Online investigators claim to have recovered a now-deleted document described as a “manifesto” allegedly linked to Mustapha Kharbouch, the Brown University student identified by authorities as a suspect in the campus shooting in Providence, Rhode Island. According to screenshots and archived material circulating on social media, the document was previously published on a platform associated with the Institute for Palestine Studies, a U.S.-based academic organization focused on Middle Eastern research. The material has since been removed, and its authenticity and authorship have not been independently verified.

Why is anyone interested in a manifesto by someone who murders people? I don't want to read anything they say. They're killers and need prison. That's all I need to know.

Why is this Lebanese citizen allowed to stay in the U.S. after participating in disruptive protests while in our country? If he didn’t kill anyone he needs to be deported and if he did he needs to be executed and then deported in a box.

funny how things are always 'not verified' and intent 'not verified' regardless of docs and people hearing them shout all a who snakbar... and none of the prgs they belong to have absolutely anything to do with their terrorism.. but let them get a single false lead of a 'right wing' perp and none of that matters.. all their writing, by them or not, what was said, whether accurate or fabricated, and every org they belonged to or even said hi to their members, becomes fodder for attacks on "right wing terrorism".. it make the blood boil.

Justice Department Ends Policy That Promoted
Dubious Racial Discrimination Suits

The Justice Department will no longer pursue civil rights lawsuits based on “disparate impact theory,” the Trump administration announced Tuesday. The move comes after 50 years of government policy that encouraged lawsuits against “race neutral” policies without showing evidence of actual racial discrimination, the department said. Disparate impact theory is a framework that often assumes discrimination when there are different outcomes for different groups of people, even if there is no explicit discriminatory practice in place. “For decades, the Justice Department has used disparate-impact liability to undermine the constitutional principle that all Americans must be treated equally under the law,”

What is it about the National Defense Authorization Act that makes it a dumping ground for every dumb liberal pet project? First the Trump administration pushed an AI data-center amnesty that would have stripped states of authority over massive, power-hungry facilities. Then lawmakers tried to slip in Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s housing bill, a package built to subsidize Section 8 tenants and builders and to fuel the very forces driving the current housing bubble. After a backlash, both provisions came out of the NDAA. Now congressional leaders plan to pass the Massachusetts Democrat’s housing bill on its own.

The Wisconsin judge presiding over a politically-motivated case against attorneys who represented President Donald Trump in 2020 should be removed from the case on grounds of “judicial misconduct,” alleges a motion filed late Monday afternoon. Exactly what Dane County Circuit Court Judge John Hyland did is not clear from the succinct motion, but something sure stinks in the leftist hive that is the Dane County Court. Jim Troupis, a former conservative judge in that hive and the target of far-left Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul’s political prosecution, filed the motion via his attorney. Apparently Hyland’s conduct was so atrocious that Troupis is looking to clear the bench.

U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks announced that nearly all illegal immigrants detained will be charged a $5,000 "apprehension fee." In a post on X on Thursday, Banks said illegal immigrants ages 14 and older who entered the country without inspection will face a fee, a provision included in the "big, beautiful bill," which President Donald Trump signed into law in July. "This message applies to all illegal aliens — regardless of where they entered, how long they’ve been in the U.S., their current location, or any ongoing immigration proceedings," Banks wrote.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has repeatedly insisted that she will not allow the U.S. military to fight drug cartels inside her nation’s borders. “It’s not going to happen,” Sheinbaum said last month after President Trump yet again threatened such an operation. “We don’t want intervention by any foreign government.” But while Sheinbaum passionately defends her nation’s sovereignty, recent polls and interviews from across Mexico show that a significant number of people here in fact welcome having U.S. boots on the ground. Slightly more than half of Mexicans surveyed by polling firm Mitofsky said they believe “U.S. authorities should enter Mexican territory to fight organized crime and arrest its leaders.”

Harvard Law School visiting professor Carlos Portugal Gouvea—who told authorities he fired a pellet rifle outside a synagogue on the eve of Yom Kippur "to hunt rats"—agreed to self-deport after ICE arrested him Wednesday. Gouvea—who founded a Brazilian think tank that "led the largest anti-violence campaign in the country, resulting in the enactment of the federal Gun Control Act of 2003," according to Harvard—was first arrested on Oct. 2 by the Brookline Police Department immediately following the shooting. Harvard placed Gouvea on administrative leave days later, and on Nov. 13 he pleaded guilty to illegally using the air rifle.

A University of Oklahoma student’s final grade won’t be affected after she controversially flunked a Bible-based essay on gender that was assigned by a trans instructor — triggering widespread backlash. Samantha Fulnecky, 20, filed a discrimination complaint with the school last week after she was given an F for arguing in her psychology class paper that “belief in multiple genders” was “demonic.” The school has since revealed the failing grade will have no bearing on Fulnecky’s academic standing after the course’s professor, Mel Curth, was placed on leave and administrators launched a probe into the junior’s complaint. The controversial assignment was supposed to account for 3% of Fulnecky’s final grade.

Ohio elections officials reached a data sharing agreement with President Donald Trump's administration that will help clean up and maintain the state's voter rolls. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced the new agreement on Monday, saying it guarantees Ohio access to enhanced federal records for at least 20 years. The deal refers to the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database, which previously had limited and costly availability to state election officials. LaRose says Monday's agreement with the Department of Homeland Security guarantees Ohio the capability to obtain verifiable data supporting each citizen verification as well as the ability to perform bulk verification requests.

For as little as $1, you can dim the sun — just a tiny bit — to save the world from climate change. At least, that’s the promise sold by a California start-up called Make Sunsets. Your dollar will pay for founder Luke Iseman to drive a Winnebago RV into the hills half an hour outside Saratoga, California, to release a balloon loaded with sulfur dioxide, an air pollutant normally spewed by volcanic eruptions. He and his 1,000 paying customers hope the balloon will burst in the stratosphere, releasing particles that will block sunlight and cool the planet. President Trump lodged an eye-watering $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC on Monday, accusing the British broadcaster of defaming him through a deceptive edit of his Jan. 6, 2021, speech at the White House Ellipse. The lawsuit took aim at a 2024 documentary by the BBC, which spliced different sections of Trump’s comments before his supporters ransacked the Capitol to make it appear as though he explicitly encouraged the riot. “I’m suing the BBC for putting words in my mouth, literally,” Trump grumbled to reporters earlier in the day, Monday. “They actually put terrible words in my mouth having to do with January 6th that I didn’t say.”

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called for more gun control in response to Saturday’s handgun attack at gun-free Brown University. He did not mention the school’s gun-free policy nor that it goes so far as to prevent concealed carry permit holders from being armed on campus for self-defense. Instead, Schumer went with the standard Democrat talking point of pushing more gun laws after extant gun control fails to prevent a criminal from acting out his heinous intentions. Forbes posted video of Schumer claiming Australia is showing “courage” by seeking ways to expand and implement new gun controls after the Bondi Beach terror attack.

President Donald Trump’s tasteless comments following the apparent murder of Hollywood legend Rob Reiner on Sunday showed that the president, at least on that occasion, had a speck in his eye. Before criticizing Trump, however, liberals should make sure to remove the logs from their own eyes. (Matthew 7:3) Recall, for instance, that a swarm of liberals, including Reiner himself, once greeted news of the late conservative media icon Rush Limbaugh’s cancer diagnosis — and later Limbaugh’s death — with politically-motivated heartlessness. “Only one thing to say about Rush Limbaugh getting a Presidential Medal if Freedom at The State of the Union: I loathe this *****g man,” Reiner wrote

Instead the terror refugee got into a confrontation with police and died in an exchange of fire. North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley insisted that there was ‘no evidence of political, racial or religious motivation’. “At this point it seems [no] more notable that he’s Muslim than I’m Lutheran,” he bafflingly argued. The Bondi Beach attack in Australia was shocking, but not at all surprising. Some of the details were distinctive — an idyllic spot on the Pacific Ocean instantly turned into a killing field; a father-son terror squad — but the basic picture of radicalized Muslim immigrants targeting a gathering of Jews was drearily familiar. These events follow the same pattern because the fundamentalist version of Islam is, at its root, hostile to Jews. Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that there was a refugee flow of Unitarians, and some proportion of those Unitarians were antagonistic to traditional Christians — such that they vandalized their businesses, harassed them in the streets,
