Yesterday, the FBI delivered to the Senate Judiciary Committee emails relating to the search of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Senator Charles Grassley has released what I take to be all of the responsive documents. Comments you may have seen on the emails are correct: the FBI didn’t think there was probable cause to search Trump’s home, but Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice insisted. The FBI thought they should communicate with Trump’s lawyer and likely be able to reach an agreement. Garland’s DOJ refused. The FBI pointed out that President Trump likely had a good legal argument on the documents; DOJ didn’t care. Here are some extracts from the emails.

This is beyond outrageous. At the time, I read they were supposed to show him the paperwork before they entered the house. Nope, did not. Pretty much everything they did that day was illegal. I hope heads roll for that.

Can you imagine if Merrick Garland was a Supreme Court justice like BO wanted him to be. The man has proven himself to be without regard for the law and instead only interested in what he could use his power to get away with. He is a disgrace.

Garland won't get the punishment he deserves. That's just how it works now. The best we can hope for is full and open documentation to prove what he (and undoubtedly Biden's string pullers) did. It's outrageous and criminal. I hope that at least some of the media will report this honestly. Fox will but the rest will try to bury the story. A SWAT team?? I guess that they were hoping that some of the Trump residents would somehow object and be shot dead. Mark Twain is supposed to have said, "I have never wished death on any man, but I have read certain obituaries with a great deal of pleasure". In this case, I am afraid I go with the wishing part of his quote. If DJT were really the 'king', he would have them all lined up against a wall in front of a firing squad.

WASHINGTON — Former Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith told lawmakers in a closed-door interview on Wednesday that his team of investigators “developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt” that President Donald Trump had criminally conspired to overturn the results of the 2020 election, according to portions of his opening statement obtained by The Associated Press. He also said investigators had accrued “powerful evidence” that Trump broke the law by hoarding classified documents from his first term as president at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and by obstructing government efforts to recover the records. “I made my decisions in the investigation without regard to President Trump’s political association,

My family has a long history with Ford trucks. Among my earliest memories is riding in the 1950 Ford F-1 my Dad had when he was farming; the Old Man later kept a 4-wheel-drive F-250 on his place for various chores. I've had a bunch, from a 1984 Ford Ranger, two Broncos, a 1999 Ranger, and now the F-350 Super Duty we call the Behemoth. I like Ford trucks, and reckon I'll keep on driving them. On Tuesday, Ford gave me more reason to favor them by finally dropping the F-150 "Lightning," an all-electric version of Ford's famous top-seller. Ford Motor Co. is pivoting away from its once-ambitious electric vehicle plans

ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) Global Affairs Editor Laura Tingle raised eyebrows during a recent podcast where she—not once, but twice—declared that the targeted terrorist attack at Sydney's Bondi Beach on Sunday evening was not motivated by religion. The target of the attack was a Hanukkah celebration to mark the first night of the Jewish holiday. The alleged perpetrators, as noted by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, who himself would love nothing more than to shift the blame onto inanimate guns, were inspired by ISIS. The attackers had an ISIS flag on the window of their car.

President Trump has sued the British Broadcasting Corporation for $10 billion. He alleges defamation and violation of a Florida unfair trade practices statute, arising out of the BBC’s deceptive editing of the speech Trump gave to his rally in Washington on January 6, 2017. Disregard the $10 billion–it is meaningless. You can read the Complaint here. All of the commentary I have seen on the lawsuit consists of liberal reporters and liberal “experts” assuring one another that Trump has a lousy case. I have found the commentary to be almost entirely unenlightening. Sure, Trump could lose. But the critics have focused on 1) the fact that the BBC documentary that is

Hochman announced that he would be filing charges against Nick Reiner on two counts of first degree murder with a special circumstance of multiple murders. Reiner also faces a special allegation that he "personally used" a dangerous and deadly weapon – a knife – in the commission of those murders. The charges, according to Hochman, carry a maximum sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole or the death penalty.

Hollywood imbecile Amanda Seyfried thinks that “socialism is a gorgeous idea.” While on a media tour promoting her latest movie, “The Testament of Ann Lee,” Seyfried told Variety that most people don’t “understand what the word [socialism] actually means.” “For me, it’s taking care of each other. If I have more money, I can spend more money on other people,” Seyfried said in defense of socialism. Sadly, Seyfried is a moron who knows nearly nothing about the hideous history of socialism. Moreover, her assertion that socialism is beneficial to society and results in people taking care of each other is absurd. Every time socialism has been implemented, it has led to mass poverty,

Earlier this month, the National Education Association held an “Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice” event. Documents obtained by the education watchdog group Defending Education (full disclosure: I am on the group’s board) contained slides illustrating these neo- and xeopronouns. Neopronouns are “new” “pronouns” such as “xe/xem/xyr,” and other letters randomly shoved together. Xeopronouns are for “conceptual identities” such as “cat/cats/catself.” Got it? No? But our kids are being force-fed this garbage in America’s public schools.
