Too bad, I like Mulvaney's style. I wonder what the issue was. He got a little off-message on the "quid-pro-quo" thing, when he told the press "yeah, but so what?' I agreed with him, but I guess they felt that it was better to keep the argument about a simple fact ("it didn't happen").

I guess Mulvaney's uncontrolled mouth put him in the doghouse with Trump, but this post isn't too bad. Will be interesting to see how he copes. Meadows is a great choice, and I am glad Trump finally found a permanent CoS.

Joe Biden's phone call to former campaign staffers on Monday has sparked new theories on the president's health after an odd moment between the president and Kamala Harris. The 81-year-old spoke in a scratchy voice from COVID isolation at his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, home and told Harris: 'I'm watching you kid'. However, many noted a strange exchange between the vice president and her boss, who has not been seen in five days and since he shocked the world by dropping out of the race via a letter posted to social media on Sunday

John Durham has been a special prosecutor for almost a year and a half — not a long time, but plenty of time for a drumbeat to begin that he was showing little progress against his orders to examine the origins of the debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative that convulsed a presidency. His few indictments so far have been directed against peripheral players, feeding a fear among Donald Trump’s supporters that elites higher up the stack are going to get away with their chicanery.

The former star of The Apprentice – and soon-to-be former president – has been a member of the union and its forerunners, SAG and AFTRA, since 1989. The two unions merged in 2012. In a memo, Austin, 70, announced that he relieved the official responsible for signing off on the plea agreements from authority and that he assumed control of the Convening Authority for Military Commissions. The Republican National Committee unanimously voted on Holocaust Remembrance Day to pass a resolution condemning anti-Semitism. This resolution provides strong evidence of the Party and its leader, Donald J. Trump’s stance towards Jews. Nevertheless, if the Party leaders expect a positive response from the Jewish community in November, they may be disappointed. For years, Donald Trump has been tirelessly trying to gain support from American Jews. In the current campaign, he is emphasizing his unparalleled support for Israel and highlighting the Biden administration’s inconsistent approach to Israel’s conflict with Hamas. In an interview on Real America’s Voice on April 8, 2024, Mr. Trump asserted that “any Jewish individual who casts

The US has found no evidence that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro received the most votes in last month’s presidential election and the Biden administration will recognize opposition candidate Edmundo González as the winner, Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced Thursday. Blinken, 62, ripped the Maduro-controlled National Electoral Council’s (CNE) vote tally and determination that the incumbent prevailed in the July 28 election with 51% of the vote as “deeply flawed” and unrepresentative of the “will of the Venezuelan people,” in a statement released by the State Department.
