Married father-of-three Nuno F.G. Loureiro, 47, was gunned down in the leafy Boston suburb of Brookline at 8.30pm on Monday by an unknown shooter who is still on the loose. Loureiro specialized in nuclear science, engineering and physics and he had previously spoken out in favor of Israel, a mortal enemy of Iran. Now, Israeli officials have said Iranian operatives targeted the leading nuclear fusion researcher, according to the Jerusalem Post.

Comments:

I believe this to be very likely.

Is this “news” followed by a desired “narrative” for the media? That certainly seems to be the case when absolutely no proof is provided regarding any connection to Iran. In Boston, it could be a dozen or more “likely scenarios” to explain such violent action, including a “case of mistaken identity.” Regardless of the true cause of this senseless, bloody violence against an innocent man and his family, we should not forget that he was a guest of our country, and his family is deserving of our nation’s deepest apology for failing to protect him from our recent plague of violence against Jews.

The Jerusalem Post this article is based on is clear that nothing has been confirmed yet, and in fact I don't see any confirmation that the professor was Jewish. Many things are possible, but I'll go with the likelihood that the JP is correct. So my first question would be how would Iranian assassins get into the United States? Occam's Razor, anyone?

I want to keep an open mind about this but would not be too quick to discount what the Israeli govt says even if Dr. Loureiro is not Jewish. The Iranians are eager for pay back for the joint strikes at Iran's nuke program.

Call me skeptical but then never let a crisis go to waste even though, as yet, there's no proof. Funny how all the rabid, Zionist influencers all parrot the same lines at the same time about a Portuguese physicist. If it is true, at least the Iranians are more clinical than Israel who'd have blown up the whole block.

Heavily armed Australian police swooped on a group of men heading to Bondi Beach on Thursday after intelligence suggested they could be planning a “violent act” days after 15 people were slaughtered at a Hanukkah event there. The suspects were nabbed in two cars with out-of-state license plates in Sydney’s south-west just days after two ISIS terrorists shot up the famed beach. Chaotic footage captured SWAT teams searching and cuffing five bloodied men after authorities rammed their vehicle in the broad-daylight sting.

U.S. forces have seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, marking the latest escalation in President Donald Trump’s targeting of the South American nation, according to new reports. The intercepted tanker had been sanctioned by the U.S. government, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News on Wednesday. The seizure could make it more difficult for the oil-rich nation to conduct trade, as shippers may be wary of handling its cargo. The majority of Venezuelan oil is sent to China.

When it comes to hit jobs, the 10,000-word Vanity Fair spread on Susie Wiles is a classic of the genre. Chris Whipple, a veteran journalist, producer and author with a career spanning the constellation of left-wing media — CBS’s “60 Minutes,” ABC, MSNBC, CNN, NPR, Politico, The Daily Beast, The New York Times, The Washington Post — has craftily framed the president’s chief of staff in a narrative of typical Trump-derangement fantasies. The wonder is that she let him do it. And there’s no doubt she did. Washington journalism veteran Mark Halperin on his 2WAY podcast says Wiles may have thought the 11 interviews Whipple said she did this year were off the record.

Back during the Biden administration, the FBI appeared to be solely focused on rounding up conservatives. At the same time, all kinds of other crimes in their mandate -- spies, terrorism, blue-city corruption -- showed little evidence of activity or results. Obviously, that allowed the crazies on the left to grow in number and get bolder in their plans, but the results seen now suggest some impressive corrective work. It looks like the FBI -- and the many law enforcement agencies that helped them -- is back. The Beacon speculated that a possible target of the plots was an Israeli defense company called Elbit,
