Here's the quiet part that they can't discuss at this stage of the conflict. This is not a war of territorial conquest. This is a siege, with Iran as the entire country of Iran serving as the fortress. Sieges end when either the captives inside stop fighting, lay down their arms, and surrender, or everyone inside either starves to death or kills each other. When President Trump told the IRGC that they should lay down their arms and surrender or face certain death, he was acknowledging his understanding of how this would end. The real battle inside Iran has not yet begun. It will start when everyone, including the innocent civilians realize that they are already dead. Then attrition will take over until surrender or annihilation of every living person is achieved. If Pahvali can organize a militia of Iranian ex-pats who are willing to go in with arms and even the odds against the IRGC, that might accelerate the process. It is very hard to convince untrained civilians to take up arms and kill other people. Only when they accept that they are already dead will they act with deadly force. This is the cruel nature of human conflict. We should not sugarcoat it or pretend we can look the other way. The left will try to weaken our resolve for their own selfish political agenda. They will attempt to turn our courage and virtue against us. If we stand united, our external enemies and internal fifth column useful idiots will be defeated. Truth is what survives.

The building of the Assembly of Experts in the Iranian city of Qom was struck on March 3, according to Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency. Senior Israeli security sources told Epoch Magazine Israel that the strike targeted the Assembly of Experts’ building as the 88-member assembly was voting to choose a successor to the slain Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. According to Tasnim News Agency, the building in Qom’s Resalat Square was empty at the time. The Iranian publication reported that other nearby residential buildings and shops were damaged in the attack.

When addressing Greenland’s strategic value within U.S. Arctic defense efforts, President Trump argued that although the European Union and NATO insisted there was no need for American control —promising instead to marshal their combined military strength to defend the territory— he remained skeptical of their assurances. Trump’s remarks were met with swift shock(snip) However, it only took a few weeks for a moment of clarity to surface following the Israeli/U.S. decision to strike Iran and eliminate the long-standing nuclear threat. Suddenly Great Britain and Spain tell the U.S. they will not allow American military use of their joint airbases. Once, again President Trump’s lack of trust in NATO proved correct.

Texas AG Issues Opinion Making It Illegal

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued a legal opinion on March 2 that says it is illegal for state-licensed mental health care providers to “transition” children. Texas passed Senate Bill 14 in 2023, which banned using “gender-affirming care” procedures such as puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgeries to treat gender dysphoria in minors. In Paxton’s opinion, he writes that because SB 14 made it illegal for health care providers to transition children, the law also applies to mental health care providers licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Council.

The United Nations chief condemned the U.S.-Israeli airstrikes on Iran and called for an immediate return to negotiations “to pull the region, and our world, back from the brink.” Secretary-General António Guterres told an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council on Saturday that everything must be done to prevent further escalation. “The alternative,” he warned, “is a potential wider conflict with grave consequences for civilians and regional stability.” Guterres said the U.S. and Israeli airstrikes violated international law, including the U.N. Charter. He also condemned Iran’s retaliatory attacks for violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Following major backlash about the scheduled release of a serial child molester through California’s elderly parole program, the 64-year-old is now facing new charges that could keep him behind bars. News that David Allen Funston was set to be freed was met by outrage among victims, politicians and others. (snip) Funston, granted parole earlier this month, was set to be released on Thursday from state prison — but was rearrested that same day on new charges from a decades-old, untried case. The charges he’s facing are from a 1996 case in which he is accused of sexually assaulting a child in Roseville, according to the Placer County district attorney’s office.

If you were with CTH when I did the deep dive into the Miami-Dade School Police Department and Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, you will likely remember how corrupt and sketchy he was. {SEARCH TOOL} Carvalho was tightly aligned with the Obama/Biden administration, the “my brothers keeper” program and the Dade/Broward County “Promise Program” where high school kids who committed felonies were directed away from the criminal justice system and instead given school punishments (suspensions etc.). I spent months fighting corrupt Miami-Dade officials and getting transcripts from internal police investigators who admitted to the corruption within the program. It was jaw-dropping.

The federal income tax is abusive. It is inconsistent with liberty. It has, as Chief Justice John Marshall noted, the power to destroy. There is nothing positive to be said about it. It cannot even raise government revenues efficiently. As we said a year ago, of all the good Donald Trump could do in his second term, eliminating the federal income tax would be one of his greatest achievements. It’s clearly one of his goals. “As time goes by, I believe the tariffs paid for by foreign countries will, like in the past, substantially replace the modern-day system of income tax,” Trump said during his State of the Union address.

The United States and Israel launched a joint military operation targeting Iran on Saturday in part to ensure the regime will never have the capability to threaten the world with nuclear weapons, according to Breitbart News.

Saying that this decision sends "a powerful message that the Constitution still protects families, and California schools are not above the law," parents and teachers in California have won a "monumental" ruling at the U.S. Supreme Court, halting California schools from secretly transitioning children and hiding the information from parents until the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issues its final decision. The outpouring of joy on the streets of LA is impossible to ignore. Thousands of Iranian-Americans lined Wilshire Boulevard on Saturday and Sunday to celebrate the joint U.S.-Israeli strikes that, they hope, will bring down the Iranian regime. On Westwood Boulevard, in the heart of “Tehrangeles,” there were raucous cheers inside Persian restaurants. Flags hung everywhere — the sterile tulip of the Islamic Republic replaced by the lion-and-sun of the previous era. The Iranian people, at home and abroad, believe that freedom is at hand, and that President Donald Trump is bringing the redemption for which they have waited for decades.

When you’ve constructed a cartoon version of the world in your mind, what do you do when reality proves it wrong? If you’re the leftist establishment, you certainly don’t rethink your assumptions. Late Friday, New York Times columnist David French snarkily referred to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth as a “walking MAGA caricature” on X. Four hours later, Hegseth’s troops were pounding Iran in an intricate series of strikes that left its evil regime reeling. The response to French — who has not withdrawn his sneer — was unsympathetic. My favorite: “Let’s have a contest … you and Pete show up at Fort Bragg, see who the troops respect more.”
