Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a once-loyal member of Donald Trump's court, is refusing to bend a knee to the former president and says backing him in the 2024 election 'is too much to ask' after Trump publicly attacked his character. Trump allegedly branded popular governor as having 'no personal charisma' and a 'dull personality' as rumors swirl the ex-president is angry DeSantis hasn't declined to challenge him for the GOP presidential nomination. DeSantis, however, has told his inner circle that Trump's 'expectation that he bend the knee is asking too much,' the New York Times reported.

I’ll almost bet Niki Fried the democrat Secretary of Agriculture in Florida is behind this crap. She also started the rumors he was missing in action when he was with his wife during Breast Cancer treatments. We don’t know how she slipped in during the election maybe a new Soros angle other than DAs.

Sadly I do believe it. Trump was a Liberal for most of his life and has a nasty habit of mocking and deriding others. One only has to remember the primaries. Still I voted for him twice and will a third time.

Unfortunately, Trump's comment had the familiar sound of "Low Energy Jeb," "Little Marco," "Lyin' Ted," "That Face" Carly,..". Anyone who feels secure about the nomination should not be belittling his potential rivals three years before the next election. Such comments also remind people of why they became exhausted by his nonstop derogatory tweets about politicians, athletes, talkshow hosts, actors, foreign leaders and even members of his own cabinet.

The thing is, President Trump can say something caustic in a moment of annoyance that isn’t his real opinion. We all can. But in President Trump’s case, it’s picked up and reported and blown out of proportion. So…it’s possible that he said these things, but I don’t think they represent his true opinion of DeSantis, and I’m sure DeSantis knows it.

They're trying to stir up trouble, as is their wont. But it is TOO early. A lot can happen between now and 2024 and DeSantis is wise to wait and watch things play out until 2023. If he starts to campaign separately (unofficially), now THAT would be unwise. Both Trump and DeSantis are too wise toward the media to fall for their traps.

Someone is playing the "Divide and Concore" Card. They think if they can get Trump and DeSantis at each other's Throats there will be room for another more "progressive Republican" Slip in and win the nomination. I don't think that will happen. I think the plan all along has been for Trump to run and DeSantis to be his VP. Then in four years DeSantis will be ready to be President! I would bet they stick to that plan but it's too early for them to announce anything! We will see, but I'm betting that plan will be a winner in the end! If for some reason Trump decides not to run, DeSantis is ready to take his place as the Republican Nominee. He would be a great President!

I was a Trump voter twice and also a contributor, but he lost me, at least for the moment, when he screwed up the Ga. election because of his own ego, and we have faced the terrible consequences in the Senate. I agree that the 2020 election was beyond iffy BUT what we need now is to be sure FUTURE elections are fair and square, yet all I hear from Trump is how he was robbed. That ego again.....and I can't back him at this point. He is foolish to dump on DeSantis..,.,...the man may not be a ball of fire, but he is brave and NOT ego driven, in as much as any candidate can not be. I want to hear about what Trump can do (again) and NOT how every one else is left in his dust. And I am sure I am not alone in this.

I don't believe this Article, but I believe the following: Donald Trump was the best President since Ronald Reagan and John McCain turned out to be a petulant turncoat SOB, and as such, I believe he got out of his death bed in Arizona, traveled to D.C. to cast the dispositive vote that killed the repeal of Obamacare. Why? ONLY because Donald Trump said McCain was not Donald's idea of a hero. Therefore, I believe Donald Trump needs to be more circumspect regarding making (flippant and for no particular purpose) derogative comments about powerful politicians who are so thin skinned that they, like McCain, can (and sometimes will) get their petty revenge by sabotaging Donald's Presidential plans and policies, and thereby harm all of us.

Our #45 is certainly not above talking privately roughly but I am not buying this. I watch Ronna and the other Bush globalists carefully. His few indictments so far have been directed against peripheral players, feeding a fear among Donald Trump’s supporters that elites higher up the stack are going to get away with their chicanery.

Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse plans to take aim at the people and organizations who called him a 'murderer', a 'white supremacist' among other things in the run up to his trial and subsequent acquittal. Rittenhouse killed two men and wounded a third during confrontations amid anti-police protests in Kenosha in August 2020. He testified that he acted in self-defense. Last November, the 18-year-old was found not guilty of first-degree intentional homicide and other charges, and walked out of court a free man. Speaking on Tucker Carlson on Fox News on Monday night, Rittenhouse said he wanted to hold major media and entertainment figures 'accountable'

Albuquerque, N.M.—Federal officials have come up with a list of potential replacement names for hundreds of geographic features in three dozen states that include the word “squaw,” kicking off a public comment period that will run through late April. U.S. Interior Secretary Deb Haaland in November formally declared the term derogatory and initiated a process to remove the word from use by the federal government and to replace other existing derogatory place names. Haaland said in a statement Tuesday that words matter, particularly as the agency works to make the nation’s public lands and waters accessible and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.

The Russian invasion of eastern Ukraine has finally happened and now the Trump haters who tried to impeach President Trump over Ukraine have much to answer for. Looking at you, Alexander Vindman. Looking at you, Alexandra and Andrea Chalupa. Looking at you, Fiona Hill. These are all the crummy little supposedly pro-Ukraine operatives who did their damndest to undermine President Trump during his administration. After all, the Russia invasion didn't happen on Trump's watch as they plotted and schemed against him instead of did their jobs.

A sobbing Russian figure skater berated by one of her coaches for a poor routine. Grim-looking cooling towers in the background of acrobatic snowboard jumps. Diplomatic boycotts. Half-empty stands. Announcers covering the games from Connecticut. It all played out in a host country engaged in human rights atrocities that was also the origin site of a global pandemic. For NBC, it wasn't exactly Olympic glory in China.

President Biden will announce Tuesday a series of public and private-sector investments to extract minerals such as cobalt, lithium and graphite that are needed for electric vehicles and other aspects of the global shift toward a “clean energy economy,” the White House said. The administration expects demand for these minerals to spike 400-600% generally and demand for minerals used in electric vehicles to jump 6,000% over the next several decades.
