NEW YORK — Leaders of Young Republican groups throughout the country worried what would happen if their Telegram chat ever got leaked, but they kept typing anyway.
They referred to Black people as monkeys and “the watermelon people” and mused about putting their political opponents in gas chambers. They talked about raping their enemies and driving them to suicide and lauded Republicans who they believed support slavery.
William Hendrix, the Kansas Young Republicans’ vice chair, used the words “n--ga” and “n--guh,” variations of a racial slur, , more than a dozen times in the chat. Bobby Walker, the vice chair of the New York State Young Republicans at the time,

Nice try Politico. This never happened, at least with real young Republicans. Shame on you.

Y'know - even if it really did happen, I don't really think I care. Given what we've heard from the left in the wake of Charlie Kirk's murder and the normal spewage from sites like the Democratic Underground, this is tame.
Should they have used the language? No. It's crass and ugly. It'll be used to promote the idea that every Republican is a bigot. It's a self-own, but really, in the context of today's rhetorical landscape, it's nothing.
But it's all the left has left, short of violence.

So, should we expect that somewhere leftists are saying exactly what these CRs are alleged to have said?

So the leaders of the GOP need to denounce such statements categorically. If anyone who said these things is still in the org, suspend them pending an investigation. If these things are found to be true, kick them out. Do in this situation what Dems refuse to do in similar situations.

Still waiting for the Democrats to force Jay Jones to abandon his race for attorney general of Virginia after he fantasized about murdering his opponent and the opponent's children.

I denounce these statements, if true. And I doubt they are true.
If false, the Young Republicans must go after Political tooth and nail for defamation of character, at the very least.!

It's pretty sad when you read a few lines and instantly know the article is fake news, designed to slander. Then I saw it was from Politico, and realized what was going on.

Something is very off about this. If true, how did it start? Was there infiltration to begin it, keep it going and cause this very thing for this very purpose? Regardless, however, or whatever, find the truth and correct the situation accordingly.

If true, this group needs to be disbanded and disgraced. Fox News should get ahead of this and publicly denounce these people for the bigots that they are. Bring them out to the light. They do not represent MAGA in any way, shape, or form.

Many years ago there was a time when one aticle published in Politico that actually had a ring of truth. There hasn't been any since!
This one I feel is designed to provide cover for the exceptionally obscene actions of America-hating Mainstream Communist Democrats!

The only response to such accusations is to yawn and go about one's business unaffected and undeterred. "Racism" is one of those words that the left has used so long that it has been drained of meaning. Everyone is a "racist," so no one is.

Are these guys the same ones that wore the khaki pants sometime ago and everyone was claiming that they were republicans. It turned out to be some left wing crazies posing as republicans. I know a lot of "Young Republicans" and they are really very good people.

So, if I start a Young Liberals group and engage in racial slurs, muse about killing my enemies, and express my general hatred of any and all conservatives, will the media then label all liberals as such?

What? Someone wants to defend these morons? So far I can't find any articles of the jr morons denying their own words.
Unless you prove a tech forgery that is not possible, reactionary right wingers have to **vanquish** those little Hitler youth and move on.
Letem talk. Theyre good at talking.
And if Giunta wants to say "logs were sourced by way of extortion," which is what he said...his life in politics is ovah.
Dont be suckered into defending them, be grateful they identified themselves. Now they are GONE.
My goodness we're on the cusp of a republic revolution. Those morons can't be involved.

This is so ridiculous it does not even deserve to be addressed.
It does show how success makes lefty/progs desperate, because this is a desperate action. So are the lies Obama and others are throwing out there. I say double down. I'm patiently waiting for Clapper and then the drip..drip..drip of the REALLY big boys (and gals) rolling over on each other
