Britain’s civilizational collapse bothers me. As much as we Americans enjoy defining ourselves by the whooping our ancestors gave to the Crown, Brits and Yanks share a common language, enjoy similar beliefs, and broadly relate to one another. Rebelling against the British Empire is one thing. Watching foreign peoples conquer what’s left of that empire in another thing altogether. Every day the United Kingdom becomes less united and more likely to collapse upon itself. The U.K.’s media Establishment used popular actor Idris Elba to promote a documentary last year entitled, “Our Knife Crime Crisis.”

The French refusing to allow our aircraft to use reminds me of the Euros' clueless attitude. Apologies if posted before. Then there was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break one of the French engineers came back into the room saying ‘Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intend to do, bomb them?’ A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: ‘Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from seawater each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck.. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?’ You could have heard a pin drop.

With major flashpoints in Ukraine and Iran, one has to wonder how many more major flashpoints are needed to declare a world war. The biggest difference is in the next world war, the US may be going it alone or find new allies. Our traditional European allies are the perfect example.

Not too long ago (84 years), the United States joined the British Empire (and the wonderful glorious Soviet Union) as allies to defeat the Axis powers. From Sept 1939 until Nov 1942, England fought alone against the Nazis and Italians, against the Kriegsmarine U-Boats and defended the island nation against invasion. THAT is the England that I would love to see emerge from the ruins that Starmer and his weakness are causing. And England wants to eliminate Winston Churchill from the pound notes. A very dark time; the sun may be setting on them after all

Robert Mueller, who died on March 20 at age 81, once stood as a symbol of public integrity. His record was not merely respectable. It was exceptional. He served as director of the FBI for 12 years, having been confirmed by a 98-0 Senate vote, and took office just days before the Sept. 11 attacks. He was a decorated Marine, awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for his service in Vietnam. His leadership helped transform the FBI into a counterterrorism-focused agency during one of the most perilous periods in modern American history. By the time he was appointed special counsel in May 2017, Mueller was widely described as beyond reproach.

Cesar Chavez, founder of the United Farm Workers, eventually became the symbolic leader of the entire Mexican-American community of the 1960s and 1970s. Indeed, he was eventually enshrined in the pantheon of modern leftist activists and civil rights leaders alongside Saul Alinsky, Martin Luther King Jr., and Betty Friedan. His Chavez Foundation today emphasizes Chavez's saintlike status as "a genuinely religious and spiritual figure." His Tehachapi redoubt remains a national monument. In public, Chavez stressed nonstop his common-man roots, his strong Catholicism, and his devotion to wife and family, and thereby turned the struggle to provide a livable wage and humane working conditions for farm workers

For nearly a decade, Americans were told that powerful institutions had been weaponized against a sitting president and his supporters. Intelligence agencies, federal law enforcement, and political operatives were accused of bending the machinery of government toward partisan ends. The promise from President Donald Trump was clear: expose it, clean it up, and drain the swamp. Now more than a year into Trump’s second term, many voters are beginning to ask a simple question: Where are the results?

Occasionally I hear credentialed professionals with prestigious titles whine about the so-called “war on expertise.” It really bothers people who see themselves as “experts” that a growing share of society ignores them. A psychologist might intuit something revealing from the lack of self-confidence plaguing our “expert” class. If all the fancy degrees, voluminous curricula vitae, and lofty career positions have failed to instill a resilient modicum of self-esteem, then perhaps all those things are not the true measures of a person’s worth. “Experts” do not like to be challenged. They say things such as, “I have a PhD in this,”

Presidential hopeful Gavin Newsom has been taking time away from destroying my state that he governs to hit the 2028 campaign trail, and he made a bit of short-lived news with his stop in Atlanta to have a discussion with Mayor Andre Dickens and a crowd largely comprised of black attendees to promote his new memoir, Young Man in a Hurry. “I’m not trying to impress you,” he said, “I’m just trying to impress upon you … I’m like you, I’m no better than you. You know, I’m a 960 SAT guy,” and he continues by saying that he never reads his speeches because he “can’t read.”

In an era of digital banking, Ukraine has been discovered to be transporting tens of millions in cash and gold by discreet armored vehicles throughout Europe. Naturally, the suspicion is money laundering, which is highly likely considering the nation; more likely yet considering how much of the American taxpayers’ dollars have gone “missing,” coincidentally finding its way into the bank accounts of Ukraine’s political class, or back into the political coffers of Washington D.C., funding both Democrats and Republicans.

Last night, San Francisco’s mayor, Daniel Lurie, was attacked by two men while being driven through the Tenderloin district. According to a report from an ABC News outlet, the confrontation arose after a group of people blocked the SUV that Lurie was being driven in; at one point Lurie himself exited the vehicle to engage the individuals on the street, but quickly scuttled back behind the safety of his security detail when the confrontation turned physical. Classic. Clearly the men were bums, based on the handcuffed man’s appearance:

The puzzle pieces are falling into place faster than the Deep State ever imagined. The case against the Clintons as a crime family, which I laid out in 2019 when I discussed their Deep State RICO conspiracy, has just been validated by fresh evidence. John Solomon nails it with the “Clinton Corruption Files.” Irrefutable documents reveal that Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel sent to Congress in late 2025 confirm a “massive bribery operation” through the Clinton Foundation—specifically, foreign interest donations in exchange for State Department favors during Hillary’s tenure as Secretary. Three FBI offices (New York, Washington, Little Rock) independently flagged pay-to-play,

Decades from now, when historians finish poring through the millions of Epstein documents and 300+ gigabytes of data, the uproar of today, I suspect, will be lumped into the same category as the Satanic panic of the 1980s and the daycare sex-abuse hysteria of the 1990s: More hype than substance; more conspiratorial fearmongering than fact-based reporting. Because, after both Republican and Democratic administrations reviewed them, there’s just not any there there. Instead of an avalanche of evidence about foreign espionage, blackmail schemes, and Jeffrey Epstein being the James Bond of pedophilia, a far gloomier image emerges:

After weeks of waiting, the Supreme Court ruled against the Trump administration in a decision addressing whether President Trump had authority to impose sweeping tariffs without congressional approval. At the heart of the issue was whether President Trump had such authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), a law that allows presidents to take economic actions during a national emergency and to impose broad tariffs without Congress passing tariff laws. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that President Trump exceeded his authority

In the second term of Donald Trump’s presidency, few homegrown political controversies have been as tedious or corrosive as the prolonged Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Among right-wing media figures, precious few bear more responsibility for fanning the Epstein flames than Steve Bannon. This was not because Trump’s administration was part of some cover-up. I purely believe it was because Bannon chose provocation over truth, spectacle over resolution, and self-preservation over honesty. By early 2026, the factual record was no longer ambiguous.

One of the fundamental tenets of Christianity is that Jesus is the Son of God and that he is the Messiah (or Christ) — God’s chosen deliverer for His people. Jesus’ role as the Messiah fulfilled God’s promises of redemption. “In the Bible, the Messiah is the anointed king through whom God establishes his rule over the world,” explains the Lexham Theological Wordbook. (Snip) There’s apparently still some confusion about Jesus’ Messianic role — that is, if you get your theology from The View. Joy Behar, that brilliant theological mind, said something that was as ignorant as it was blasphemous.

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is widely known as a liberal jurist who can reliably be expected to vote with her leftist colleagues, Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, on virtually every issue, as the three mostly march in lockstep. Ketanji Brown Jackson, in particular, seems to decide cases based on her own personal opinion, not relying too much on that pesky old Constitution. But now Sotomayor can add a new adjective to her profile: “obnoxious.” The Obama-appointed jurist took the unusual step of making a personal attack on a fellow justice, Brett Kavanaugh, at an appearance at the University of Kansas School of Law on April 7.

Well, apparently everyone: If true, it sets a peculiar timeline: Swalwell joined Congress in 2013. For over a dozen years, he was a powerful member of the political elite. A popular presence on cable TV shows, Swalwell always made time for the mainstream media.

Applicants who are 'low-income, isolated queer and trans migrants, asylum seekers and refugees' are prioritized for the 'wellness allowance.' The initiative, called 'Boston Matters', was created by OUTnewcomers, a nonprofit that advocates for LGBTQ+ migrants in Boston alongside the Mayor's Office for Immigrant Advancement, Mass Daily News reported. Applicants get $250 to $500 toward 'non-clinical care' completely funded by the city agency, which is run by the Democrat's administration.

Has there ever been an automobile feature as widely despised as the stop-start system that the Obama administration forced on the country? Unlikely. Which is why new federal action that kills the requirement is cause for celebration. The “feature,” which is the wrong word for what’s truly a nuisance, automatically shuts off a car’s internal-combustion engine when it is idling at a red light or stuck in traffic. It restarts the engine when either the foot comes off the brake pedal or the accelerator is pressed. The action is jerky — it too often feels like a minor collision — distracting and tiring, producing a

Our Constitution creates a separation of powers and federalism—truly for the first time in modern history—to prevent the government from becoming so strong that it threatens our natural rights. Federalist No. 10 proposed the idea that the great threat to our rights comes from majority faction.Human history teaches us, alas, that numerical majorities frequently seek to control government, and use the state to violate the rights of the minority.
