World has '10-12-year window' to stop
climate change, 'predatory capitalism'

Actor John Cusack sounded the alarm on climate change and “predatory capitalism” while introducing presidential primary contender Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., during a Saturday afternoon rally in Exeter, New Hampshire. The 53-year-old actor declared that billionaires were “getting nervous,” while the corporate media were “confused” about Sanders’ campaign. “And, it seems like every conceivable power structure on earth is trying to kill or derail our movement, but we’re still here,” he said.He then decried a form of capitalism he dubbed “predatory capitalism,” which “takes our lives... our labor, our spirit, our air and water, even our earth.”

Oh God , here we go again with Chicken Little hysteria. Cusak is a good actor in hie own right, but fails to see that adopting radical progressive green policies will doom hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. John, this isn't like your movie 2012 where you save your family-you're killing someone else's, you moron.

Are they looking for a solution or a way to maintain the problem? To solve the problem, the earth's orbit needs to be altered dynamically to suit the best needs for an optimal climate. Who has the power to alter the earth's orbit? Who shall decide what is the optimal climate for the earth?

From Wikipedia: Cusack graduated from Evanston Township High School in 1984, where he met Jeremy Piven, and spent a year at New York University before dropping out, saying that he had "too much fire in his belly". It may have just been heartburn.

The overwhelming majority of actors are uneducated morons. Why is it always 10-12 years out? They pulled this same BS in the 90s, and guess what ......NOTHING HAPPENED. They are just the more organized version of the lunatics with the signs in cartoons "The End is Near". No, it isn't. The Earth will keep turning and the climate will do what it will do, based on orbital mechanics and the variation in solar output - TOTALLY independent of anything humans will do. Mouthy, self-important fools.

The pity of it all is that brainwashed lunatics that gravitate to government are now legislating policy that is going to cost us all dearly, especially in heavily blue states where the man made global warming hoax is now religion. Natural gas which is so very clean and efficient and affordable is now on the chopping block. New builds may only use solar and wind, and if you buy someone else's house, you have twelve months to rip out all the natural gas appliances at great personal cost upwards of $36,000 and install mandated "klean" energy sources. Think I'm kidding? This craziness is being tested in where else but left the coast state of madness, Washington, Inslee's paradise.

The repeated failures for predicted doomsdays to materialize has led to a new way to express the prediction. Unlike "the world will end in March next year", this says unless we act by a certain deadline, the doom will be certain to come at a completely uncertain date after that. Keep the threat hanging over people's heads without accepting any responsibility for the fraudulent warning.

WASHINGTON — Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Wednesday that two House chairmen who led President Donald Trump's impeachment inquiry will be among the House prosecutors for Trump's Senate trial. They are Democrats Rep. Adam Schiff, chair of the Intelligence Committee, and Rep. Jerry Nadler, chair of the Judiciary Committee. Trump was impeached by the Democratic-led House last month on charges of abuse of power over his pressure on Ukraine to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden as Trump withheld aid from the country. He was also charged with obstructing Congress’ ensuing probe.

The Trump administration has started returning Mexican migrants deep into the country’s interior as part of an expanding effort to deter illegal immigration and combat the ongoing crisis at the border. The Department of Homeland Security started running flights from Tucson, Ariz., to Guadalajara in December. Officials say the migrants being returned are all Mexican nationals from non-border Mexican states who typically have either recently illegally entered the U.S., or who had gone through the court system but were ruled to be deportable by an immigration judge.
