DENVER (KDVR) — Palantir Technologies announced Tuesday that it is moving its headquarters from near downtown Denver to Miami. Palantir Technologies is a data analytics company that specializes in building software that gathers and analyzes large amounts of data to provide “AI-driven decisions in critical government and commercial enterprises in the West,” according to the website. The company moved its headquarters from Palo Alto, California to Denver in August 2020, and on Tuesday the company announced in a post on X, “We have moved our headquarters to Miami, Florida.”

Comments:

The protesters have gotten their way, and $300+ billion dollar company has left Denver. Way to go idiots.

Easy choice, I'll bet. Just don't bring your leftist voting patterns with you and wreck Miami, at least any worse than it already is.

The last laugh is on Palantir! Don't they realize that Florida isn't a woke state? That it doesn't have sanctuary cities? Or an income tax? Palantir will regret this move.

That's a nice chunk of tax money headed south. That's OK tho...they can just raise taxes more on the companies and residents that are left.

Not only did Palantir leave, but they didn't bother to notify the Colorado governor or the mayor of Denver.

The Pentagon has ordered an investigation into whether the presence of women in 'tip of the spear' combat roles is damaging the military's ability to win wars. A leaked memo obtained by NPR reveals that defense bosses are launching a grueling six–month review of thousands of female soldiers and Marines currently serving in infantry, armor and artillery units. In a private online support group leaked exclusively to the Daily Mail, one service member raged against the double standard, writing: 'You mean your guys can't focus on the mission without trying to stick it in... not my problem.'

I’ll be honest with you, OK. Somebody will say, ‘Oh, that’s not politically correct.’ I don’t care. I don’t want them in our country. Their country is no good for a reason," said Trump, who has a history of disparaging African people and migrant communities.

Tatiana Schlossberg, 35, said she watched in horror from her hospital bed as RFK Jr was confirmed for the top health post in February. She said the health-care system she relied on suddenly felt 'strained, shaky' after RFK Jr's confirmation and that she worried about losing access to leukemia and bone-marrow trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering, her best chance at remission. Writing on the 62nd anniversary of JFK's assassination, Schlossberg revealed she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a type of blood cancer, in May 2024.

Democrat Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker unveiled his suburban Section 8 plan during his annual State of the State address, which he gave Wednesday. Taking aim at single family homeowners in the Chicago suburbs, Pritkzer said their “shameful” opposition to taxpayer-subsidized Section 8 apartments are responsible for driving up the cost of Illinois housing. Community zoning laws “have made it too difficult and costly to build new (Section 8) housing,” Pritzker said, chiding suburban Illinoisans who oppose high-density, subsidized apartments as old-fashioned and behind the “times.”

The UK is refusing to grant permission to the US to use British bases to strike Iran, according to The Times. US President Donald Trump’s withdrawal of support for the UK plans to give up sovereignty over the Chagos Islands in the Indian Ocean — which includes the key Diego Garcia airfield — stems from the British refusal, reports the UK paper. According to the report, US plans included the use of Diego Garcia and the RAF Fairford base in England, both of which can only be used to strike if the UK government agrees. British PM Keir Starmer is concerned the Iran strike might violate international law.

After weeks of waiting, the Supreme Court ruled against the Trump administration in a decision addressing whether President Trump had authority to impose sweeping tariffs without congressional approval. At the heart of the issue was whether President Trump had such authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), a law that allows presidents to take economic actions during a national emergency and to impose broad tariffs without Congress passing tariff laws. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that President Trump exceeded his authority

If convicted on the misconduct charge, the former prince faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. One officer was seen carrying a police-issued laptop after arriving at Sandringham at around 8 a.m., with the cars leaving around 30 minutes later. Police also searched a separate property in Berkshire, the force said, without directly identifying the king’s brother, citing strict UK laws.

Kamala Harris is topping some new polls of Democratic White House contenders, a sign the former vice president and 2024 presidential nominee has staying power despite her defeat to President Trump. It’s a reality that flies in the face of some of the talk after that race, in which Democrats talked about turning the page, with some calling for the party to move on from a stale playbook and to look for new leaders. It all underscores the paradox Democrats are facing in their rebuilding efforts: Which parts of their messaging and leadership do they want to overhaul, and what

They show up as if by magic the moment a demonstration breaks out, and they’re not there to keep the peace. But where does their funding come from? Who’s behind it?
