open to the public to refuse entry or service to people who aren't wearing a face covering, with limited exceptions. Governors in Kansas, Maine, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Washington have imposed similar requirements on businesses, a news release from the governor's office said.
She didn't exempt BLM rioters? She may be a racist as well.

This needs to be challenged immediately! The executive branch does not make laws. That's middle school knowledge. Will someone please file a suit?

They do virtually nothing against the virus. They may slow the spread of bacterial infections but that's it. Masks are a distractive visual cue to the sheep that the politicians in the world are actually doing something .

#6 there are several groups trying to stop her. She has violated the State Constitution regarding emergency orders. The State House took her to court and lost. She is out of control and at this point despised by most of the voters including Democrats. I don’t think the cops will enforce this and some have already said so. It is the businesses that will be punished by this jackass. And they have been punished enough.

Isn't there something Trump can do to override these tyrannical governors? Aren't they violating our Constitutional rights?

Ha! That's nothing. Wuhan Lujan in New Mexico said last night that her subjects must wear a mask at all times. Inside, outside, walking the dog, working out, running, in the gym any time you are out of the house. She also closed the restaurants again. She did however let the restaurant owners know that she is not to blame, no, no, no! It is the citizens of New Mexico who are to blame! Yep, she actually said it. Most Sheriffs and local police will not enforce her edicts but the her storm trooper State Police dang sure will! They've got retirement to think of don't ya know. I'm not sure about the local police in Albuquerque, Santa Fe or Las Cruces? they will probably enforce for her, but that's cool they voted for the bit--um yea wont go there.

This fascist doesn't watch it, she'll end up like Benito and Claretta.
Which would be a tragedy. Or, it could be the beginning of a national trend.

I believe Uncle Ted Nugent is a Michiganiac. If he would run for governor he would win in a massive landslide.
Go for it, Ted! Rock n roll, Backstrap Fever, 2nd Amendments rights, and a deer hunter who wants hunting rights made common sense.

In Cuyahoga County (Cleveland, Ohio), you can be fined and jailed for 90 days if you don't wear a mask.

North Carolina has taken a step backward, as well. Can't get into Lowe's without a mask. Cooper ramped up the mask regulations several weeks ago. No end in sight. Well, that is until after election day.

No, #8 -- she has been acting unilaterally since April. Regrettably, the Republican majority in the legislature does not have the stones to mount an effective challenge to her abuse of power. Some judges have struck down her edicts, but she just shops higher courts to overturn those decisions. I doubt any fines would hold up in court, but it's expensive to defend oneself against even specious prosecution. She has impressed private businesses to enforce her lawlessness, much like merchants are impressed into collecting sales taxes.
